I was here 5 days ago for stitches on my arm. The 1st nurse who received me was so kind, she cared for me: gave me socks, help me to take out my insurance card, ID from my purse and she covered a blanket for me when i wait in the lobby.The nurse who took care of my wound was also very nice and handle my wound softly. All other staff were kind too. Thank you.

This place deserves 0 stars. I have been sitting in the waiting room in pain with a kidney stone for almost 12 hours. I have been told they are waiting to admit me. I have not been offered any pain medication, or assistance since being here I have watched one woman start seizing after deciding she was going to leave because she had been waiting too long, an old woman collapsing in her chair and the nurse saying “there’s nothing we can do unless she’s unconscious ma’am” to her daughter. The woman withheld pain medication and information from me because she didn’t like the way I was acting. This place is a joke. They are completely unorganized, don’t know who is going where, don’t allow anyone to bring in advocates because of “covid” but it’s most likely because they know if they had able bodied people in here they would be freaking out at the way out sick people are being treated in here. This is disgusting.

You cannot go wrong with this place at all. But please have a vehicle. So far at the moment that I was here there was construction underway. But who knows? There might be one day that they will include Mass Transit after its completed. Other than that this location has everything and has the best service Ive ever received in my times of being alive. They make sure of it.

If you are really sick and you doctor tells you that you might need a blood transfusion please go to a different hospital. Sitting here for three hours now and no one has even taken my blood to check my hemoglobin level. I’m leaving going to a different hospital!!

One star is too much more this place. Took my mom there because she fainted and is a diabetic. She was semiconscious when we arrived had to get her in a wheel chair. The young lady was rude when we got there. They do not allow anybody in the lobby with the patient because of covid restrictions. Had to leave her there and wait outside, was told to come back in 30 min to see if she was admitted into a room. Went back after 30 min and they still had not seen her or taken any vitals. After that I decided to take her another place, asked for them to give me my mother. I took her somewhere else where they took her in a soom as we got there. She was going into a diabetic coma, and if we had waited at memorial Hermann emergency room. She probably would have gone into the coma fully or passed.

I got my wife with chest pain and they won’t admit her she’s in the waiting room with a lot of pain and they don’t care places like this should be close down because you don’t deserve to be waiting when your life is in danger and I well take this to the next step

I have been here since 7 they havent given me any pain medicine. There are a few good people and a few ribs ingress theres always a situation going on. They call the security to come over alot. Some of the patients in the waiting area think that the furniture belongs to them. Some of the staff are as sweet as can be and others are very very rude. THE GREATER IS A RUDE YOUNG WOMEN.

Hope I dont ever have to stay here again but it was better then kingwood any day

Do not go to the hospital if your life depends on it stood there for six hours in the waiting room with no help they put an IV needle in me and through me back in the waiting facility very rude people one star is too generous

I am not really big on reviews but after seeing all the bad reviews about this location I was iffy about coming here. How ever after an atv accident its what was the closest Memorial Herman to my house.Yes the wait was long but what ER isntEveryone was very friendly from the Front desk, nurses and Doctor.I had to basically reconstruct my ear and get stitches. Doc did an awesome job.

My father was not fed for two days was kept in a room with no bathroom with doctors almost nonexistent. Cant believe there are any good reviews for this hospital. Do not come here enless you plan on making it your death bed. Edit: Our bill came in as $30,000. Rounded down. This er location and he has been diagnosed with terminal cancer thank you for sending a bill and doing nothing for my father. Edit my father is dead please stop sending bills

I can no give any stars. So unprofessional, waiting half a day for results, people with covid and other sickness are in same room. How covid will be end , when all people are in same room

If I could give it 0 stars I would, I tried to go in and see my mom after a doctor had approved for me to go in and they would not let me in on top of that they couldn’t even tell me if she was okay or where she was at. They don’t keep up with patients. One of the worst places I have been too.

I took my wife to the ER for an extremely bad neck and back pain. They gave her some meds didnt do any x-rays or blood work from what my wife said. But they gave her a diagnostic that should have required an xray at the minimum. This i was told from the office of the doctor they referred, the lady said I would take their diagnostic with hair pins until an accurate diagnostic from a specialist.The other issue they are not separating Covid patients in the lobby or the ER now we have been exposed because they fail to have a way to separate. One person died inside while my wife was there, another went in on an ambulance sitting about 15ft from my wife they later signal to each other she was covid.But they are quick to take that insurance and ask for copay they dont even give adequate care. We went in mainly to have them eliminate any major problem with x-rays, ULtra sound or something. But they didnt do this for that I could have stayed home asked around for some meds and charge the insurance myself.I am really going to have fun challenging the charges.

