If you are looking for a Doctor/NP that genuinely cares and listens to patients concerns, Nicole Hawkins is the best. I have been a patient for several years and recommend her to family and friends!

I love all these womenThey are so so so friendly, great at their jobs, follow through 100% and actually take the time to get to know their patients. I recommend everyone I know to them and would their business to grow and influence other places to conduct business like them. Great job everyone thereAlso upon reading other reviews I want it to be known that these ladies are Nurse Practitioners that means under the LAW of the state they cant write certain drugs. It is plainly stated on their website, and the receptionist can tell you if you ask. So if you are coming for birth control, narcotics or controls then maybe look somewhere else but its NOT because of their religious beliefs.

Dr. Jeff Huotari is truly amazing!! I was REALLY sick with an UTI and I called the number left on the answering machine at 1am and Dr. Huotari ANSWERED THE PHONE!!!! He was so kind, caring and helpful to me and understanding of my emergency. He helped me so much and got me the antibiotic I needed by calling it in to a 24 hour pharmacy. The office called the next morning to check on me. Truly unheard of care in this day and age. I never dreamed he would pick up the phone in the middle of the night!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH for providing such awesome health care!!! Cheers to you Dr. Huotari!!! You are the BEST!!!

I had been with my primary care doctor for 10 years. I had surgery in September and 2 months after was suffering from a gambit of problems. Some being quite alarming like having trouble breathing, heart palpitations, fatigue, nausea. I called my doctor at the time, and they told me they could see me in 3 months. I found that to be completely unacceptable for the symptoms I was having. I felt helpless and really wanted to avoid the ER. I was speaking to a friend who suggested I call BlueSky Health, I was kind of leary going to anyone else, but when I called I immediately felt relief. The poor woman on the phone listened to my whole sob story, in detail, never once interrupting, and when I was done she was so very empathetic, caring, kind and understanding.... she got me an appointment the next day. I live 1.5hours away from BlueSky Health, but gladly made the drive after being treated like a human instead of a number or inconvenience. When I got there I was put more at ease with the staff and the doctors, I had quite the long tale, and they patiently listened, ordered many tests that made sense and help relieve some of my fears. I have had to call numerous times regarding insurance perscription issues because the government thinks they should treat a patient and not the doctor, they have been very accommodating regarding making those adjustments so I can be treated properly, and they did it on the first call, not the 5th or 10th attempt like other offices. Never once was I treated like an inconvenience or a nuisance, they have always been beyond kind and understanding, going way above and beyond! I am so happy to have a new primary health care provider who makes me feel cared about! BlueSky Health is reasonable, reliable, relatable and all around wonderful! Thank you BlueSky Health! You are truly such a rare find in todays society/world! Looking forward to being a patient of yours for many years to come!

I just switched primary care providers as I was extremely dissatisfied with my previous doctor. I now am a patient of Nicole Hawkins and I couldn’t be happier! I would recommend this doctors office all day long! I am always greeted so pleasantly by the staff at the front desk and Nicole Hawkins is beyond wonderful. She puts my mind at ease and makes my visit actually pleasant. I have been more then pleased with my care at Bluesky Medical. The office staff is friendly and accommodating. The nurse is very helpful and sweet as can be. Dr. Hawkins was caring and listened to what I had going on. She explained things in a way I could understand and we agreed on the next steps to take together. The office doesn’t feel like a doctors office. It’s very relaxing and you spend time with the doctor. They run on time and I appreciate that! I highly recommend this office.

Not only does she really care about what is going on over all, shes on top of her game and I feel like an individual rather than a number or dollar sign. She always has a welcoming smile and I actually enjoy my time there. Ive seen my share of primary care providers as my family moved around the country with the military and she is by far the best. I highly recommend Nicole to everyone and I will never go anywhere else! (The rest of the staff is just as amazing too!)

