Terrible front and staff quality service.They have a girl in front named Marlene who is inexperienced and unprofessional and rude as well.This office used to be a good place but it’s just only about how much money they can get and lost interest in providing quality services for the patients

Oceanic Dental is by far the best dental office I have visited. Their staff is fantastic and professional and they use all the latest equipment ensuring your are well cared for. Also, I was extremely impressed with Dr. Kate. She was very communicative, advising me on what to expect or feel. She put that dental anxiety at rest. Needless to say, its the best dental work I have had completed. Thanks Dr. Kate!

I have been going to oceanic dental for a couple years now. I have to say I am always impressed with the friendliness, professionalism, and cleanliness. The staff is always great about explaining things as they come up check in in through out and making each time a very positive experience. I would highly recommend them to anyone !

Oceanic dental is the best office and I would highly recommend this office to my friends and family. The doctors, the hygienist, the front staff and back are all caring, attentive and knowledgeable. They will go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and answer any questions you may have. Most people fear the dentist but this office makes me look forward to my appointments.

They are hands down the best! Everyone at the Huntington Beach and Fountain Valley office are so friendly, professional and accommodating. I live 45 minutes away and chose to drive there instead of choosing a dentist office closer to me because of the amazing service they provide! Hello world. I wrote a review earlier today about how great Oceanic Dental represents dentistry. I stand by my 5 star review but I was remiss in mentioning Kathrine who works in the front office. She is not only sweet potatoes and pleasant, she was on-point getting me processed out, getting my next appointments scheduled and of course....finding me a Keurig coffee for the road back to work. So there, now I have completed my 5 star review of the 5 star staff at Oceanic!

I was absolutely I love with the water view as soon as I sat on the chair. I met Dr. Pham and Dr. Bonin. They are both very kind and knowledgeable.

WOW!!!!! I was beyond scared to have my impacted wisdom tooth out, especially having gone to a terrible doctor before meeting Dr. Bonin. Let me tell you he really did a awesome job didnt feel anything , and after words the pain was pretty minimal especially for me who cant take any tylenol or ibuprofen.. The front office staff was also very helpful and explained everything. I will definitely recommend this place.. Thank you oceanic dental 😁

My wife found Oceanic Dental through Yelp. She wont go anywhere without checking for good reviews. We both have been very happy with the high level of care we receive here for the past 3 years! We call it the Disneyland of Dentistry . We LOVE this place!

My family has been going to Oceanic Dental for over 5 years now. Every visit, we are treated to a kind and attentive staff.Some examples of their excellent services:Convenient scheduling - They tried their best to schedule my wife and I on the same day/time. We live somewhat far away so this is very helpful.Well organized - Reminder calls and texts for appointments, checking our insurance is up to date before our visit, follow-up calls after to see how we are doingKnowledge and care - They always made sure to explain what work is being done and check often if we are in any pain or discomfortAnd although they didnt have to, they were able to keep an eye on our children (2 and 4) while we both had our cleaning done. They truly go out of their way to make sure we get a great experience. I couldnt recommend them more.

I was very impressed with the cleaning they provided and how much care they put in my teeth. The staff was very friendly and funny. You can ask them anything and they would be happy to answer your questions. Very informative :) Dr. Pham was direct and made sure you understand the problems you had with your teeth. Overall I would love to come back and recommend others to this place.

Id give Dr. Pham 10 stars if I could!! I honestly and truly love her and the magic she did on my teeth. My choice of treatment was invisalign, and the treatment took a total almost two years to complete, she also did some amazing job with my front teeth to make sure everything will be perfect. And of course, results were absolutely amazing, perfect straight teeth.Dr. Pham really did wonders on my teeth and gave me a perfect bite and smile and again, I cant thank her enough.All the staff are amazing as well and they are the best staff youll ever meet. Everyone is always so nice and welcoming, they really show that they care about you and even your kids 🙂. With their flexible hours, it makes it easier for my family to schedule anytime.

