Jeffery Pham dentist discriminates his medical patients from other patients. He drilled out of the center of three of my teeth. Waited two months for approvals from medical because Irene his receiptionist delayed the process, during this waiting time I got an severe infection and Irene would not let me speak to Jeffery Pham or help me. I had to go to another dentist for antibiotics. When I showed up for my appt. Jeffery Pham instead of doing a root canal that I waited two months he put a temporary cap on the tooth that had the infection and said Sorry you dont like my office. You need to find another dentist. Also lied and I could cancel out the approvals for root canals, but only his office can cancel those approvals, so Im at their mercy for another REAL dentist can do the root canals. Im filing a complaint with dental board. Jeffery Pham and or his off gave me the infection. Irene the receptionist is diagnosing and prescribing medication. And delaying the processing. Read Yelp there are other bad reviews on Jefferey Pham. And after carving out the center of my teeth. And waiting two months he tells me to find another dentist hes not going to finish what he started. Male practice. Unethical. Beware of this dentist. Seems nice at the beginning then wont be there for you at the end.

The entire staff at Diamond Coast Dental has been wonderful so far! I had a root canal completed and several cavities filled prior to starting my ortho last week. Its definitely a plus that this is a one stop shop for both dental and ortho needs. Highly recommend Dr Pham and Dr Ngo as I loathed going to the dentist the past 33 years - now I dont mind going at all (to put in perspective I barely went to the dentist in my 20s, I have gone 5 times in the past month for different treatments)! Very professional, courteous, and non pushy. The office is very clean with state of the art technology. Truly a gem!I will be getting implants and crowns after my Invisalign treatment is done!

This is the first time I have good experience at a dental office. The staff was very helpful and friendly helping me filling out the paper. I got a deep cleaning and fillings. Dr. Jeff was considerate and professional. He gave me details about my situation and the treatment, asking how I felt throughout the whole process. I highly recommend this clinic.

I have known Dr. Pham for many years and I can only say he is one of the best dentists in the area! He patiently listens to all my concerns and addresses each one of them accordingly. Wait time is usually minimal which I really appreciate! He is very knowledgeable, caring and gentle and I feel very comfortable every single time I have a procedure done. Dr. Hanh Ngọc Ngo did a wonderful job for my teeth. She is a skillful and gentle dentist. I am impressed with her quality works and professionalism.I am glad I have found her. Dr. Ngo did four fillings for me nicely. She tried to save my natural teeth with matching fillings and doing inlays, while other dentists consulted me to do crowns before! Her assistant was very sweet and doing her part very well. I like her too!The staffs were real nice and friendly. I like the office for its new, and clean environment with state of the art equipment as advertised. A convenient location with step-in parking lot. I would recommend Dr. Ngo to my family and friends! Really thankful that my friend, who has a great dental practice introduced me to Diamond Coast Dental! The main reason for this was because we needed a Medi Cal Dentist. Dr Pham, the primary dentist really knows what he is doing. My first two visits were really pleasant. The staff are genuine and friendly and the dentist was very caring and professional. Even though my next visits will be for root canals and crowns, Im actually looking forward to getting my teeth fixed at a caring dental office.

I scheduled an emergency appointment because I was experiencing tooth pain. When I walked in, Nancy was welcoming and took my temperature before getting on the dental chair because of the pandemic. Filling out my information on a iPad was a lot better than paper.Lolis took my x-rays and she was very nice and professional. When Dr. Pham greeted me and looked at my x-rays, I thought I had some cavities — but it turned out it was me grinding my teeth at night (we all go through some stress). After Dr. Pham looked at my teeth, he said, “honestly, your teeth are great and you do not have any cavities.” I respect his honesty because I do clean my teeth religiously everyday. I would hate getting a treatment that isn’t unnecessary.Dr. Pham recommended to get a night guard and educated me on the benefits. I like Dr. Pham because he is not pushy and this made me trust him. I got my teeth cleaning from Dr. Pham and Lolis and they did an amazing job. I experienced no pain and the office plays relaxing meditation music so it puts their patients at ease.After my cleaning, Nancy took my impressions so I can get a custom mouth guard in the next week or two. She made the process simple and I didn’t have a problem with their impressions.What I like about this office is everything is state-of-the-art, clean, and Dr. Pham’s team is awesome. If you are looking for a dental office that is honest, takes their time for their patients, care for you and your health, I recommend Diamond Coast Dental without a doubt!

These guys buy reviews what they told me is that if I give them a fake five star review theyll give me white fillings. Which I did and now a month and a half later my teeth are now in immense pain while before their very much needed fillings I felt none.

I have done all my fillings, cleaning, and root canal with Dr.Pham. I have been visiting his office for past one year. Dr.Pham is very nice and professional. He listens to me and always solve my teeth issue. He also offer free x-exam and free whiten teeth! He is the best dentist in Huntington Beach :D

After my exam, Dr. Pham proposed 9 cavities that need to be filled. I asked if they offer white composite fillings which they do, and they said my medical wouldnt cover for it. I called medical to confirm the information that was told and turns out it is a covered benefit. What Dr. Pham & his staff didnt inform me was he proposed to do inlays instead of fillings. Keep in mind that these are 2 different treatments. 1 inlay costs $250 at this office...Irene (front office staff) told me that Dr.Pham proposed inlays because my cavities are too big. I find this so unprofessional because Dr. Pham was not 100% transparent with me. He did not mentioned why he proposed inlays during my exam and the difference between the two.I also requested my xrays to be sent to my personal email but their office policy charges $25 for a USB. They are already getting paid from my insurance for the regular full mouth xray and a panoramic. The fact that they charge patients extra is showing me that theyre money hungry.The assistant who helped clean my teeth was really nice and gentle. I wanted to like this office but I will not be returning.

Just came to this office for my root canal done. I was so scared that it would hurt so badly during and after the root canal. But no, it didnt hurt at all during or after that. Dr. Pham really has magic hands. Btw, the beautiful office didnt hurt to look at either. Best choice of dentist so far!

Im very picky when it comes to my teeth. I have changed to different dental offices till I go to Dental Coast. Im impressed with how Dr Jeff and his staff professionalism and caring. Dr Jeff listens to my concern and finds the best solution for my treatment and saves me some money. The office is new, modern and warm make me feel Im not at a dental office but a relaxing and comforting place, which help reduce my anxiety.
