I enjoyed getting a pedicure here. The lady that did mine did an excellent job. They also gave us complimentary champagne and water. I wasnt a fan of the massage chair though.

So nice. I was a walk in. Didnt really know exactly what I wanted. They helped me choose and it was so relaxing I nearly fell asleep.They have massage chairs too but no one was using them so I couldnt tell if they worked. Their chairs rotate so you can get in themWhat was really convenient is that they do your Mani and pedi at the same time. Very time efficient

I had the pleasure of having Kate and Kin - they are simply fabulous ! They got me looking perfect ! And so wonderful to do the mani / pedi at the same time ! So efficient! These girls rock

My 15-year-old daughter came here to get a manicure. She also asked for an eyebrow waxing to include the chin. The technician persuaded her to have her entire face waxed even though my daughter declined at first. The technician said she would cover it. Because I was not with her she agreed. When she came home her face was very red to the touch and looked swollen. She was extremely upset because she has a huge event and of course being a teenager this was devastating for her. She woke up the next day completely broken out. We have recently spent a lot of money on a dermatologist to get her skin cleared up and it had been. I am beyond frustrated that my daughter is dealing with this and now we are having to go back to the dermatologist for an additional expense. I am furious and I highly recommend you avoid this place at all cost. I will also add that the manicure looks good, no issues there. My daughter had been saving her money to go get this done and now this.

The staff was very friendly. My husband and I came here to get a pedi and cbd massage. I got a mani and tweezing as well. My mani and tweezing was done by Lena. She did an amazing job and is really warm hearted! Jennifer did my pedi. She is very detail oriented and super bubbly! Kelly gives an incredible message. I wouldn’t recommend passing up on that! All in all it was a great experience. I really loved the aesthetic. It’s a beautiful place.

I’ve officially been spoiled by Teresa at Holly and Hudson! It was my first time at this salon. I was running late due to traffic, and was a little worried they would be irritated with me due to social distancing measures with limited appointments. Not at all- they were friendly and welcoming. And the salon is beautiful- great view, with the most luxurious spa chairs I’ve seen in a nail salon. The massage chair is awesome- literally massages your entire body.I splurged a bit, about $20 more than I usually spend on a pedicure. And it was so worth it! I loved the presentation of all the scrubs, masks, and scrubs she used on my skin. The jasmine smell was so pleasant. It was very upscale. Chairs were super clean as well.Teresa actually removed my rough spots with a special treatment that she let soak on my skin. Then she used an awesome tool that didn’t tickle me much at all (and I’m very ticklish when it comes time for feet buffing). Usually, I leave a salon feeling like my feet are just about as rough as they were before. I also love that they set a timer for your massage, so you know you’re getting the full amount of time you paid to receive. And let me tell you, I’ve been paying way too much at other salons and haven’t received a long enough massage!Teresa was amazing- very gentle yet effective, and gave me a relaxing massage with good pressure. She was quiet and allowed me to relax, it was so great. My pedicure looks shiny and beautiful. They use high quality polish here. She even asked me to make sure I was happy with the length and shape of my toenails before she started painting. I can’t recommend this place enough!

This is a typical nail salon in a nice location. I got a gel manicure and a regular pedicure. The technicians were friendly and did a good job on my nails and with the massage. 4 stars for being overpriced - after tip was $100, which is pretty high compared to my regular places.

The person who did my manicure did not have attention to detail. I felt she was on a rush the whole time and I had to tell her several times to fix my nails. At the end I did not like the result and it took way too long because she had to fix them. Also not all the staff was very friendly. For the price I was expecting quality and a better service. Disappointed

First time here and loved it! Very clean and new, relaxing spalike atmosphere. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Manicurists did a perfect job for my friend and I! I had regular manicure, she had a gel dip. Very professional. Tiffany was so great, nice conversation while she did my nails, very friendly. Made us feel right at home. Ive never had a better manicure, price is great. Located in a great new shopping/dining plaza by the beach. Will be a return customer many times to come!!!!

The staff at Pacific City Holly and Hudson are super nice and Francine is the best nail technician I have ever been to. Her creativity knows no limits, and her talent is second to none!!

I loved it here. It was also extremely clean and the two ladies that did my nails did a great job. They were busy but I didnt feel rushed. Great place!

My favorite nail salon. Gels last forever until I get sick of the grow out. They do excellent work. Worth the extra cost. Amazing location. I won’t go anywhere else.

Linda did my nails and was extremely rude, saying it was my fault that the pointer finger was messed up, even though she could have easily fixed it. The rest of my nails popped off in less than a week and let’s just say, they were not cheap!

I had an appointment for a gel manicure only, and was not expecting to have to sit in a pedicure chair with my shoes on, feet propped over the water (water on for the manicurist to use...), and my body turned to the right so she could do my manicure from my right side. Evidently my appointment was made while all of the manicure tables were taken. Lesson learned: when making an appt that does not include a pedicure, be sure to confirm that you will not have to sit in a pedicure chair for the mani. Additionally I asked for the Chrome Red polish, but after the red gel polish was done, she did not have the right chrome powder to finish the chrome look. She said well the red is a pretty color anyways... It was a brighter color and not the look I had asked for (I would not have chosen just red). When I asked if they had a sparkle to use instead she said yes and I went with that, only because the red was all done, but then they charged me $5 extra at the register. They reversed it when I asked what the $5 charge was for, that I was not told it would be $5 extra and the only reason I used the glitter was because she couldnt accomplish the chrome I had asked for. My nails also chipped quicker than normal. Hopefully others have a better experience. For me, this was not a pleasant visit.

What a nightmare! Scheduled 3 pedicures, 3 sets of acrylics, weeks in advance for daughters birthday with friends. Long story short, we showed up and they couldn’t do everything....No apology, no trying to correct the situation, wanted us to come back at 3 seperate times over course of 2 days....No thank you!!!
