THIS PLACE IS SO WELCOMING!! They do such a great job. The doctor is very gentle with your mouth. The assistants are so helpful. The receptionist Diane is so nice. When you walk in through the front door she greets you and makes you feel comfortable. I recommend to come here because it’s all around a perfect dentist. You can completely rely on this place to get your teeth fixed and healthy.

A great first experience at this dentist. I had a full set of extensive x-rays done w HITECH equipment. The staff is absolutely great. Diae, Heather, and Dr Foruzan Bigdeli are very professional, and kind. They exude warmth, sincerity, & cheer, alongside professionalism, working as a team in this beautifully designed office that lacks nothing. I have already referred another patient after my first visit. I am scheduled for a deep cleaning, a crown and a filling in about two weeks. Also we discussed a night guard and dental esthetic options. I will keep u posted as to my future visits but so far its 5 stars, & two thumbs up. I feel blessed to have found this very classy dentist office with such talent, expertise, impeccable bedside manner in very kind people. Im excited for what we do next. Love this dentist. I hate going to the dentist it’s one of my bigger fears. She is always very welcoming though and always makes sure you are doing ok and tries to be as gentle as possible. She’s not rude and rushed like a lot of other places I’ve been. Love Diane at the front, she always works around my schedule. Highly recommend!

Truly wonderful experience with the dentist, took time to explain the procedure unlike most. They’re also disinfecting everything between patient visits! Office is in a great spot too super convenient and close by, would definitely recommend!

The receptionist insulted me and my boyfriend as we walked in. She said Youve got to be kidding me. You two are way too old to be an hour late for your appointment. Are you late to your classes? To which I looked to my boyfriend and said: Lets change dentists.The receptionist needs to keep her commentary to herself. This is poor customer service skills. She could have said Im glad you made it. Its late. Is everything okay? Is there a way I could make it easier for you to make your appointment times?If I were a crueler person, I would have snapped back: Arent you too old to still be a receptionist? At least I enrolled in college.In my opinion, a receptionist job is for college students and people age 18-30.She scheduled our appointment incorrectly. I get out of class at 3pm and live in Irvine. We wanted to be there at 3:30pm, which she should have confirmed via phone. My boyfriend goes to class at 5:00 pm, which leaves a small window for our appointment time.She scheduled us for 2pm, which would be impossible for us to make.Let alone, her comment was downright degrading and insulting. If it werent for her, Id rate Big Dental 4 stars but she brings it down to 1.

So I was able to have my follow up appointment inHB. I was under the impression that everything was covered. Come to find only the extractions weer covered. Now o have no teeth.

My 91 year old father had a broken tooth that needed immediate attention, Diane the front office lady, went out of her way to do what she could to make sure my father was being taken care of. Diane is definitely an asset to Big Dental.

After my first visit with a particular dentist, I wrote a great review. HOWEVER, the second dentist I saw ruined my life for a whole year. I ended up in the emergency room two days after her final work. My new dentist had to do root canals on 3 out of 4 of the teeth she worked on because she messed them up so bad. She also cut grooves into the surfaces of my teeth and later claimed they were already there. Evelyn deserves to be in a place that is as caring as she, because she took the time to take me back in the chair and clean up the extra filling the dentist left on my adjacent tooth and smooth the cavity itself. The worst dentist in the world!!! Thousands of dollars spent fixing her horrible, rough, despicable work. DO NOT STEP FOOT HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I love to come to Big Dental Group! I live in Newport Beach, but am willing to drive all the way to Huntington Beach just to see the staff. This dentistry has an amazing staff with bright, warm personalities, which alleviates the stress of coming in for dental work. Here, Ive had two teeth extracted, without fear, because the staff is well educated and well informed. They walk you through the whole process and crack jokes along the way, making it a lot less of a stressful experience. I highly recommended coming here!

I had to have ~12 cavities done and every appointment was a terrible experience. The male receptionist is very nice and professional, but the dentists were very rough with me and rushed through all of the work. They also accidentally drilled part of my tooth. Her hand slipped one time and I heard the drill slip and grind against one of my teeth momentarily, she didnt say anything and just acted as if nothing happened. I didnt notice how bad it was until a month or two after my last cavity appointment I noticed that the pain was getting severely worse so i took a mirror and looked and sure enough, i have another exposed nerve on my upper left molar. I truly regret ever setting foot in this place.

Because of lifes up and downs, I neglected my teeth. My visit today at BigDental Group went beyond my expectations. Starting with the Receptionist, to their assistant and then the Dentist, all were caring, compassionate and professional. I didnt feel as bad as I could have, actually, I didnt feel bad at all. Dont go here! Drove 45 minutes to try to be sold a $150 toothbrush! No cleaning was performed. Said she couldnt give me basic cleaning even though my insurance covered it and tried to get me to pay for an intermediate deep cleaning? Sorry, had a real deep cleaning from my last dentist 6 months ago. Try to rip someone else off to pay for your next face lift :)

I absolutely love this place. Both the office manager and dentist were so sweet. If youre feeling anxious it helps that they would explain everything to you in detail plus plenty of magazines in the waiting room to occupy yourself wile waiting.I called them for an emergency appointment after hours. At the time, I had no insurance but knew I needed some work done on an infection that was causing me so much pain. They told me to apply for CareCredit and I did, it was a fast/easy process and I am so happy they informed me about it as well as giving me advice. I was accommodated despite the time and the fact that they were closed. The dentist was so sweet and made sure I wasnt in any pain. She even kept checking on me while the assistant was doing preperation on my teath.All in all, everything went incredibly well and I am grateful for the gentle, thorough and relaxing services I received. I would sure recommend them.I hope this review help