I wouldnt recommand going to this hospital unless you want to recive a million hospital bills from different labs. I went in to have my gallbladder removed and ended up paying more then I was told at my consult. I dont understand why they dont have one simple bill for all the testing and labs they run versus stressing out the patients especailly during this pandemic. I went in for my surgery back in August and Im still reciving bills upto this date.

Unfortunately, this is the closest hospital association with MH main campus near us. My daughter has a chronic illness so when an emergency arises I have to take her here. I would prefer and have driven straight to the main campus ER since this facility is so sub par I wish memorial hermann wasnt associated with it. I understand the issues and strain with the current Covid issue, but like I said weve been here before since it is chronic. The triage staff did not conduct the proper procedures for a patient with my daughters condition and she was in so much distress she couldnt fully convey the situation. I was not allowed to be there to insure she received the proper initial care so I had to contact her doctors at the main campus to have them advocate for her. Which of course led to the usual ambulance transfer. How unfortunate that the main campus has to pick up the slack for this facility.

Worse emergency room that I ever been too. I went two times and both times with severe pain just to be told that according to the doctor its not an emergency. The doctors that saw me are a complete joke. They didnt give any medication, and according to their subjective opinion, my severe pain wasnt an emergency or something that needed to be examined more closely. Waited like 4 hours for a subjective opinion without hope. Stay way from this place. The doctors dont care about their patients.

The attendant when walked in is fantastic.She saw the pain on my face and took care of me. The medical staff all were very professional and great. Thank you all.

The only worse ER would have to be Kingwood Hospital. Went in with severe chest pain, shortness of breath, bad pain in my arm, had a severe migraine so talking wasnt very well. After 3 and a half hours their best recommendation was to try another hospital because theirs was full. No tests or IV just an ekg upon walk in but that doesnt always catch a-fib. Highly recommend not going.

Sitting inside a room in the E.R as I type this. This has got to be one of the worst and unprofessional hospitals. We came because my man was having extreme head pains and all they did was give him a weird mix of medicine that he told them was making him feel totally weird and uncomfortable and they left us alone for the next 2 hours and didnt check on us once. Even though he was having major pains AND stated that the medicine which was supposed to help him made him feel completely bad. Its 3:15am and were still here. Ive asked them to just let us go multiple times and she just keeps saying theyre busy and theyll get to us but theyre literally out there joking around and not doing anything. Eating food, on their phones, laughing. They literally put us in a room and forgot about us. Real great service. Super professional

Brought my sister to the Er because she was having stomach pains I mean to tell you there was no attendant at the front desk, on gentleman came from the back after I yelled out for help the man told me there’s nothing they can do for my sister she had to wait until a room came available I mean my sister was in a level 8 of pain. So I took her away from that deathspital && brought her to Kingwood emergency where they rushed by her side && they took great great great care of her plus they have a clean ER with great coffee 🤒😛

From emergency room intake to patient care, absolutely excellent. Cat and Naame provided exceptional care, were very attentive, patient and got my father to a far better state of health. We are so pleased with Memorial Hermann that we will both be changing primary care doctor to ones within the Memorial Hermann network.

Worst hospital ive been too they literally sent me home with nothing and told me it sounded like i had sething viral next day went somewherre else to find out i had strept really bad

My experience was a good one. The ER PA (Dr Brown), staff, techs & nurses were very friendly & professional in getting me seen quickly. They displayed such compassion due to a fractured Tibia.

Took my wife in with respiratory issues midnight, worried about pneumonia. Would have waited for urgent care and saved $$ in the morning but her breathing was getting labored and we were getting scared. Staff was friendly, but there was a crowd. Got triaged and waited an hour and a half. We started thinking of going home... If it was serious they would have rushed us back. So I asked the triage team and they suggested review of her stats. They started a breathing treatment in the triage so that at least we had something going on and got some relief. Tasha the nurse did a great job. The guy working the counter kept things light and humorous.Its an ER. Expect a wait. The right staff will make it bearable.

Third time ive had to come here against my will and still worst care ever been in waiting room over two hours no one bothers to give u any clue whats going on ..no were busy or we are understaffed. Just wait till your called and dont bother asking cuz then your tagged as a trouble maker and they take twice as long....cant stand this place worst health care ever

Great hospital, wonderful care. If you have a minor problem dont visit. Its called a emergency room for a reason. You will be triaged accordingly...there tends to be a wait, because people use this as a Primary care physician office.

