I arrived early for my appointment. Wait time was very reasonable. Staff was polite and friendly. Everyone is professional and knew what they were doing. I was kept well informed throughout my visit. Doctor Eston met with both my wife and I for the exam. She answered the many questions we had in terms that were easily understood. I can’t see (pun intended) myself going anywhere else. Jeanette works well with Doctor Eston. Check-out and the scheduling of my next appointment was handled smoothly by Marsha. Obviously, I enjoy my experiences at LO Eye Care, otherwise I wouldn’t take time to know the people there, nor would I return year after year.

She was very knowledgeable and friendly. I had trauma to my eye and was very nervous going in but her, and all the staff, were so sweet that I left feeling very reassured about the health of my eye. I did have a longer wait than most, but I think that’s because they squeezed me in the schedule due to the urgency of my situation. They were able to schedule me 5 days sooner than any other place I contacted. I would absolutely recommend L.O. Eye Care in Howell.

I needed an ophthalmologist for a problem with my eye, and Dr. Estons staff was able to get me an appointment the next day - and I was a new patient. Wait time was only a few minutes. Staff was cheerful - and helpful with the insurance forms. Dr. Eston took care of my problem and Im no longer in discomfort. All in all an excellent medical experience. Highly recommended.
