They’ve great services. Tony the barber is good at haircuts and knows his stuff well. Dr. Jay is amazing with patients. Highly recommend this place

And the services they delivered to us were very POOR.Summary:0 Stars for the Childrens Hair Cut - See Pictures - Crooked/Uneven0 Stars for the Womens Hair Color - See Picture - Stained Head0 Stars for Customer Service - Behavioral Issues - In front of my children, my mother and other customers, the barber YELLED at us, called us LIARS, SWORE many times, spoke in another language with more swear words,THREATENED to call the police and then DEMANDED that we leave.There are four HUGE issues:1. The owner asked us to pay for a service my mother did not receive.2. The barber who was extremely unprofessional during her yelling and swearing appears to be an officer in the company.3. The owner listened to the entire rant from the barber and continued to ask for us to pay even after 10 minutes of yelling at us by her barber.4. The barber yelled over the owner and told us they dont want our money and to leave. She yelled so loud the people outside were looking in. And the owner did not stop her.The small issues:1. They insisted we pay for services even if they are bad. I paid for a $15 childrens haircut that the barber said was great. Look at the pictures and decide for yourself. Try not to laugh as much as the other barbers did who fixed it. Yes, I paid for two childrens haircuts on my one son.2. My mothers hair color service was done in the wrong color, it was supposed to be light to blend in with her future gray roots and it was done dark.3. My mothers forehead was stained with the hair dye even AFTER my mother asked them to take it off. The barber told her not to worry, it would come off and later tried to scrub it off and it didnt.Additional Details:Why would the owner ask us to pay something we didn’t receive?She said it was a combo package, $99 for a hair color and hair cut. Shouldn’t we have been able to meet in the middle? I offered to pay a majority of this and she said no and insisted on the $99. The thing is, we shouldn’t have had to pay for the horrible $15 children’s haircut in the first place, they gave my mother the wrong hair color on her roots and even stained her head. If anything, they should have paid us to be guinea pigs. However, they must really have needed that $40. Because we also had two full body massages, two manicures and two pedicures scheduled in 2 days after this. All of which were cancelled, because of what? Horrible customer service that they could have easily fixed.About 24 hours later, I receive a text from owner. It basically said that she was sorry, embarrassed, happened because of a temper in that persons personal life and doesnt care who is right or wrong. Then offered a free massage on a Monday or Thursday when the other lady isnt working. Please note that the owner did not discuss her lack of appropriate actions or decisions that day. My mother was not even contacted about what happened to her. And if I want the free services offered, I would have to bend my schedule around the barber’s so it doesnt offend the barber.End of Horrible Experience.

Ashley is a very talented stylist and is one of the few people who can do a five star job on my hair. Shes wonderful and has high standards for service. It took me a long time to find her and I really appreciate the work she has done for me the past several years. I highly recommend you give her a try.

This was my second time in and I just want to say the service is outstanding! I get gel and eyelash extentions and I wont go anywhere else from now on. The rates are reasonable, far less than what the services are worth. The atmosphere is relaxing, staff attentive and friendly. 5 star ++++

Its been awhile since I had a facial and I jumped back into it with a hydrafacial. It was an amazing experience. For someone that is not too familiar with the whole process, I can summarize it ad cleanse, vacuum, cleanse, light chemical peel and the moisturizer at the end. Ask them to take a before and after picture so you can see the immediate difference. I also got my hair cut and colored and it was reasonably priced...Tony did a great job with my hair. Also, treated myself to a manicure, my nails have never looked better, next time I will get a pedicure.

My sisters and I went in here and they were very pleasant and sweet and did an amazing job, thank you Kim, Lee and Tiffany. This place is very clean and relaxing. Honestly it deserves more than 5 stars. Definitely will be coming back and recommend to my friends.

I brought my wife here for our honeymoon as a surprise and in reality I was the one that was surprised. I got the package and they did such a great job taking care of my wife and I. The pricing is great for the treatment you get. I actually said I would never have this done but Im glad I did and Im glad it was here

Best place ever to get a relaxing massage treatment. Really took out all the knots on my shoulders n achilles tendon that I never knew I had. Totally recommend this place.

Worst massage ever. It was cheap but basically it was an unqualified woman rubbing lotion on me for an hour. I almost got up and left 5 minutes into it but I thought it was funny so I stayed. My internal laughter was only interrupted by the squeezing of a half empty Jergens bottle that was kept between my legs the entire time. Do yourself a favor and save your money, or just spend twice as much and go to a more reputable spa.

Whatever who works here dont eithen know how to pain a nails, worse quality ever, dont waste u time.

Definitely not a right place to get a haircut. Absolutely overpriced for the quality of service they deliver.
