Dr. Trigo has taken care of me for the last 10 years and it has been a total blessing. Ive previously had chiropractic work done at other offices but no one has Straitened me out more then Dr.Trigo . Highly recommend! A+.

Jeff Trigo, did an adjustment on my neck to begin with. I was skeptical of Chiros in general. But noticed right away how I could turn my head very well, I could even breath better. I went because I had terrible migraines that caused me to throw up 3 times a week! My neck was so bad that I had to go twice a week for 3 weeks, and then felt completely normal. But right away I had less and less migraines, till they finally were gone. I still go to keep them away. But I dont need to go now but every three or four weeks now. One of the other biggest things for me was when a had a sciatic pain down my leg, and when I went in and he adjusted me, It was gone right away, just had to heal up for three days of soreness, not pain. He is gentle, as I was very afraid of Chiros, and adjusted perfectly, the areas needed and extra through out my back to make sure I was in optimal condition. Dr. Trigo is highly recommended by me!
