Been going for 2 years and always been a quick, helpful visit. Dr Wang keeps it real with me and always takes care of me. It was my first time seeing Dr Reed for my foot issue. She was very nice and informative. Helped me in finding the issue and stabilizing my foot. Better shoes,soles and walking habits.

I made an appointment two weeks prior to have wax removed out of my left ear. I was given a price of $205 for an office visit and the ear wax procedure. Someone from the office called on two different days to confirm this appointment with me, and to make sure I knew the address to get there. On the day of my appointment (which I had to take off work for), they call me 30 minutes before my appointment time to say they don’t have the proper tools to remove the wax. Before I even made this appointment, I’ve tried the liquid to put in my ears, I’ve tried everything I could to fix it before I had to make an appointment, and I even had my ear looked at twice by a professional, and they told me it needed to be removed as well. Unfortunately I moved to Texas right after that and had to get it removed here. So for them to have me call off work, and had my hopes up for getting my ear wax removed, they want to say they don’t have the proper tools. Even though their website displays a section about them being able to do this procedure. Wellspire really shot my hopes down. Thanks.In response to the owners response, I was told that the office did not have the proper tools to use on my ear, although that I was literally called the day before to confirm everything for the following day. I was told on the day of my appointment, the only procedure y’all use for ear wax removal was a liquid to soften it up and that was it. Yet I was told prior that y’all have tools to remove the wax. Either way the lack of communication is what needs to be fixed at this business. Develop better systems to make your business stand out. Good luck.

Your phone message clearly stated that covid testing is available M-F 6-8pm, and when we arrived we saw a sign on the door indicating otherwise. We drove 30 minutes just to turn back around. Do a better job of updating your information!

I have never been treated so badly, and is very sad for it to happen in a place where people go when they are sick...Terrible staff, doctor and above all the lady taking the labs. She was so rude I just had to leave... Just the worst experience I have ever had, they made you feel so unwelcome, and treat you like you are nothing... I wish I could put minus star, this place truly doesnt deserve even one star...

I absolutely love coming to the office. It’s so friendly and easy to check in and out. Everyone is friendly and accommodating to my funky schedule. It’s quick in and out times make it convenient for me, I’ve never waited more than 20 minutes 🙏🏼 I guess what I’m saying is this place is well worth my drive.....I live in Ft Worth but refuse to leave this place.

I have used this clinic for almost two years. My general practitioner, cardiologist, and urologist are all at Wellspire. I’ve never had a bad experience. I find all my doctors to be attentive, caring, and extremely knowledgeable. The staff and nurses are always pleasant and friendly. I get in fairly quickly. I love that Quest is right there so I don’t need to go to a second place for blood work. My only complaint is the awful parking lot situation. It’s was too small and so difficult to get out of with tragic on 1960.

I really liked coming to this office. After today, the way I was treated by the front office staff and the dr... I get that its a drs office and there is a want for patients to feel safe, but there is also a NEED for patients to feel welcome and comfortable. Masks should be OPTIONAL, and those that do NOT wear one should not be shamed and made to feel less than. Governor Abbott signed an EO ending all mandates. This clinic needs to pay attention to ALL of the wording.If people dont stand up for their rights, they will fall for the tyranny.

Nurse Practitioner Lily Smolinski order me to have an x-ray, instead of an ultrasound in error. When I contacted wellspire Manager Tori Vosburg, to refund my money, she said it was my fault. This supposed Manager Tori Vosburg told me, I should have known Lily made an error. This supposed Manager Tori Vosburg didnt apologize, and had a very nasty attitude. Torie lacked any sympathy, and should be fired. You shouldnt be a Manager, if you cant speak appropriately to the public.

I would not recommend this place. I felt rushed during the visit with Dr. Shahid. It was almost as if I needed to get out of there fast the way he was rushing out the door, have surgery and come back for a follow up. I have experience other great doctors but this place was horrible. I will following up with my PCP about my concerns. He was correcting me about Doctors last names and wouldn’t even wait for me to get my documents to show my blood work. Oh not to mention calling me a “Big tall women” and the medication that I am taking is not enough for my body mass. The office looks outdated and the employees there were not pleasant at all.

