I have been bringing my fur babies to spoiled mutts for the past years way before they moved to their new location. The last two visits were different, one was with my husband and he asked me don’t you see our dogs hate it here? They both ran and hide behind my husband shaking and the second time was with my son and he mentioned the same. One of my dogs scratched me so badly as he was trying for me not to let him go as I was giving it to the receptionist to take him to the back, then my other dog tried to jump from my sons arms to mine as he was giving it to her to take her to the back so this makes me think really hard and it makes me sad that I never noticed since I always come by myself to drop them off. Also, when the owner is there she always looks mad with an attitude and checks the receipt to see if you left a tip!!! They also charge Extra if you pay with card and the receptionist looks like her job is so miserable because no smile nor make you feel welcome. I will never recommend this place to anyone nor I will be bringing my fur babies back again.

My family and I went out of town Thursday- Sunday and dropped our dog off at Spoiled Mutts. We left just enough cans of dog food for 2 meals a day. When we picked up our dog there was 2 cans of dog food that had not been opened. He was not fed 2 feedings.😡 Also the lady at the front brought us our dog first and then went to get his stuff which was not all together. The 2 blankets we left with him smelled like urine and we’re handed to us unfolded. His dog bowl was also given to us dirty. Not the experience we had the first time we used this facility. No explanation given as to why there were 2 dog food cans sent home. Very unhappy customer and will not be back.

Nugget is always so happy to go for a grooming appointment or boarding. I love how they send daily report cards when they are boarding your dog! Plus, she always looks so pretty after her grooming appointments. 🤗

Shelby did a great job on Buttons This was her second appointment there I ask her to do some adjustments from her first grooming She listened and did exactly what I ask Highly recommend

I have a scared aussie and they are so good with him. Ashley takes time to calm him and he lets her do a complete groom. So reccomend her and this place. Just call early because its hard to get in quick.

Love the ladies here, they are amazing with my Cloud. This dog of mine is very hyper and even like that he comes back out happy and looking very sharp with his cut. They also respond fast to all their calls and messages. I called after hours left a voicemail and they called me right back the next morning with an appointment. They even called me after they had a cancellation and waited for me to come in.

I agree with a previous reviewer. There is something a bit cold and unwelcoming about their customer service here. I felt a bit uncomfortable and couldn’t wait to leave.They did a great job with my dog at a reasonable price though. He was matted and looked like a mop :( he came back a new guy 🐩Located in the same parking lot as the mulch company for those trying to find it!

Love these guys! They do a great job with my crazy dogs and when they are kenneled I get updates on how they are doing. Love them!

We love Heather at Spoiled Mutts!! We’ve been going to her for a good while now and she always does an amazing job on my 2 mutts! The appointments are never longer than an hour (I never have to worry if my buddies are sitting in a ‘jail cell’ for hours) and they always look and smell fantastic!

From day one, just to talk and get information about this place, we loved it! My dog is floor aggressive and Katie took her time and made my dog feel safe and relaxed before we did her first appointment. I’ve now been taking her there for a year and every time I feel comfortable dropping her off and know she’s going to look amazing when I pick her up! I would recommend this place over and over again, not just for their service, but also for how clean and well kept the place is!

Took my maltipoo for the very first time today and I was very pleased. My dog got a full service bath/haircut as well as a “Pawdicure” and blueberry facial for his tear stains. They cut his hair exactly as I explained and he smelled amazing! I definitely recommend and I will be coming back.

We cannot recommend them highly enough. We have a long haired husky who takes up to 8 hours at other groomers. And maybe 2 hours at Spoiled Mutts. They really focus on your pet and dont just put them in a cage to get to them eventually. Each visit they do one dog at a time! Other groomers have mentioned that the only way to get some tangles out of my husky are to shave her... (which is NEVER what should happen to a husky) and Spoiled Mutts has never even presented that as an option. She never seems distressed when we pick her up and she even gets excited when we pull up! They are very professional and the best around! Weve even enjoyed daycare there and our two huskies love it! Cant say enough good things - we will never go anywhere else so long as they are around!

We love Spoiled Mutts! They are amazing with our very curly haired labradoodle. She always looks beautiful after grooming. We have also rented a suite for boarding two times. They took great care of our fur baby! She’s always so excited when we get there!

After trying many groomers in the area my toy schnauzer would come back so stressed out spending hours getting groomed. Many times these groomers could not even complete all the services. Not the case with Spoiled Mutts! Heather gets everything done and fast! My dog is usually in and out in one hour and looks beautiful and happy at pick up. We both love Spoiled Mutts!

I was very happy with our first experience here. My Shih Tzu absolutely hated being groomed that most the time we just did it at home. But her matting was getting so bad, we needed professional intervention. I asked for recommendations in a local Mom’s group and lots of ladies recommended Spoiled Mutts. My dog Fluffy was groomed here. They had great availability and were able to get us in quickly. Unfortunately his haircut was uneven and jagged.

The whole staff at Spoiled Mutts is talented and amazing. We have being going for a year and a half and love them. Our sweet pup always comes back looking perfectly groomed.

