Good haircuts and friendly staff. Only 3 star though because location is understaffed resulting in long waits even after scheduling hours before hand online. Better staffing would result in a better rating fairly easily.

The stylist was very friendly, so kudos for that. But then she did the EXACT opposite of what I wanted. She even declined looking at the reference photo a second time. I wont be setting foot in there again.

I have been an avid customer of Supercuts for many years now. The salon is always clean, organized, fairly priced. The staff is among the friendliest people that I’ve ever dealt with. Michaela is one employee I have consistently seen since the beginning. She is kind, helpful, knowledgeable and most importantly she knows what she is doing. I will bring both of my kids to see her and refuse to go elsewhere. Between Michaela and Erin I am always guaranteed to have five star service.

I recently moved to the area and really needed my bangs trimmed.I happened to be driving to the TJMax and came upon Supercuts.I must be honest here I had a preconceived notion of Supercuts. I thought it was a small risk just a quick trim of bangs.I went into store and was greeted by Shannon who was very pleasant and welcoming. She made me so comfortable before I knew it she fixed a few not well blended sections of my hair. We talked about color as I do my hair about every 4 weeks it grows quickly. Shannons warm nature and skill with the scissors made me confident enough to come back the following week for a color. I left there today with a perfectly matched root color and a matching toner. The shop is very clean and the heated massage chair is a nice touch as you get your shampoo. Let me not forget the heated towel for your neck at the end.! I have been to many high end salons and spent varied amounts for the services. I can honestly say my visit today exceeded past experiences in other salons.Thank you Shannon for a great cut and color! I have found my new hairdresser.

I am so glad I went! We could not get into our usual stylist so I brought my kids here. I was worried about how they were staying safe and if my children would like their stylists. They were all so friendly, professional and clean. They were able to convince my kids to keep their masks on by being silly and sweet with them. I will definitely be back!

We were waiting on a load over the weekend so I decided to get my haircut on a Sunday. I called and was given an appointment within 15 minutes. My stylist, I didnt catch her name, was happy and did a very good job. I would highly recommend this place!

Staff was friendly and enthusiastic, and store was clean and everything was sanitized just before I was seated. However, that is where my positivity ends. I wanted an undercut (my very first one) and asked for a triangle whose point just touches the spot where my skull begins. As you can see, the cut I received was NOT this. The triangle is off-center and one of its sides is not a straight line at all, not to mention it is WAY bigger than what I requested. Unfortunately, there is no obvious way to fix the cuts symmetry besides making the undercut more of a rounded shape (thereby taking off even more hair). Im stuck with waiting a year for it to grow back out so I can go to a real salon and get it done right. Might end up just starting fresh with a pixie.

The hairstylist are all wonderful at this Supercuts! It’s a very professional atmosphere. IMO-The haircuts are better than you get at most salons for half the price. Note: They are not barber’s, they are hairstylist’s. I love this Supercuts!

I had another great cut today, Kristal is very attentive and always makes sure I have the cut I want before I get out of the chair.

I go here for my haircuts every time. Until now I just went there Monday and my hair cut is all kinds of bad on further inspection. My hair is now for some reason extra long on one side and they shaved off the other all I wanted was a high and tight but now because of the miss proportioned cutting the only way to make my hair right is to buzz the whole thing and I had a job interview were it was noticed and extremely embarrassing. I will not be coming back!

Stay away from this place.zero quality service .They dont seem to pay attention in detail to your needs. Just interested in earning tips.I needed a fade cut and the hair cut lady did a shoddy job.During check out even had the guts to ask how much final amount to put on the card.Franchise hair cut salons are just interested in making money and are least bothered to give a quality experience to their customers.Never going back here

Not bad for a quick mens cut or getting the kids a cut. All the folks have been really nice, but some folks do a better job than others. Often not busy during the day but always worth doing a online registration to get your self into the queue in advance, especially during the evenings and weekends. Very reasonably priced.

When i was in high school i got a bad haircut at supercuts in my hometown and i vowed never to return. Twenty years later i needed a haircut for a wedding and they were the only place open so i figured life has given me plenty of second chances. I am so glad i went back i have yet to receive a bad hair cut from supercuts since going back. The key is to vocalize what you want and make the extra effort to remember razor length settings and what you want done. They are all professionals so if you speak in their language you really cant go wrong. Haha as a teacher even my middle school boys were impressed when i told them i got it cut at supahcuts!

Inexpensive and decent haircuts but their twenty minute wait turned into an hour.

Went in today for a haircut with Emily. Very disappointed. No personality and very cold. I showed a picture of what i wanted ( long bob) and right away she critiqued the picture. She did not even give we the hsircut I wanted. I then had to go to another salon to fix.

I made an appointment at two, got there around 1:45ish, registered and all that stuff. Four people came in after me and got seated almost instantly. I was waiting for about an hour before I asked someone working there. They literally forgot about me and didnt notice me sitting there for almost an hour. They didnt even call my name for the appointment(which they did for someone else.) The only reason Im not giving them a one star is because they gave me a free hair cut because of it. Still cant say Ill be coming back to this.

Well its a baber shop if staff are not trained enough ...Its does not matter how good the hospitality is. I got a funny haircut ..All uneven. I guess staff was in Halloween mode.

I went here to have them fix a hair cut for me and they did a good job. I have made this my go to place for a hair cut.

Before my hair was shoulder length. I asked for a trim half an inch off and angled LONG LAYERS in the front. Took off at least 2 inches left in tears and did not pay. Took me over a year to grow out. So uneven i look hideous. I am so upset!!!! I cannot believe this. Dont go here unless you want to look like an idiot.
