After having a very bad experience at another dentist years ago, I was very hesitant to visit another one. However, when I cracked my tooth on a raspberry seed (! that was the straw that broke the tooths back) I had to do something. I had already chosen this office as a replacement since it is so close to my home. Luckily, everyone there made me feel comfortable, safe, and important. They explained everything to me, were very patient, kind and personable. I really appreciated the fact that I was given a treatment plan which explained everything that had to be done and how much it cost after my insurance. I didnt have to pay for anything in advance, no pressure to sign something and be bound by a contract (like the other place I mentioned above). This is the best dentist I have ever been to. I am so glad that I found them. Oddly enough, having my cracked tooth taken out felt BETTER than when it was still in my mouth! The discomfort I felt during the extraction was NOTHING compared to the pain from the crack. Dont be afraid that it will hurt after a procedure. It really does feel better to have the work done! I been to several dentists in Southern California. From the Inland Empire, Los Angeles, to Orange Country.And Harbour Landing Dental has become my new favorite dental office! Dr. Stewart is a nice and knowledgeable man who really makes sure his patients are taken cause of and respected. He even hand writes a thank you note that is mailed out after every appointment. Ive never seen this before!They have fair pricing, updated equipment, are flexible, and have never given me a delay when I show up to an appointment. Ive had issues where I drive to Beverly Hills to see a specialist and wait nearly an hour past my appointment time (on more than 1 occasion)...The front desk is a great staff! Karina & Alicia are wonderful, friendly, and help solve problems rather than create them (unlike a Dentist office in Thousand Oaks I was going to prior...)Their dental assistants, Veronica & Daniel, are a pleasure during appointments. They do a great job as its evident they enjoy their work and appreciate the patients.I am happy to have found such a good Dentist for my wife and I that does everything past dentists could not. And they always have plenty of parking!

This place is well overpriced. I should have known given that they are located next to the beach. They wanted well over $3,000+ a tooth. They had no sympathy for the current state of the economy and people are out of work. I went in with cash to see what could be done but felt like my money was no good because it wasn’t enough. Save your time and exam money and find a place more inland if you cannot afford.

I am beyond super weenie scardy cat of dental work. Been chipping away major medical procedures over three years. So accomodating. I get valium and nitrous every time. Painless and good work. Way less enxiety. Great staff from the front to the techs and doctors.

I’ve been a patient at Harbour Landing Dental for about 10 years now and have had more positive experiences than one would expect at...the dentist. I elect to have my teeth cleaned every 3 months and haven’t had any further tooth decay in years. Their hygienist uses magnifying glasses and is extremely gentle with the waterjet. My previous experiences always left me wincing when the cold water triggers a nerve; not here.I’ve referred my wife and my mom to this place as well.

Once again, during my recent dental check-up I had thorough and excellent care at Dr. Gary Stewarts office. For any issue at all, he makes sure it will be taken care of right away. And most important... Dr. Stewart has the most gentle touch of any dentist I have ever known!

Parking was easy and plentiful. It was easy enough to find the office from the parking lot.They were pretty quick. I was there for an intake visit where I had to fill out paper work, take x-rays, photos, see dentist and close out. The entire process was 45 min. Also, the staff were very friendly.*covid update. This is my second time visiting the clinic just for a cleaning. I was in and out in 30 minutes. This place is so clean and sanitary. They’re taking all the necessary measures to make sure the patients and staff stay safe and healthy.

Dr. Lan Nguyen and the staff at Harbour Landing (looking at you Danny) are amazing. We moved to the area recently and my youngest child was complaining of a toothache, we were able to get in with Dr. Nguyen very quickly and the experience was awesome. Danny and Dr. Nguyen were both very soft spoken and were encouraging my daughter the whole time we were there. The ladies at the front desk are extremely nice and professional, we discussed everything that needed to happen, and what the costs would be before any work was done so there were no sudden financial surprises, as well as no surprises for my daughter that was a little nervous.Would absolutely recommend them!

The worst dentist Ever! Dr. Stewart made me so uncomfortable. He argued with me during the consultation, and wanted to pull several of my teeth before giving me any written treatment plan or estimate of cost. It was very traumatizing. I am so grateful I have other choices in the area.

The teeth are very big which I had never approved of. I am unable to eat with them. Have to remove the at restaurants which is embarrassing for me. Friendly staff and they are very detailed, they give you pictures of everything. Last dentist I went Two months before said I had no cavities but I have two, one to repair with a hole and I do have a small cavity shown in the pictures. The hygienist also took before and after pictures when she cleaned my teeth! Very professional! I would recommend everyone to go!