They dont respect your appointment time and after two months they didnt send my results yet but they already charged $ 169.18 (plus what the insurance payed) for less than five minutes consultation with the physician. Good luck,

Since We moved to TX in 2017 we have have been looking for a family doctor who is caring and knowledgeable. After many changes we are glad that we have found DR. Mehta. The service is outstanding and always puts the patients need before anything. The front desk and the staff is also amazing. My family and my extended family has also switched to Wellspire for their care. Can’t say enough Good things about their service. Absolutely Amazing.

Its frustrating when hours change and there is no communication even on your website. I had lab orders from last appointment with a little hours note that says the lab opens @ 730 yet I get here and its now 8. Its a waste of time.

I went in there after being involved in a car accident. I was told by urgent care to follow up with my doctors office. 3 weeks after the accident I went to the doctors office and they would not take my insurance. They charged me $150 just to see a nurse. I was the driver my insurance company is not paying me anything because I caused the accident. So all of those fees are coming out of my pocket. I have been involved in accidents before and have gone to see my doctor before. So I called Tricare and they told me that that is absolutely not the way it was supposed to be handled so now I have to wait for the bill and send it to them to be reimbursed. It is very frustrating to go to a doctors office when they dont know the procedure of taking insurance. Their main concern is payment instead of helping you.

Initially I was greeted kindly. They had procedures in place to protect each patient. After my initial greeting, co-pay, etc. I was sent to another waiting room. My appointment was at 12:45pm & 1:30pm but I arrived 15 mins early. I was in and out before my second appointment was supposed to begin. I was very impressed with the professionalism of the staff but most of all, not having to spend a lot of time sitting in a waiting room. Very appreciative!

From the moment you step foot in the doctors office, you are greeted. Everyone there is well respected . Nurses are well educated.. The doctors are well knowledgeable and well respected . Very well educated they treat you With Utmost respect when it comes to your Wellbeing the absence of disease or illness. Very professional and pleasant staff! Dr. Wang is a caring and friendly doctor that genuinely cares for his patients. I’ve never felt I was in a system to push you through to meet a quota for the day. The on site Lab is a huge plus, you can get your doctor seen then do your labs without driving across town. No appointment at Lab is another huge plus.

I have been calling and calling this office because they sent me a bill they want me to pay and have left several messages for their billing department to call me back because the online option is not working for me to pay. They have not called me back and they have now sent me more bills with extra charges for not paying!!! There are many ladies there in the office and why they cant get one to call me back is beyond me!Follow up - I was finally able to get through to someone by calling the general number and asking for a manager or someone that could help me resolve the matter and a very nice lady named Liz was able to help me.

I would give negative stars if possible. Jenna is the most unpleasant, unprofessional employee. My wife had a copy of our insurance card with the phone number to call for verification. Jenna called the number listed on the insurance card. She didnt listen to the entire message, which have had prompted her to the correct extension for verification. She assumed it was a wrong number and hung up. She claimed we gave her a wrong number. She was rude and condescending toward making my wife very upset. She claimed we had not met our deductible and had to pay the full amount. All could have been avoided if she had done her job. After we called our insurance company, they had said Jenna had not contacted them to verify our insurance. Jenna then refused to call the insurance again, and blamed her failure on us. Even though a copy of the insurance card, she rudely screamed Who goes to the doctors office without an insurance card? She said she could not read the numbers on the card, even it was a clear copy sent via email. She said we have to call our insurance and give her a reference number. Now we have to do her job. It will take weeks for us to get our refund for the money we should not have had to pay. We have been to numerous doctors offices and have never an issue with insurance verification. After this highly unpleasant experience, we are not sure if we want to go back.

