Walked in. Told the staff member what I was looking for and she quickly took me to where it was located. She also educated me on the difference of the products. Great customer service & experience.

Before today I had never been to a Vitamin World. Ive always used GNC and from my experience in this location Ill probably continue to. Walking in to the store I was hardly acknowled by the sales associate. After about 5 minutes of wondering around the store some other people of the same ethnicity of the sales rep came into the store. The associate approached them, greeted them and began to assist them with what they needed. I hung around until they were finished with their shopping so I could maybe get some information on some supplements. Once they left the associate just stayed behind the counter ignoring the other customer in the store me. At this point I had been in the store around 30 min, finally I called to the sales associate to get some help. The help she gave me about the product I had inquired her about was to look it up on the internet and she walked back to the register not to assist me with help on the computer or try to find information on the subject but to check her phone and go about other business. I walked out of that store hoping that not all of these stores are governed in the same manner
