Dr.Hamat and the entire staff are top notch! Very courteous, professional, and down to earth. My second visit was exactly like the first, outstanding!

I have nothing but good things to say about Dr Hamat, Connie and all the ladies who run the office so efficiently. From check-in to check-out and all things in between every visit Ive had has run smoothly. No long waiting times, strict adherence to Covid protocol, knowledgeable and competent staff... this office has it all! I better stop here because Im starting to sound like one of those late night infomercials. This really is an excellent clinic full of caring and compassionate staff.

Hour long wait to be called into the room. Apparently a new employee got myself and another patient mixed up. Said the doctor had a lot of patients with problems. My response isnt that why they come to the doctor?. Id had a bad day, lost 3 hours of work for this appt and this did not help. I felt like they owed me a discount akin to the $50. cancellation fee they wouldve charged me had I been an hour late. I definitely got the short end of the deal.

The staff was very helpful. Set me some much needed tests. God Bless them ALL.

Doctors and nurses are professional and thorough with a great bedside manner. They always answer my questions and puts my mind at ease.

I have used this facility for the past 7 years, My doctor is Dr. Hammett he is a very good doctor everyone is very good, when it comes to procedure day everyone is great! My complain is after the procedure is done and you need to get a hold of someone at there office they don’t return your call backs you can never get a hold of anyone. I have left over 10 messages still no reply and that’s the only problem that I have been dealing with them over the past 7 years.

Ive seen Dr Reddy in 2017 and was very happy with what he offered in terms of answers and trying to figure out what was wrong. I just recently started seeing him and Dr. Laura for unrelated issues and Im upset with the way I have been treated at this location. First, they wanted to schedule an endoscopy and hydrogen breath test in March. They gave me a number to call to schedule. I called 3 times to this number and nobody returned my call. I was dealing with other health issues between April & May & so I waited until May to try and schedule again. I called the main number and they gave me the correct number to the scheduler. So my first complaint is not getting the correct number to schedule the procedure. Next, Im in pretty bad pain and things got worse. They were able to get me in for an endoscopy pretty quickly so I was happy about that. They told me not to do the Hydrogen Breath Test because I was very nauseous and to wait until after the endoscopy. Okay great. After endoscopy I received paper work that says i have GERD and they gave me instructions on how to eat and medication. Well none of this was working so I messaged and they said continue with the hydrogen breath test. Fast forward to finally having Dr Laura call me, and honestly I left that conversation so upset I hung up on her. She told me I didnt have GERD, THEN WHY IN THE WORLD DID YOU PEOPLE PRESCRIBE ME UNNECESSSARY MEDICATION & TELL ME I DID. (this was not her fault) but I dont understand why Dr. Reddy would say I have GERD if there is no evidence? Then after realizing I couldnt get into to do a hydrogen breath test soon enough (I understand this, doctors are busy and they only have open availability), but I couldnt wait so I was hoping she could at least provide me with relief. She then made a comment that I shouldve scheduled in March when I originally saw her. Maybe I took that comment the wrong way, but it upset me. I tried to schedule! This office needs to work on their communication and correcting the phone extensions because they take you to the wrong person.

They canceled our appointment last minute with no call or nothing, I tried to call twice prior to the appointment and they would never answer the phone or return my call. From reading other reviews it looks like this is a common problem for this office.

The receptionist was really good at multitasking and dealing with problems that were presented to her from some patients

They changed my appointment twice day before colonoscopy, therefore causing me to lose ride and never bothered to call and apologize or reschedule

I am posting this for my sister Billie Jackson regarding her experience with this office.She had a colonoscopy on 10-29-19, she has an aneurysm on her spleen which could be dangerous during a colonoscopy. The procedure was scheduled on 10-22 with a follow-up scheduled for 11-12 to get results. The morning of the procedure the office called to change her arrival time twice and a different doctor performed the colonoscopy at the last minute. There were problems with her procedure which were not dealt with professionally at the time. The office called to confirm her appt. twice and called home number to change it within 15 minutes of appt. time, she was already gone to appt.Upon arrival for her follow-up she was told she needed to reschedule with the Dr. that ordered the test and that Dr. Shah, who she had been scheduled with, could not give her the results. She was told because she had changed doctors that Dr. Shah could not see her for the appt. and she would need to reschedule with Laura. She asked if she could just get her results. They refused even though both doctors were in the office. She asked to be worked in for 5 minutes to get results as there had been a biopsy done as well. Was told working her in wasnt the issue, that she would need to see correct doctor. The office changed doctors, not her. As of today she still has not received her results.

If I could give a lower score I would. The first time I saw dr tesfay I was told there was nothing she could do for me I just needed to change my diet. She sent me for sibo text which of course was positive she gave me the exact same antibiotics o told her I had and didn’t work. Had an appointment for today and they tell me it is for a different location?!?! I did not know they had a different location. Never asked what location etc. humble office says they are charging me a 25.00 fee for no show. NO SHOW? I was standing right in front of her 10 minutes before my appointment was to start. Just noticed these are not doctors anyway. Just P.A.’s consulting? Should have known. Not professional at all.
