Advantage Dentist had wonderful customer service and made me feel welcomed throughout the whole visit. I especially felt welcomed by Angelica. She made sure that I understood the procedures of the appointment and helped me feel more at ease about being at the dentist.

Recently moved to the area and decided to try this dentist out.It’s clean and quiet inside. Everything looks new and is in good shape. The staff is friendly.The overall service was mediocre. The cleaning was comfortable but messy- my wife had water drip down her cheeks to her neck. Some parts of the cleaning felt more awkward or uncomfortable than they usually are at other dentists.I found it strange that they tried to sell me fluoride even though my insurance covers it- the tech gave me the typical sales pitch of “well we have this special on fluoride: it’s usually $40 but if you lock it in for today only it will be $18”. I expect that type of tactic from a outlet mall or a used car salesmen but not a dentist!Going to try other dentists in the area before I will consider scheduling here again.They were good with our kids (3 and 1), but the lobby wasn’t as kid-friendly as we expected. We saw the picture online of al the toys in the lobby. It’s different now- see my picture- no toys, nothing for kids- just a claw machine and chairs. They did put on Pets2 for the kids though.Overall, my teeth feel clean and I am happy with the service.

Do not recommend this place. Manager lacks manners and shes unprofessional. Theyll cancel your appointment out of no where after paying for the work, and expect you to schedule when best for them. They wont even try to work with you on times. Do not recommend this place at all.

I can’t thank you all enough for seeing my son for an emergency. Everyone was so kind and helpful. As a Nurse myself I know the importance of patient care and I am very happy with my experience here. I will continue to bring my two other kids here as well. I walked in struggling because I have two kids under two and our stroller broke before walking out the door. All the ladies were very understanding and welcoming to my kids. Again, thank you so much for the exceptional service we received!!

The staff give you information the no one knows what is really going to happen. When we came in mid June I made sure I was clear my sons teeth needed to be done before August due to other commitments. They told me 2 weeks ago when the crown came in they could finish his fillings and put the crown on. Guess what here we are July 28 and the dr is saying sorry but it will take to much time to do all of it… and want to set an appt for another day. The staff and Dr’s need to COMMUNICATE

This is the first time I have Medicaid for my daughter (due to the pandemic) and I guess this is what people go through without private insurance. They’re unprofessional. I waited for an hour and a half for my appointment and I had to walk out and make another appointment. My daughter was going to get work done on her teeth and she wasn’t going to be able to eat for a couple of hours after the appointment. Therefore, I had my daughter eat an hour before. By the time I was done waiting she was hungry again. I couldn’t have her hungry for another few hours! What a waste of my time. Terribly unprofessional.

I really appreciate the staff and the overall experience at this office. Ive had several work done an they always make me feel comfortable if I had an issue the are available to to see for same day appointments which I really appreciate. Advantage dentist is the best my boys have been going since they were 6 months old and now I have a 9 yr old and a 5 yr old. I would recommend this dentist to anyone. They take great care of your kids and allow them to be independent when they come in. My boys go straight in by themselves and come back all smiles.

Today was my first time in the office and i lovedIt. Ally took my X-Rays and was very gentle and kind. Mandy was my hygienist and she was amazing. We talked and she just had great energy. Laura was also helping she was very sweet and made sure i knew my cost before proceeding. Thank you ladies for making my experience great.

Been going here for over 6 months and the staff is great with kids. They turned around the bad experiences my child previously had in other places. They no longer cry when they have to visit the dentist, they love it! Definitely recommend this place.

I was apprehensive going in for my appointment with Covid but the office was very clean and the entire staff was wearing face masks and taking temperatures as people walked into the office. Very reassuring and made my visit comfortable.

The dentist herself pretty good. But the dental hygienist picked up the dribble bib off the floor and put it back on my child after it has been stepped on. Techs taking x-rays giggling when the pictures do not come out correctly and just retaking as if it is not a big deal to retake over. My children have been coming here for about 10 years. I might have to change dentist for a more professional office.

They were all super nice and helpful, answered all of my questions and concerns. They let me know what was going on and explained everything that they were doing.

I was a faithful to this place as I thought this was being treated well. Before the fire i got a crown on a tooth to protect it. As they were under repair for the fire i needed a root canal and that was worked thru the crown. Then the crown came off and the dentist said if it would come out again she would do a new one free of charge. Well I’m on the third time of it coming off and they charge for recement but now almost $800.00 for a new crown. They don’t want to cover the free of charge because the dentist who made it originally is no longer with them. But it’s the same office. So i don’t recommend them and if you do go get everything they promise in writing. Don’t get fooled as i did.They put a message that they would look into it and call me back. Nothing ever happened!!

I had to come into this office to get some work done and was really impressed how attentive the staff was, everything went well. Was impressed by the decor as not being sterile but really comfortable seating and had a home feeling. I will go back there again.PS - Thanks for the awesome coffee bar!