I cant say enough about Wellspire group from the time you walk in til the time you leave. Dr. Mehta really took a lot of time with my mom and she and I both like him a lot. The girl at check out was friendly and thorough.My dad and I go to Dr. Sanchez and we both love him. This practice has quality doctors and staff.

They were very prompt & efficient, thats almost never heard of in the medical world. Have never been able to get into exam room in less then atleast 30 min -1 hour at regular dr office. This was nice to get in & have my visit done in a timely manner.Very friendly staff.

I have been using this practice for many years, the doctors, lab staff are fantastic. I only give 4 stars due to the front desk women. They look unprofessional, messy and tattoos everywhere. They seem lost half the time. And their care of COVID is shocking. Waiting room packed full of sick people and witnessed them not getting “negative result” paperwork and failing to conduct temperature checks. They don’t seem to care about patients comfort OR safety. Not good.

I have tried for a week to get a migraine prescription refilled and Ashley Davis have been ignoring the fact from the pharmacy as well as the several calls that I had made. Each time I would call I had to explain what was wrong me I would be told that Davis would receive the info as urgent. I made sure to call again at 330 pm before they closed on Friday, as another attempt. I was given an apology and led to believe the prescription would be sent to the pharmacy and I would finally get some relief from this migraine.NOPE they still didnt do anything I have been left in pain all weekend and my daughter birthday is Sunday. Im so bothered by this I really wish something could be done about this and I really hope they never turn their back on another patient ever.

I went into the office 3 months ago and had an ok visit, however 3 months after the visit i received a bill that i was not informed of and it says its late even though i never received a first bill. I paid for the visit up front before i went in to see the doctor. So i called to ask why i was being charged more, and then they told me that they were also undercharging me for the current bill so they have now raised the price again. the injections they charged me extra for were absolutely useless and the only thing that helped was the bleach baths they recommended. I have now had a very unpleasant experience with them and will not be returning.

The Bad: Rude/Inattentive workers at the front desk or checkout, its warm here, so you dont need a jacketThe good: Exceptional Nurses/Doctors who care and actually listen, at least in my case.

Dr. Tejas Mehta is the best. Takes his time and actually listens to what you have to say. He’s very thorough and is just a really great doctor. If you’re looking for a PCP, I would highly recommend him.

Ive been going to Dr Tejas Mehta for several years. My husband, mother in law and sister in law also use him as their PCP. Dr Mehta is very knowledgeable, patient and thorough. I have nothing bad to say about my experience with this facility or the Doctors.

I hate going to the doctor but this office has it down to a T. The staff is always outstanding and they get you in and out as soon as possible. Dr. Breaux has been my primary doctor for years and she will take the time needed to answer all of your questions and give honest answers.

My wife and I have been seeing doctor’s at the practice since 2013-14. We did because of convenience (location) and Spanish speaking doctor. The last two years we have felt indifference during our visits. Most recently we were both sick and after a diagnosis we did not get any follow up calls, understand the nature of the times, but even during our recent office visits the indifference is felt.

Check-in was fast and safe. Patient exposure to others was kept to a minimum. Adequate distancing in waiting room was provided. The Lab being in the immediate area is a definite plus.

My clinic is the one on West Lake Houston, just recently I had to attend the New Humble location. I LOVE my clinic on W.L.H.. the one in Humble is ok for the most part the staff behind the scenes is amazing the only thing I didnt like is the receptionist in the front. They are snobby, rude and the nasty gossip about other staff members spoken in spanish is UGLY! Its not professional and it makes the entire office look really bad. And the body language attitude towards the guest is as well so NOT appreciated. More professionalism and less personal opinion and attitude and the clinic will be as Great as the one on West Lake Houston. By the way, West Lake Houston You guys are AMAZING! you all are so appreciate it!

When my primary doctor recommended Dr Shahid I was very nervous. I hate going to new Doctors, but it has been a great experience. I have things explained where I can understand and he listens to me. Everyone there has been friendly and helpful.

Dr Siropades is the best cardiologist Ive ever seen. The clinic was clean, the staff was friendly and organized. Highly recommend especially Dr Siropades!

