Im back to the Y after years at LA Fitness. YMCA is Great gym, Great equipment, and some very fit and serious fitness enthusiasts comparatively. Good motivation for me now that these restrictions are coming off. Ready to hit the iron hard again and this is my HB Gym!

There is a lot of updated equipment, every workout area has disinfectant and towels for cleaning, theres a water station and a sitting area in the locker room.Some of the staff arent so nice, but that seems to be only to certain types of people.Its near shops, restaurants and petrol stations.Worth checking-out.

I love this YMCA. The child care is amazing. The workers are so kind to my children and do everything they can to give them a wonderful experience. I love when my kids come home with crafts they made while I was at the gym. I love the spin classes and they have a lot of good weights to work with. You can’t beat the price.

While everyone else is closed due to covid these guys moved their operation outside. They have to hire a security guard to watch the weights every night. This just shows their commitment to their members and staff during these crazy times.

I really like this location - good energy and good people working there. I always get a good workout. Very clean and respectable - also taking proper precautions for Covid 19.

Friendly neighborhood gym! Easy parking, in and out. It is what a basic gym is all about- has the cardio, pulley weights, free weights, is relatively clean and bathrooms clean too. Wide selection of different work outs including the popular spin classes. I go for treadmill running, and weights. What I want to do is always available. Peeps seem to like the childcare facilities. It is an easy access gym, which means you will not find excuses not to go!

Good things - free child care, good spin classes, and inexpensive for familiesBad things - feels old and dingy, they close off the training area when instructors are using it, and locker rooms don’t feel very clean.I know a lot of people went to 24hr when it opened down the street - which is more expensive and much more crowded.

A very good selection of cardio machines, weights, and classes

No complaints from top to bottom. Family gym with good programs, good childcare while you put in your workout and it doesnt break the bank.

Friendly, trainers are helpful to answer equipment use questions. We worked with Kelly Kelly( really her name 🙂), shes very thorough at determining the workout for youKathy and Nikki

I tried multiple 24Hr fitness and even a couple of the smaller gyms in the area and I did not not like any of them nearly as much as I enjoy going to the YMCA. This gym is great for bodybuilders and aerobics alike. 7 squat racks, endless machines, plenty of benches, bikes, stairs, spin rooms, aerobic rooms and even new crossfit equipment in an isolated room. This place is huge.No stauna

Great friendly gym. Their Kids Club is the best, staffed with engaging and caring teachers!!

Like to drop in for the walk on the thread mill. Great and friendly staff all around.

I found the this facility has very up to date equipment, friendly staff and is a clean facility. I normally use it in the late mornings or afternoon and there is no waiting time to use the equipment .

Crappy cancelation policy, told me on the phone I can come in ON the 27th of March to cancel my membership. I came in the same day, cancel and ask if everything is taken care of, front desk said yes, and I can come in until March 31st. On April 15th, call and told me I am running a balance. Thanks for nothing, now I need to pay a full month without using a single day, I am going to make sure the rest of my family members and friends to cancel with you as well.

Friendly staff, clean facility, but limited amenities. No pool was the biggest disappointment.