Dr. Stewart and his team are fantastic. I have severe anxiety (in general not just in regards to dental work) and I just made it through my filling and crown without taking any sedatives at all. That’s a first for me. They take the time to make you feel comfortable, and I’m actually looking forward to going back in a few weeks!

I was not a patient. My tooth pain was so horrible and I could not get into my dentist for a month. I called my insurance company and got approval to change dentists if I could get an appointment. I called Harbour Landing Dental and they gave me a same day appointment. The staff were so amazing. Everyone did everything they could to not hurt me. Dr Stewart came into the room and immediately gave me a shot to stop my agony, then we discussed the treatment required. His kind thought to my pain was so great to me. Once the pain was handled, I could make the choice of treatment, and am so grateful for it. I am now a patient and highly recommend this office! All the staff are very professional and caring.

Wow, I would like to know if Im writing a review about the same office as the other writers were writing about here?First off, I have had bad Dentists, and Great Dentists, these Dentists at Harbour were Great. And I dont take any of this lightly.A. I hate all Dentist.B. I hate all DentistC. I hate all DentistBut, I must say, I had an over all fantastic appointment with Dr. Stewart, the kindest, and most professional of Dentist. He didnt make me feel bad that Im so afraid of Dentist, well, I have put off getting my teeth fixed for way to many years.He was wonderful. I felt like he didnt judge me what so ever. Love him.Then, there is Dr. Coleman, who is about the best Dentist I have ever had. I was with him and his assistant, who is the best also, she is wonderful, and I wasnt in any hurry to leave them. What a drastic change for me. He had a long hard time on my teeth, and I never felt any pain. I LOVE him. And hes not bad on the eyes either, hes adorable!!!!I have referred a few people I know who are also skeptical about getting their teeth fixed, and will continue to do so, this is a fantastic group of Dentist, and their assistants are really wonderful also.I give them a score of 11 out of 10Donna Baker Robinson

I visited this office while experiencing a severe tooth ache while my normal dentist was out of town. They took x-rays and said I had a cracked root and needed to have an extraction. They took moldings for a bridge and scheduled an appointment for me for the following week.I asked how long I had to decide before they sent the molding in to the lab and they said by the afternoon. I went to see an endodontist who took multiple x-rays, including 3D, and did not see any crack. I called them before noon and they said they had already sent the molding. I asked them to call the lab to stop it and they said they would call me right back.No call back, and when I called the following morning, they casually said, Oh, sorry its already been processed at the lab.A few weeks later, I saw that they still hadnt credited me back $800 they charged. When I called to get reimbursed, they said I would owe $525 of the total procedure.I got 3 more opinions after I visited their office, and all 3 doctors said I did not have a cracked root and a root canal should fix it.This is a corrupt practice that will falsely diagnose you to quickly take your money. DO NOT GO HERE!

This place is horrid! I had a severe dental emergency and called them on a Thursday because my husband was a patient there. They had voice mail on all day. Left three messages as well as calling the emergency line. No one called back not even Friday morning. I called back to see the Dr who is a USC alumni as I am was in—— The receptionist was the rudest person on earth.I asked simply why they were closed on Thursday as their web and phone says they were open. She rudely said “because we are open today”!I asked what that meant as it didn’t make sense and she put me on hold and hung up on me. I called back and they picked up the phone and repeatedly hung up on me. 6 times!!!!! I know Sr. Stewart from USC and this staff is the worst ever. To repeatedly hang up on a new patient is outrageous and unheard of. I asked to speak to the Doctor and was hung up on AGAIN!!!Wow I’m glad I know now before I started treatment there what kind of people are handling the front office. I’d warn folks if you’re seeking a dentist DONT go there. You will likely be treated rudely and completely disrespected by the receptionist. I am an engineer and have high education and have never been treated as poorly as this trying to become a new patient. They can hang up on me but thankfully my voice is heard on line. So Dr Stewart —-good luck staying in business. I have many avenues to post about your horrific staff and I will continue to do so. I don’t appreciate calling a local dentist first thing Friday morning to be abused this way. It’s disgusting how I was treated and will post all over about Harbour Dental and the horrible staff. Next Door app covers this entire area and it’s posted there. Good luck to you - bad staff will close your doors! You lost a potential new patient and my husband who was a patient and I will see to it no one new goes there - terrible and rude!!!!! No place for that here! Deb in Huntington Beach.
