I was finally as sick as I cared to be. I had been fighting a chest cold for 2 weeks and when I searched for a clinic I was able to get a last minute appointment on the same day I called Health Partners. I waited less than 15 minutes and was then seen by Brittany Hagen PA-C. Brittany was friendly, sympathetic and very professional. I was happy with the facilities, all of the staff and the ease of location for me. I am on the mend!

Went in on a Saturday to Urgent Care for an injury. Waited less than 10 min before I was brought to a room. Dr. Carlson was friendly, communicated exactly what was going to happen, and seemed to genuinely care about me as a patient. I would highly recommend him.

Good luck getting in when youre sick! Communication is terrible. Urgent care - wait was 2.5hrs with only two people ahead of us. She was determined it was viral. Come back if its not better.....ended up doing a strep test (positive). Then had to wait hours for the prescription to be sent.

Service is fine, however it took 9 minutes to make a simple standing instruction lab appointment. And the amount of information that was needed was absolutely ridiculous. I even had to spell the name of the physician that ordered my tests.... they dont know the spellings of their own doctor names??

Always a pleasant experience. Everyone I have encountered is professional yet warm and inviting. I pass four other clinics for the care received here.One of the other posters seems like a douche. I will not say which.

Excellent experience. Dr. Carlson was knowledgable, informative, and took more time than was scheduled to address my concerns. All the staff seemed friendly and helpful. No complaints at all.

Very disappointed with the level of service at this location. Poor communication between departments and overall would not recommend this location to anyone. I was supposed to get a blood draw prior to 8am; however, their first appointment is at 8am. The doctor told me to show up at 7:45am to get this done - so I did... I told the person at the front desk that I was supposed to get my blood draw prior to 8am and I took my seat. I went back to the desk at 8am to see what is taking so long. Finally, at 8:05am the person came to bring me back and said they dont have any information on my draw???? She logs back in and all of a sudden it is there - her response - someone must have just put it in????? Really???? My blood draw was done at 8:10am after waiting 25 minutes and I was the first appointment. This could have been handled much better from the doctor, to the front desk person, to the person taking the blood draw - not impressed....

My Family really likes all of the service providers that we have encountered, at the Hugo Clinic. We are very satisfied with the treatment we have received.

Not bad for general stuff, a couple issues with problems being overlooked that developed into bigger deals later. Ok for GP

They need to update their urgent care hours online more frequently. Hour wait for a five minute ear check. Front desk was not very personable. And for a childrens location, and the long waits, they could use more toys and books in the waiting room.

With a waiting room full of patients to see the urgenct care doctor, we were all sent away because the doctor did not show up.
