Krista is Amazing, she is by far the best hair dresser in New England. She is very precise, shes very friendly and does a great job! She makes you feel very comfortable and whenever I get my hair cut with her I feel like a new person afterwards. After my hair cut I received so many compliments! I would recommend anyone to her that is looking for great hair at a great price! Make sure you ask for Krista when you go to great clips, you will not be disappointed!

The manager Kelsey is horrible here. I was looking for some products and wanted to ask some questions. First she acted annoyed when I tried to get her attention to ask for some help and then was rudely greeted. After that I was told that my hair looks horrible and that she should could fix it for me. I never asked for her opinion on my hair or asked her to fix it, only that I was looking for something good for frizz control. When I asked her for a manager to help me she laughed in my face and said “Oh that’s me.”. I asked for maybe a GM’s or owner’s number and then was rudely told to get out of the store. Nothing better than being insulted and laughed at by someone half your age. Absolutely immature.

This place doesnt even have a policy that hair cutters cant come into work sick. The girl who cut my hair yesterday was sniffling constantly and breathing on me and gave me the cold. Great way to treat your clients.

Great job with great conversation

Not much has changed since my first review. I went back in August 2019 and got a great haircut but its all about chance because its impossible to find out a stylists hours. You can get anywhere from a one star haircut to a 4 star haircut (mens). Turnover is high and your haircut is done just after getting comfortable in the chair. This last time, I asked the stylist to use thinning shears on the back of the head. Didnt happen and I didnt get a good look until I got home. Asked my daughter how bad it was and she advised I go somewhere to get it fixed. There was training going on the back of the store and none who came out looked very happy. Not taking any more chances this is off my list.

Im a regular here. Amanda is awesome! She always does a fantastic job. Mostly because she LISTENS and offers suggestions if what Im thinking about doing might be just a bit better with a change or two. I will be coming here for a very long time!

Very Professional and Clean Facility! I have been going to this Great Clips in Hudson for the last 4 months and have really enjoyed my experiences. The staff is very friendly and always on their A GAME! The price is just right and there is never a wait when I go after 6 oclock. A few people to mention... I’ve been a loyal customer of this shop for two years. However the last three trips I’ve made I’ve had someone standing over me without a clue of what they’re doing. Today was a nightmare. I’m going to buzz what’s left of my hair off with my own clippers, and find a store that has experienced people.

The price for a haircut is now $16.00. That is way too much and I will now find a barbershop. I dont even have $16.00 worth of hair on my head.
