It is a membership based service. You pay yearly fee to get treatment. Otherwise, you can only see PA, not medical doctor. Also they are not familiar with what is covered in the annual physical lab test in general. So, you better know what you want and tell the doctor to order the tests, otherwise, you are either not taking the benefit of free lab work you entitled or you are getting charged for items are not covered. I mean this is true for all doctors and insurances, but most of the doctors have some basic idea of what are covered by the majority of insurance companies. But not in this office. So if you do not ask for it, they will not test it. Better know what lab works are covered by your insurance in detail before come to this office.

By far, the most comprehensive internal medicine practice in Charlotte area. Dr. Stacy Le is our primary care provider for our family of 5 ages 18-55. We were one of the first to sign up for her concierge service and it has been one of the best decisions we have made - our medical care is top notch. Dr. Les extensive medical knowledge has been instrumental in diagnosing medical issues in the very early stages - which is critical for care and recovery. Dr. Le takes the time to really get to know her patients, ask questions, listen, and be able to correctly diagnose issues. Not only is Dr. Le an amazing doctor but also one of the nicest people we have ever met. All staff members are friendly, helpful and make our doctor visits enjoyable! We highly recommend Progressive Medical Associates! (5 stars are not enough...)

Dr. Le and her staff give a wonderful experience! They are friendly, professional, and have an genuine interest in the progress and wellbeing of their patients. Dr. Le always gives you a comprehensive follow up as part of the appointment. She takes the time to talk with you and listens to questions and concerns if you have any. I highly recommend her!!

Stacey Mullet is a NP at this practice. My family and I love her so much. She does such a thorough exam on each person and sincerely cares. NP Mullet takes the time to get to know you. One can tell she is not there just to “treat and release,” she really wants to find out what the underline issue is. She’s not happy just putting a band aid on your concerns. Bottom line, she loves her job and is very well at it.

Very pleasant and thorough Doctors. Plan to be tested for everything from length of toenails to length of eyelashes.Administration could be a little better and a little more informed about changes in insurance plans and how they work and reception can be condescending at times. But once you reach the doctor, your blood.pressire should go down and all will be well. Mary is wonderful to talk too...she can really bring a sense of well being to you by just being genuinely kind.

I’ve been seeing the providers at Progressive Medical Associates for nearly 20 years. I see both Dr. Stacy Le and Stacy Mullet, NP now. They have diagnosed and treated me for minor illnesses and have referred me to specialists for chronic illnesses that they discovered/diagnosed. They are both so knowledgeable and caring. Most of all—they take the time to LISTEN!!! The staff is phenomenal as well and always gets back to me quickly with lab results, etc. If you are looking for a good family practice group—who cares and treats the whole person—look no further!

Ive been going to Progressive Medical Associates for 5 years now. They have always made the time to, not only treat my illness but take the time to listen to me. Ive been to other offices and you get the feeling that they just want to get you in and out as quick as they can.The nurses are kind and knowledge. I also like that they have a lab technician on the premises. The techs have been great at drawing blood. I almost forgot the ladies in the front. Great to deal with, personable and know whats going on.

The staff is amazing!! Dr Stacy Le is completely committed to her patients. I never feel rushed during my appointment. Dr Le is always willing to take the time to research any questions that I have. And unlike some doctors offices, I am never left waiting!! This practice views my time as valuable as theirs!! That I greatly appreciate!!!

Dr.Le is absolutely amazing. I was having some serious issues and went to quite a few different doctors and was completely mentally and physically exhausted before seeing her. Seeing her was the best decision I have ever made, she completely changed my life! She is extremely knowledgeable and kind. She truly cares about her patients. This is the best medical practice by far. Everyone there is fantastic and friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone. Best staff and the very BEST nurses by far.

Dr. Stacy is by far the best and most thorough doc my family has ever had. She has been our physician for years now and LITERALLY saved my husband’s life by detecting his renal cancer as a result of her attention to detail in reviewing his labs and pursuing further testing. I would give her 10 stars instead of 5, if that were possible!

July 23rd, 2019Dear Dr Stacey Le, Thank you for your patience and care yesterday. Especially thank you for the information about I ibuprofen not being taken while on prednisone. I was not aware of that. I will follow all of your directions and I will also ask for copies of my results so you have them in your records. I wish I could begin to tell you how special each of you are to me. I was overwhelmed when I arrived yesterday and afraid, which is not something I usually experience. I felt care, concern and as if I was the only person you were seeing all day...which of course is never true. Stacey Mullet as a nurse practitioner is the same way..undivided attention, listening, hearing and caring.I genuinely feel as if you and each of your staff treat me as a family member and that speaks volumes to me.
