I love how they treated my son during his visit. He is very nervous at the dentist. The Dr made sure he could ask a question or stop them at any time. It was very comforting for him and for me! They quickly did their work (work that another pediatric dentist couldn’t complete). It all came down to their bedside manner and my son learning that he could trust them! It was amazing! My 5 year old son loves going to the dentist and always can’t wait to go back. All of his visits have been with Dr Chu. The staff is so kind to him and he has had great experiences since he was little. This time was my daughter’s first visit. It was as good as it could be for a stubborn two year old. They were so sweet to her and immediately handed her a little toy. I know she will love it as much as her brother one day.

I just took my one year old to see Dr. Chu and she was so wonderful. Even though he was crying she was very patient and calm with him. She explained and showed me how to clean his teeth. I got the first appointment in the morning so I didn’t have to wait at all. My 5 year old currently goes there too and loves her cleaning appointments. I highly recommend her!

My daughters first visit due to schools requirements. I am so happy to have found Dr Chus office through the help of Google. The hygienist (Dan) was so gentle and sweet knowing it was my daughters first visit. They have a TV hung up on the ceiling for the kids to watch at evey station👍👍👍! Separated and distanced each kid and the place was super clean! Dr Chu was super sweet and kind. She explained everything that was happening with my daughters teeth and its progression. My daughter wants to come back to have her teeth clean again... we will see Dr and her staff in 6 months for a follow up!

When both kids come out with smiles after leaving the dentists office, then I think you have a keeper. I LOVE Dr Chu and her staff!

I walked out on a dentist office trying to do that to my son about 4 years back. Then I got recommended from a family friend to Dr. Beanca Chu. It’s a drive I had closer options but we’ll worth it. Excellent experience today. Due to COVID, the office has taken great precautions - plexiglass barriers to the office staff, masks and PPE for the dental staff, changable covers on the lights, all patients wear masks and were spaced out in the waiting area. Very impressed. Felt very comfortable. My son had his braces removed and all went well. Thanks again!!

The front office staff was kind and informative. The hygienists were patient and gentle with my kids and the Dr. took the time to explain current teeth health as well as her predictions of the future care my kids might need. My son also screamed the entire time and bit her fonger during the exam and she never shamed me and made me feel like it was ok and normal. I would totally recommend. The only thing they could improve is their waiting room activities for kids.

My daughter had some cavities and was referred by our regular dentist because they were able to give her some laughing gas to help with the procedure. She was so nervous! The whole staff made her feel comfortable. The process went so well that I decided to bring her back for all of her visits!

If youd like details of a once worried mother of a child with cavities read on...-------------My daughter (now 4) had cavities since she was 2.5. Despite the frequent brushing and limited sugar/starchy snacks diet. I went to 4 different pediatric dentists and consulted with several others, all which either wanted to strap her down and get the job done, or fully sedate with general anesthesia. Both I was firmly against. I knew that if the right dentist came along who was patient and comforting enough, my daughter would cooperate and be one of the their best patients. I prayed and prayed for that demist to come along, and finally the light came.A family dentist suggested I look into LASER to fix cavities. I quickly googled pediatric laser dentistry and Dr. Chu popped up. She was a 70 mile (round trip) drive for me, but totally worth it!I spoke with LISA to make an appointment and she ever so comforting. I felt like I was talking to a friend for a good 30 minutes. I was at that point just so frustrated, and she put all my worries at ease.*First appointment*, my daughter was a little nervous but Dr. Chu allowed me to remain with her the entire time, holding her until she received some laughing gas. Previous dentists kept telling me that it wasnt going to do anything, and boy were they wrong! It helps a lot. Her assistant VERONICA was a Godsend! She was so kind, gentle and encouraging, and really raised both of our spirits during the entire procedure.Dr. Chu didnt retake xrays like most dentists pressure you to do (despite already having them!). She fixed 2 cavities with laser, and it was so quick and simple I couldnt believe it.No pain, shots, or numbing. My daughter walked out as if nothing happened and came back later that day to do cleaning happily without a fuss (something that was impossible to previously do). My girls heart was finally at ease, and I knew that I had found my forever dentist!*Second appointment*, Dr. Chu fixed two more, also with laser.*Third and last appointment* was the most nerve wrecking, we were to do 2 pulpotomies. This couldnt be done with laser, but it was also surprisingly easy. My daughter didnt flinch at the shots, but was only uncomfortable for a couple of hours later due to the numbing. Soon after she was back to normal, and I didnt have to give her anything for pain.Dr. CHU: Thank you for being such a kind-hearted and skilled dentist! You truly do whats in the best interest of the child, and that is so hard to find these days.You are so talented!VERONICA: Thank you for being so kind and comforting, you held my daughters hand and comforted her as I would! My two children really enjoyed going to Dr Chu; we recently had an issue with our insurance not being in network. There was a bit of miscommunication, and thankfully we were able so resolve it. The office called me and not only were kind, but also very informative.

My 2 boys (2 Year Old & 7 Year Old) always have a Great Time. With the TV and the quick simple cleaning, they dont kick and scream when I say you have a dentist appt. Love it here!

We came from a different pediatric dentist who traumatized my children for years. They really hated going to the dentist. I decided it was time to try a new dentist. Dr. Chu and her staff know how to work with anxious kids by making them feel comfortable. They are SO patient and kind, and get the job done quickly. My daughters love choosing one of the great prizes (appropriate for different ages) at the end of their visit. I have never seen a smile on my daughter’s face after a teeth cleaning until yesterday. What a huge difference from the last dentist they had. We are so happy that we switched to Dr. Chu! I would highly recommend her. Her office staff is friendly, also. We are totally satisfied!

5 stars for the appearance of the facility, especially the flat screen TVs on the ceiling for the kids to look at while having their teeth cleaned.The issue I have is that both of my children were booked at the same time slot and done with within 10-15 minutes. Yup, both kids in and out of the office within 10-15 minutes. The bill of $410 where my insurance paid $320 and Im responsible for $90.When I first brought my daughter to here, Dr. Chu spent a good decent amount of time explaining, calming her and cleaning her teeth. I was very happy a dentist for my children.The second time, an assistant cleaned both my childrens but Dr. Chu still spent some time with each child.This time, she had two assistants for each of my child. Dr. Chu then looked at their teeth briefly after.Im glad my children teeth are healthy. I just couldnt believe the bill vs. the services I paid for. I guess the costs go toward the appearance of the facility.