I have been a patient here for 5+ years and every visit has been nothing less than A+. The staff is amazing, the wait time is hardly existence ( too bad because they have very comfy couches), I always feel heard when talking and NP Nicole is a one of a kind gem herself! Nicole Hawkins is an amazing provider. My family of 6 all see her at BlueSky. Whenever we need something they take care of us right away. Physicals, sore throats, my neck hurts, quick prescription refills...whatever our new emergency is, Nicole and her staff take care of us immediately. Nicole leaves no stone unturned when it comes to diagnosing our medical concerns. I feel fortunate to have found such an excellent and well-educated medical provider so close to home that cares so much about my family. We highly recommend Nicole and Blue Sky Health.

Nicole is the bomb.com I have been going to bluesky since they opened. Always have an appointment available when I need to get in, more often than not even on the same day I call. The ladies at reception are also great! Rene has been therr for a long time and she always remembers who I am and ask about my kids when I go in. Very personable staff. I like them so much we contined to use them even when they were no longer in network for our new insurance. When you find a great Dr. Office you tend to want to stick around! I highly recommend Blue sky for those that want a more personalized approach where they actually sit you down and hear what your concerns are. The staff here cares.

BlueSky Health and Nicole have been my PCP for almost four years. I moved over a year ago, but will always make the drive to be seen by the team at BlueSky. Their staff is friendly, their online system makes it easy to schedule appointments and I always feel like Ive been listened to as a patient. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

First experience with seeing a nurse practitioner and am very happy. Actually enjoy going for my check ups. Office is very nice and modern and they are always on time. That is important to me.

I wish I could give this no stars. First thing the receptionist has me sign paperwork informing me that I will not be able to get birth control because of the doctors beliefs. Mind you, I choose this clinic because it was listed as having high ratings for womens health. Then the nurse that I saw didnt address any of my own concerns. I asked about the horrible heartburn Id been having, and she wrote me a script without even asking me about my diet or anything else. When I asked her specifically if I could solve the problem with a change in diet or habit, she was dismissive. But not as dismissive as she was when I tried to talk to her about my weight concerns. She made a couple lame jokes about weight gain and that was it. Ive never had a medical professional treat me like that before. Ive never even left a bad review online before. But this clinic was a complete waste of an hour of my life.

I have been going there for a few years now and I absolutely love going there. The front desk receptionists are so kind and they get me on the schedule ASAP. Nicole Hawkins has such a wonderful personality and really understands what’s best for the patients.

The staff is very friendly, helpful, professional and accommodating. They bend over backwards to work around your schedule and fit you in. I recently was trying to see if they could fit me in if they had a cancellation. I sent a note at 1030 p.m. and Renea wrote me back after 11:00 p.m. fitting me in the very next day. Nicole truly cares about your health. She listens, answers every question, and has been very thorough in diagnosing and treating my medical needs. If a situation arises that may need a second look or a specialist, Nicole is great at providing referrals to different specialists in the area and has given me options that suit my needs. I appreciate that Nicole doesn’t push pills on me for every simple medical issue. She wants to get to the root of the issue before she prescribes medication and that’s the kind of medical professional I want to have in my life. If I have a simple question I can submit that question on the online portal and have a response within a business day. That’s excellent customer service in my book! Renea, in the office, is super knowledgable, personable, caring and makes your office visits a breeze. Shes very professional and has a willingness to help that I continue to appreciate after three and a half years. I would recommend Blue Sky Health to anyone.

Finding a new Doctor. They dont do birth control, adderall, narcotics or any sort, etc. Why because the DOCTOR doesnt believe in that for religious reasons. Just because youre religious and have your opinions doesnt mean you should force that upon others.Dont believe in birth control? Then dont get birth control, dont take narcotics yourself, but dont force your beliefs on others let others make their own decisions. Not to mention I called them because I needed them to prescribe me valium for my surgery today and these people said they werent going to. Do not go to this place. Surprised they are still in business. Good for nothing. Needed help from my Doctor and and every time Ive been in there they have not helped me in any way possible.This place has a bad name and a bad rep. Everyone I meet I will make sure I do not recommend this place and let everyone stay far away from this unprofessional Business

It was my first appointment, at 9, and I was running about 5 minutes late. I called and let them know 20 minutes ahead of time. I showed up around 905 and the front desk lady told me I’d have to reschedule because I should have been there at 845! I drove 25 minutes there with two small children and then had to turn around and go back home. Livid!
