I have been a patient at Associated Eye Care for over 20 years now! They are very caring of their patients and I have had nothing but the absolute best eye care from them. They are the very best at what they do and I trust them completely with my eye health!

I was very nervous since it was the first injection I was having for macular degeneration. I was made comfortable by everyone who attended to me. Im hoping any future injections will go as smoothly.

I saw Dr Lang both here and at the Stillwater office. I found him to be attentive to the issues I was having and thorough in the testing he did to diagnose the problem. I would highly recommend him and the caring and competent staff they have at both clinics.

Recently had my annual eye check-up with Dr. Lang at the Hudson office and was very pleased with the experience. All the staff were friendly and professional. They took care to make sure I understood procedures and answered my questions.

Dr. Wu is the best. He takes time to answer any and all question and concerns you have, each and every time you see him.I have had cataract surgery with him and Iam so happy with the outcome. My husband has some serious vision issues and Dr Wu is watching things very closely. His staff is also top professionals. We would and have recommend ed him to anyone.

I had cataract surgery and was never informed that I had a choice of lens to be reolaced to read or see distant. I was very clear that I was there to be able to read better. Instead they put in the distant lenses. Unacceptable.

I went in for my yearly eye appointment and was brought in for the appointment a little early which was wonderful. The technician was nice and friendly and listened to what I had to say which was great. I asked her to shine the light in my eyes after I had the reading and eye check and she complied with my request. It’s so much easier for me that way. Dr Wu was efficient and on time as well. Explained what I needed to do for the next year and that was helpful. All in all a great experience!

I will no longer be a patient at Associated Eye Care because of the male staff member in the optical department. I spoke with him today (11/11/20) about the status of my trial contact lenses. He was not only incredibly unhelpful, but downright rude. I asked about what could be done for the time being since they still had not received the trial lenses (like provide me with another trial pair similar to my prescription) and his response was I dont know. When I asked about inquiring of another clinic because I needed contacts to see, he said he get to it when [he] could and would be sending an email but may or may not get a response . . . I then asked about calling another clinic myself and he said they are busier than I am and laughed. I asked that he call me back with an update by the end of the day if he was going to send an email out and he HUNG UP on me. As a direct result, I will no longer be a patient of Associated Eye Care and do no recommend Associated Eye Care as a provider..

Dr Harris is very friendly and explains everything in detail. I was very comfortable and am glad I was assigned to her.

Both my husband and I have always received excellent care at Associated Eye Care either in Stillwater or in Hudson.

Have never even seen them because I was refused for an appointment Ive waited 3 months for because my 1 year old would not keep a mask on! I see people wearing masks under their nose, moving it to itch their face then recovering and all sorts of things but that isnt concering to you. A one year old is not used to wearing mask and I wont always have an option to not have my child with me. We are new in the area and do not have people to just watch our kid whenever we want. You tell me that i should have been scheduled at your woodbury office because i have a kid with me who is too young to know how to wear a mask but never was i told that or asked if id have her someone with me when scheduling NOR did you email state that. What it did state was anyone over 2 years must wear one! So even though she isnt 2 you require her to wear one then your emails should reflect that. Yes I am peeved. I will find somewhere else to go if i dont end up having to wait another 3 friggin months!

I have always been pleased with Assoc. Eye Care and just love Dr. Wu. He did both my catarac sugeries a couple years ago and did lasec surgery now. He is so good at explaining every thing he will be doing and answering all my questions. The people who work there are so polite and friendly. I cant say enough good things about Associated Eye Care.

Everyone at the Associated Eye Care clinic in Hudson were very helpful and polite. I have 2 kids one is older and one is a baby whom I had in tow with me. They were so accommodating letting me hold my baby during my exam. (He was not happy in his stroller). They answered any questions I had thoroughly and made the whole process so quick and easy. I highly recommend going to see them for your eye care.

All personnel were very courteous, timely, and skilled.

Dr Lane and Dr Lang have restored my vision. In 2007, I developed a virus in my eye that was attacking my cornea. My vision was 20/300, legally blind. Today, I see 20/20 because of them. Even though Dr Lane is gone, Dr Lang still takes great care of me. Without them, I would be blind.

I have always had good insurance, but because of unforeseen circumstances I had to temporarily go on Forward Health Medicaid for the past year. What a difference your insurance makes when it comes to the type of care you get. The Doctor probably spent 10 minutes with me, if that, and did nothing. The man taking care of my eyes prior to me seeing the doctor, did all the work and was wonderful. I am so disgusted. I will be telling everyone about my experience. Pathetic.

Dr. Lynch is AWESOME! ALL staff is great as well. NO long wait to be seen.

I went in to see a doctor to get a new prescription mainly for my contact lenses. After an hour of eye examination, Dr. Adam Goddard (BTY, he is a DO, not a MD) told me they only did glass prescription in that appointment, and that I had to make another appointment for contact lense prescription. During my time with Goddard, he was more fixated with his female assistant than attending to my concerns or answering my questions. I wasted my time and money for that appointment, and I did not quite get my monovusion prescription. Last week I lost my old glasses and tried to call in for glass prescription that was more consistent with my contact lense monovision prescription. I spoke with the 3 scheduling people, left messages with technicians and medical nurse to no help. I received a voice message that the doctor would call back, and he never did. All I could do is to wait, but I need a new pair of glasses right away! After I threatened to write a review about my bad experience, Finally a technician called back to offer a monovision adjustment prescription. I am still waiting for their call to try their monovision prescription. I never thought I had to try so hard to get what I needed for my eye glasses prescription. There are many options in town to get eye exams, unfortunately I happened to be in a bad place.

They are a friendly group from reception,nurses to doctors had a good appointmennt.

Everything was on time and handled very efficiently.

Expensive, but have state of the art diagnostic equipment and staff is knowledgeable and friendly.