Great facility and a Wonderful staff. My husband and I walked in and was greeted by Mrs. Monique and was checked in right away by Mrs. Tai. I apologize if I misspell anyone name. Once admitted from the ER we were moved to the 3rd floor. The staff is so Amazing. His Doctor Jennifer Veulens, PCA: Mrs. Alicia. Mrs. Debra his Patient Relations.Room service from Mrs. Mary and Mrs. Burnadette taking his orders over the phone. I have cried at the treatment my husband received and the staff going over and beyond to accommodate us. This hospital is were love and respect has been shown and given since we walked in the door. I totally recommend my family and friends to come seek professional and quality care here. The overnight staff DJ is wonderful as well. I truly appreciate your hard work to the gentle touch with blood sticks and not bruising my husband arm. I hope I didn’t forget anyone. Please forgive me if I have.Also I recommend eating at the beautiful cafeteria that is clean and serves hot, fresh food daily.

I dont even know where to start so Ill just summarize. Please do not take your child here!! My son almost died on me after they sent him home and said he was fine. He had to get an ambulance from the pediatric because he has pneumonia and strep throat with a raging ear infection!! This hospital told me he could be fine then that night with a fever of 104 .and a ton of other things going on I knew in my heart they were wrong when I took him to the pediatric they called 911 to come right away. They couldnt even get an iv in him because his veins were collapsed so bad. Hes 5 and I knew he was close to not making it. The worst mistake of my life was coming here it almost cost me my baby!! Please please please I urge you do not go here all they want is money from your insurance they care nothing about your health! Please dont take your children here go to Texas childrens hospital they work wonders and care. My son was admitted and they gave him life and me hope. Hes still recovering but things are looking up. Your child can die from pneumonia if its not caught in time. His ear drum could have ruptured but thank God I took him for a second opinion!

I was blown away at the quality and compassion of the staff! Each professional we encountered was personable and knowledgable.

Lady at Registration is racist, I got skipped by another lady (also white as the registration female) when I spoke up she said “oh I didn’t see you” well obviously cause I wasn’t white then told me to get away from the desk smh. If something happens to my son on the way to another hospital, I assure you my lawyer will be contacting this hospital.

I cant believe this negativity. I didnt have the same experience. I thought that everyone was very nice. The nurse and the doctor showed that they cared.

I arrived at this hospital at 4:30 in the morning with kidney stones. I was in excruciating pain and vomiting. Upon being “checked in” and my insurance card and driver’s license taken for processsing, I was put back into the emergency room waiting area. The nurses on call were more concerned with each other coughing and getting themselves a “breathing treatment” than they were with the patients waiting in pain. The ER waiting area was almost completely empty and after waiting 40 minutes in horrible pain, I asked when would I see a physician. I was told they had no room for me and didn’t know when I would get seen. I asked if I should leave and they reinforced that they had no room for me and that they could not tell me to leave but they didn’t know when I would get seen. All this while the ER waiting area had, at most, 3 people in it. My wife and I decided to leave and went to another emergency room where we were seen immediately. I can’t inagine how the emergency room is not violating some required standards of care. Don’t go there unless you literally have no other choices

Been here 3hrs, and 10 people in front of us. People throwing up, and the person that checks your insurance makes you walk over to her...Im here for kidney stones. Actually chronic pain since having lithotripsy laser surgery. This is worse then the VA, before the VA was put on blast for being horrible.

Im here at the ER with my sick son with fever, vomiting, chills since 3 PM and right now Im just waiting for the discharge papers and so far is 10:20 PM...YES!!!! 7 HOURS AND 20 MINUTES AND STILL WAITINGGG!! And this 2 nurses talking outside of the room when theres sick people that needs quiet time, they are been talking for at least 3 hrs AT LEAST I havent see them move from there since I got to the room.. AMAIZING!!!😡

I am not from this area im.having chest pains and trouble breathing and horrible abdominal pain fever chills vomiting etc ... I may have to call an ambulance do they provide a taxi ride to go home after like at clearlake regional? I dont know if Ill have a ride there and back I was in urgent care the other day but have gotten worse ... anything will help .

I never do reviews but I needed to share the experience we had. The wait was so long we took about 5 hours just to get a room and see a doctor, after getting a room we still took another hour just for the doctor to come in and he seemed to not care or seemed as if he didn’t wanna be there. The front desk were so unprofessional, while the nurse up front drawing blood for my mom who was in pain, in the middle of her putting the needle in she stops to check her phone. The only person who seemed to care or even bothered to check on us was the nurse (a different nurse) after we got a room.

One of the worst hospitals. They are rude wont answer questions. Treat everyone like they are faking and are there just for drugs. We were here before any rush 4 hrs later we are still sitting here. But they made sure to take the payment right after we got here. How is it ok to charge my insurance if you havent done anything.should i take the chair home with me. I mean i paid for it right?