I was nervous to bring my youngest son on our first visit. It was for a tooth that was hurting so we had never been there. He is also diagnosed with high functioning autism. I talked to the ladies at the front and explained what a fight it was to get him to brush his teeth in the mornings much less floss. Explained that he looks at professionals differently then his parents and could they help me out. I asked them to tell him he had to brush, floss, etc. every day. When he was finished with his visit and we were checking out the ladies did just that. They explained that he had to do it or no Dr. Peppers and that this was his homework. He would have to come back in 6 months so they could make sure he did his homework. Since this visit he has been brushing and flossing and NOT complaining about it one bit. Most people only write the reviews about the doctors but I believe the doctors staff are even more important. They don’t get the credit they deserve. I highly recommend this office and already have appointments for our other 2 children. I do hope everyone remembers to be thankful for the office staff just as much as the doctors. My regret is I did not get their names!!

This establishment provides the most friendliest and welcoming visits to their patients. My daughter has been a patient with them since she was about 2 yrs old and now shes 9. She has never been afraid and they always make her feel special and provide the best service. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and very professional and will answer all your questions immediately. I also love that they will remind you via text and phone calls of your upcoming appts or when its time for your due visit. I recommend Advantage to all my friends. Sad to see these great reviews and not have had the same experience. Took both my toddlers. I scheduled appointments 30 min apart as they advised. They called one back and a couple minutes the second. When they saw I was with both I got an ugly look from one of the girls and she stared at me as if asking what are you going to do. Once done one of my kiddies needed a procedure the dentist doesnt explain much. Simply says she needs a specialist. I go to the specialist who want to sedate her without me knowing this. Terrible experience!

I called too make an appointment for 11 am Thursday morning The hold she put me on was five minutes alone I didnt have my dental insurance card on me so I called back 15 minutes after and I was told I couldnt make my appointment because they were all booked. Ive had work done here before and Ive NEVER had such poor customer service. I definitely WILL NEVER return.

I took my reluctant 2 year old daughter for her first visit. I was worried she would not cooperate but the dental assistant gave her a couple of toys to relax her. The dentist, who was very friendly, came in and finished the exam in about 2 minutes. She brushed my daughters teeth to look at them and then placed fluoride on them. I was surprised and relieved at how quick and efficient it was! Loved it! Welll be coming back!

I was greeted at the reception area when I checked it. My first visit to this dentist and was delighted to see I could fill out ALL paperwork online before arriving. Did not wait more than 15 minutes before being greeted a 2nd time as I was taken back for my procedure. The front desk team and dental assistant were all professional, polite and genuinely friendly. Dr. Matouk was exceptional as she took time to explain the process before it began and paused periodically to ensure I was not feeling any pain. We were looking for a dentist since we moved here 2 years ago and I am delighted to say we have found one!! I HIGHLY recommend Advantage Dentists - Humble as their family dentist, as my experience could not have been better!

Waited 2.5 hours where I was informed that they would not clean my teeth unless I came up with close top $200. I was also misinformed about my how much my insurance would pay. They lost 4 customers today.

I have NEVER written a review in my life but because of all the bad reviews I ABSOLUTELY needed to leave this one! Despite what I read on here, I called to make an appointment on a Thursday because they were the only Dental office that took my grandchildrens (ages 6 and 8) insurance. The appointments were made for that Monday. The staff was friendly and the wait was short. The hygienist was great. My grandson had a bad experience with a dentist when he was three. She made him feel so comfortable and talked to him during the entire cleaning. His two baby teeth needed to be removed because his permanent teeth were coming in behind them. He was then scheduled in immediately on Wednesday. Once again, all the staff and office people were friendly and kind. The dentist and hygienist talked to him and made him feel comfortable. He never saw the needle she used to numb him (front teeth). He never cried or complained of pain. He no longer fears going to the dentist. Thank you Advantage Dentist and Orthodontics! I would recommend them to anyone with small children

Staff does not call back when they say they will...Im still waiting and have not heard a word yet (it has been 2 years! LOL) My poor son had dental work done that was horribly done...had silver cap put on and tooth was infected from day one....then the tooth next to it. I would never ever ever and do not reffer anyone here. I could not even sit in the room with my son and they told me he needed to be sedated....Turn up the laughing gas. I now go to the fall creek family dental and they are fabulous. Call back in a timely manner, and my son doesnt need to be sedated...because i can sit in the room and hold his hand while the laughing gas works...MIRACLE. this dentist SUCKS always has always Will. thank you.

Had wisdom tooth coming through and there were lots of inflammation, Dentist refused to give me antibiotic until they do ex-rays(as if she couldnt tell without it)! then Dentist didnt know witch antibiotic to give to a breastfeeding woman, messed up on my antibiotic prescription (had to wait in pain until monday evening from sat because of their mistake) the whole point of me going on sat was to get it and i paid IN FULL out of pocket because werent able to verify insurance!!!! STILL NO REFUND ITS BEEN 3 to 4 MONTHS ALREADY! This kind of treatment never happened to me before..