I am enjoying the care I have been receiving. The staff are so friendly very helpful. Only issue I had recently, is religious beliefs concerning my medical needs and questions wasnt respected it was fluffied off. I found this very disrespectful. This could be worked on by the physician staff.

I waited 30 minutes to see Dr. Wang. However I arrived 20 plus minutes early for my appointment. There was plenty of space in the waiting room for todays need for social distancing. The reception area folks greeted me upon arrival and checked me in with little waiting. I received notification that a charge had been refused by Medicare Dr. Wang was quick to get it taken care of. No problems at Wellspire yesterday.

My visit was a great experience. The process was very professional by my Doctor as well as the nurse and other employees. Job well done !

Very rude answering service! I called to ask a question about covid and the lady said for me to call during business hours and I started to ask something else and she hung up on me! I called back and they don’t answer my call. Now I have called back 4 times and now the lady answered me and she literally just keeps hanging up on me. You guys should not have an on call physician if they just plan on hanging up every time someone calls. It’s pointless and wastes several people’s time! That lady needs to be FIRED!

I saw Dr Shahid and waited over 40 minutes before he arrived in the room after I came out to see if he was in the office. None of the nurses came in the room to advise of any updates yet I could hear them discussing what they ate or was going to buy for the holidays. To follow up after my doctor’s appointment I received a call the next day from the doctor called him immediately back within 5 minutes and after calling back twice only to find out the doctor left for the day with no instructions. I have called back the following Monday 12/21/2020 and left two messages and no return phone call and they send me a text for a review! Smh!!! If Dr Nilay Mehta was not in the office I would give a zero star ⭐️ Dr Mehta is awesome 👏

Very pleased with my care by Dr. Tejas Mehta. Staff is pleasant and wait time is usually minimal!

Staff was very professional & explained procedures very thoroughly. My only complaint was I saw no hand sanitizers anywhere except at front check in desk & no one cleaning in between patients being examined by the heart picture machine. Didn’t see any trash cans in building for public use as they had told us to bring our own snacks.

It was great every one was nice and knowledgeable love being in this group of Doctors and nurses God bless the care they give.

The only thing I could make a complaint about is the parking! Other than that, it is a great facility. Staff is friendly and the doctors are great!

Overall the staff is nice and helpful but in my opinion its the office manager Christina who is engaging with patients and goes out of her way for your necessities. She is an awesome asset to the office and theyre fortunate to have her. Dr. Wang is a great guy who does a awesome job to make you comfortable and truly ensure youre getting what you need to better your health. I appreciate his sincere support and honesty. I have Muscular Dystrophy and for a primary care doctor who doesnt have a lot of patients with my particular disease hes doing a great job of going thru this with me.

I seen the nurse practitioner Heather. I switched from the Atascocita to the Humble location and just the atmosphere is different. I will be sticking with the Humble location from now on. Definitely recommend. It was nice to be heard and address my issues instead of feeling like I was being rushed out the office.

They are ok for a local PCP but will not respond to repeated attempts to contact my PCP Dr of more than ten years. I have traveles to another state need a refill and he will not respond even to the pharmacy attempt to contact. So if you chooae them dont leave town ever!!

The front desk staff is very helpful friendly and kind. Doctor P. Kaushik has been seeing me for a while now and he has nothing but the best interest in mind for me. He really cares for your health keeping everything else in mind to make you feel as happy and comfortable with your life and health. I would recommend this doctor and facility anytime.

I do not like using the kiosk to sign in. It is difficult for me to use and I think it is full of germs. My blood pressure was taken and I did not see the cuff cleaned before or after it was taken. I would be more confident about cleanliness if I actually saw it happen-staff is friendly.

1st time to meet Dr. Kaushik. Felt he was very nice, asked and answered pertinent questions. Expected eyes, ears, nose, throat to be examined, they were not (virus protocol maybe?). All support staff were friendly, courteous.