First time going there and they were pretty rude the lady at the register was just mean. Unfortunately will never be going back there.

While Im giving 5 stars I would make a recommendation that the owner update the flyer to avoid confusion.My story... I called to make reservations 2-3 weeks ago and spoke with Jennifer. We talked at length about various topics from shots to time outside. She mentioned that we could pick up on Sunday and I had said this would be great as most places do not have Sunday pick up which could save me $35+. Apparently there was a slight miscommunication or I should have probed further. If you pick up on Sunday, they still charge you the $35+ per night fee for Sunday. Had I know this I wouldnt not have rushed and CXLd a few plans to get my pup picked up; rather, I would have picked up Monday morning. Looking at the flyer it does say per-day and not per night. The owner clarified that pick up before 10am is required to avoid another full-day charge. It would be nice to add this to the flyer. Also, like all other kennels/boarding, you will have to pay for Sunday, but at least this place gives you the ability to pick up, if needed, which I do appreciate.Good: very clean, daily dog updates with photo(s), pleasant staff, they let you bring toys from home, Sunday pick up, accommodating business hours, multiple outdoor play times, my dog came home happy, they use modern tech, pricing was very reasonableBad: I like to know all details with regards to financial expectation, as it is, this could be improved and hopefully my comment clarifies for others.I will continue to use this facility and highly encourage others. Overall, Im very satisfied.

This is the ONLY groomer that I will take my pup to! My number one favorite thing is that they do appointment slots just like a human hair stylist! My pup isnt sitting in a cage for hours waiting his turn ! The staff are true animal lovers and always smiling! You will not be disappointed with Spoiled Mutts!

I’ve going to spoiled mutts for my maltipoo for about a year or more and I won’t go anywhere else! From the moment you walk in you feel welcomed and have no hesitations to leave your babies in their hands. I have also recommended them to other family members as well and will continue to!

Heather is fantastic! My little Roxy loves her. She does not like very many people.In fact we call her Roxzilla because she is so ferocious! We have been going to Heather’s for about 4 years and she cuts their hair so cute.

Thank you Spoiled Mutts for loving my babies. You guys always doll them up lol. Great service, I swear my baby comes out with a new level of confidence after getting groomed, and Im not the only one who notices jajajaja. I didnt know you could get a lab shaved until I brought Cowboy here. It really helps with the amount of hair we gave to pick up on a daily. They also have monthly photos you just have to ask for them its $20 for 2 dogs not sure the rest of the price. One thing I do suggest them do is add a list of services to the front desk where guest can see them and prices. I never see one when I go and always wondering what else can they offer.

I took my dog to Spoiled Mutts over the weekend for grooming. They did an absolutely amazing job with my little boy. He was happy and smelled delicious. Heather and her team were so nice and knowledgeable. The place is adorable and is the best place in the Humble/Atascocita/Kingwood place to groom your fur babies, and I have tried them all.

I took my babies to Spoiled Mutts today and the place is absolutely amazing! Katie has been grooming all five of my rascals for a long time. She takes her time and works really well with pups that are difficult to groom. She is an AWESOME groomer! I will continue to drive 40 minutes to take my babies to Spoiled Mutts. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a great place to have your pets groomed and pampered at the same time. The owner also offers a multiple pet discount which is wonderful and it really helps when you own five spoiled rascals! 😉

I use to take my Maxx to Petsmart but when my sister told be about Spoiled Mutts I just had to take my baby there. They are sooo friendly, and punctual and they made my baby feel right at home. Edited review to reflect my disappointment with my second trip: I had difficulty reaching someone on the phone, so I sent a FB message to check availability. Evidently something was lost in translation, and when I sent a message that I was on my way to bring my dog after returning home to get him from work and getting in some traffic, I was sent a message back that they couldn’t take him that day. I had originally asked if I could bring him in around 10, and they told me yes. I sent the message about 10 or 15 minutes after 10, and they wouldn’t accommodate me; they said it was too late. When I related that it was going to be very difficult for me to turn back to bring him home because I did have to get back to work, they offered me the option of paying for daycare!! Frustrating to say the least. I understand that many people don’t like to use the phone, but I believe with a business it is necessary because of misunderstandings like this that could’ve easily been cleared up with a phone call. I’m happy that their business is doing well, but I feel like maybe it’s doing so well that customer service isn’t as important as it should be. They should remedy that quickly, because there’s lots of eager competition in the area.Original review: Brought my grumpy 15 yo Shih Tzu to her out of desperation because he is so difficult to groom. He came out looking like a million bucks and nobody lost a finger!! He seemed calm and cool when I picked him up, and Heather is just the sweetest. You can see she has a way with the pooches. So happy I found her, and I wish them all the best in their new location!

This place is awesome! We used to take our dog to Petco but she always seemed really stressed and they took a long time. Totally different experience with spoiled mutts. They only took one hour and our dogs seem to really like her. Our service included haircut nails teeth and facial. She was done in one hour and looked great. I would highly recommend spoiled mutts!