I refer all my family and friends to Dr. Pham. She is amazing!! She is so sweet, accommodating, smiley and most importantly meticulous in her work. As soon as you step in the office, you are greeted by name. Everyone is so positive! She really takes time to get to know you and her work is flawless. I highly, highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great dentist in the OC area. You will not be disappointed!

UPDATE: Was contacted by the office manager, Victor, who offered to make reparations for the work that needs to be redone--I agreed with him that is the action of any company who cares about its image. So I have to amend my vote. If you have a problem and get the run around or unanswered messages, dont stop until you get to him; he cares.Original:They are great on cleanings, the people are experience and pleasant enough. However they persuaded me to get a totally unnecessary first crown thats been the bane of my existence. Expressed my concerns about all the stories of crowns not getting sealed and turning into root canals. They gave me the platitude that they know what theyre doing and I went ahead with it. Was never fit right and low and behold less than a year later the bonding material is falling away and theres now a hole thats inviting decay between the crown and remaining tooth. Permanent crown lasted less than a year and they wouldve gotten away with it if I didnt do regular cleanings. LESS THAN A YEAR OLD AND IT NEEDS TO BE REPLACED.Or maybe they were just trying to create future revenue. Either way its a poor practice.

Loved this dental office, everyone in the office a okay, made me feel more than comfortable. I was going to have a very large back tooth pulled and Dr. Bonin saved it for me. I live in Palm Desert but intend to come to Dr. Bonin for my dental work. Its a log drive but very worth it. Recommend HIGHLY> Elizabeth Huggins

Be careful about this dental office and its shady practices. I went for a dental cleaning on a Friday but noticed it wasnt quite complete after they said they were done. I asked the dental hygenist about the incomplete cleaning and she claimed I had irremovable stains. I called their other office in Hungtingon beach on Monday for a follow-up. The second hygenist there said she cleaned everything which made me ask what did they clean on the Friday, just two days earlier. They were going to charge my dental insurance for a second cleaning when I raised my concerns to their front desk. Fortunately I wasnt charged twice, although I suspect they didnt do this for fear of being investigated for billing fraud by the insurance company.

Dr. Pham is a great dentist. She listens to her patients and takes her time providing services. She does not run around like most dentist trying to do too much. I moved to California five years ago and experienced 3 other dentists before being referred to Dr. Pham, I am glad for that referral and happy to be her patient.

I have been to this dentist four times and have been pleased with my interactions with each person at the office. Dr. Pham is wonderful, as is the rest of the staff. Above all, there is a level of professionalism that you will not find at every dental office.Prior to coming to Oceanic Dental, Id been spoiled by a wonderful dental office in San Diego county. After re-locating, I stubbornly refused to find a new dentist because I knew I would be disappointed. Eventually, as I moved further north, I gave in and lucked out when I tried Oceanic. If youre hesitant to come to a new dentist, give this one a try.

I just went to Oceanic Dental for the Groupon whitening and it was amazing! The staff were all extremely friendly and accommodating. The paperwork was minimal and they offered me something to drink. They walked me through each step of the whitening and made sure they answered all of my questions before they got started.Also, they gave me the option of upgrading to a newer 20 min. mthod for just $20 more (which I did) that delivered the same results as the 1-hour long Zoom whitening. But unlike most dentists (and sellers in general), they didnt try to make me upgrade or sell me anything else and that was greatly appreciated.Before the whitening they showed me a row of fake teeth that were different shades and matched me to one so I could see the before and after. Just 20 mins later my teeth were quite noticeably whiter and I got to confirm this again with the different shades of fake teeth.During the whitening I had a pleasant view out the window, cable TV, and a bell I could ring if i needed anything. The whitening itself is totally painless, I had no sensitivity, and the tray they put in my mouth was not obnoxiously big like most things dentist seem to use so it all went very comfortably.All-in-all I give them a 9/10, the one off is just because finding the place took a few mins. It was in the back of the business park it was in so I had to drive around a bit before finding them.My current dentist is great but I am definitely looking into switching to Oceanic, great experience:)
