Hours are incorrect. They are closed during lunch. Showed up and no sign on door. Called and got a recording of lunch closing. Came back later and they would not answer the door. Called and they did not want to come open door. They then said they do not work with blue cross blue shield. That’s important information that would have saved me 2 hours of my day.

Customer service may want to offer a refresher course. I just called to check on the status of a walker for my husband. I spoke to a very nice lady earlier today ( Jennifer ) was her name I believe. Jennifer instructed me as what was needed and I emailed the info over. I have not heard anything back from her so I decided I would call again. This time I got Neil, I must have woke him up I could not understand what he was saying and told him I could not hear him could he repeat his name. After a heavy sigh he stated “ this is Neil, how can I help you ) took the wind right out of my sail. I told him he sounded like I was a bother, I would call someone else and I hung up.

I have had this company for years now, & whether it’s you Insurance Co. to Dr.s orders, Comfort & Care in already on it! This company is amazing! Never have I been, late delivery, products , very good, reliable, & if you have a problem they listen, & deliver! This company again, just 1 step ahead & rollin! They don’t mess around! & the office staff , well , they are nice, polite, & ask , ( what can we do, to make you more comfortable )! Whoever sees this post, I’m living proof!!! Before you go & change to another company, not happy, give Comfort & Care a Chance ! I guarantee , you won’t be disappointed ! Oh , & by the way , you have an order or delivery, they call ahead, schedule your delivery date, ( poof), done! Now what you waiting for? Call them for a great company!

I have had the pleasure of speaking to and receiving help from different sales reps, but the sales rep Misty is my go to. Misty is AWESOME! Misty is very knowledgeable, doesnt mind helping me, always returning my calls, and very entertaining. Misty always puts a smile on my face after every phone call and although I have never met her, shes like family! Always and willing to help anyway possible! Misty was assigned to assist me with my father’s supplies. She is very responsive and has done more than I could have asked for.Overall, I am very pleased with comfort care medical and I would recommend it.

This supply company does not work efficiently. It takes too long for them to get process it. I have to call them many times and each time I get different answers. I was told that the insurance didnt approve the supply. In fact, when I called the insurance company and there was no issues with the insurance for supplies approval. The insurance company called this supply company on my behalf and spoke to David, an employee of Comfort Care Medical Supply, to clarify that there was problems with insurance for supply approval. I was told that David said to the insurance company that he just wanted to make sure I didnt get supply from another medical supply company. For 3 weeks, many phone calls have been made to Comfort Care Medical supply trying to get the supplies shipped to my house, but I was told its still in process and I have to wait until the end of next week. If I still dont receive any supplies by that time, then I should give them a call again. It takes too much effort and waste too much time to receive supply from this Comfort Care Medical supply company.

We have been waiting for a wheelchair and walker since almost a month. I have called and spoken to the people there 3 times and each time they say its because of the doctors office. my mother cannot go to appointments w/o a form of transportation. this was my first encounter with this company and I will not return or recommend them to anyone. They did not call us to notify us of the issues with getting the order signed and return so we have just been sitting and waiting without any contact or communication on their part. If you need DME supplies consider a different DME company for your of peace of mind and for the health and mobility of your patient/loved one. Next time I will keep it moving to the next medical supply company.

Extemely RUDE and Disrespectful. They talked down to you and Do Not Listen!!!I have been waiting 2 weeks now! Nothing yet and I am Not hopeful l will even get my Medical equipment!Dont EVER waist your time or money with these RUDE and Disrespectful People
