This review is not about Dr. Nguyen himself, as I was not able to see him. I had made an appointment in July. A few days prior to the appointment, I was feeling sick (it turns out I had shingles). So, I called to reschedule.I was told that, as a new patient, it would be several weeks for a new patient opening. I was given an appointment for today at 1pm. When I arrived at the office, however, I was told that they had no record of my appointment for today. On top of that, they said they marked me as a no show for my appointment in July.I just want you to be aware of the quality of service you will get from the front office at this practice. I chose to leave and find another doctor.

Dr. Nguyen is very informative and thorough. He is efficient and asks all the right questions to get to the root of your issue in order to find the correct diagnosis. I had a great experience with him and his staff. Looking forward to continuing my treatment with this doctor.

Dr Nguyen is very thorough. Its quite obviously he cares about my treatment and wants to see me feel better. Hes easy to talk with and I feel comfortable discussing my RA issues. His staff is great too. Very friendly. Today was my 2nd appointment. I was happy to see they put a fan in the waiting room. They want their patients to be comfortable. Live the chairs too. The Doc was always very sweet and knowledgeable. It is annoying when I have to go to another facility to get any blood tests. He gave me more diagnosis about my bad back, made sense with the pain. Sometimes I don’t understand what he is saying. He does go an extra mile when he wants you to do stretches and he demonstrates them for you.

I love this man! He really does listen....and works hard to find whats wrong with you when other doctors just shrug their shoulders. Now , Ive found a possible diagnosis that I want him to help me with ( getting tested for it). I have seen him twice and he is someone I would trust. Funny too!

Dr. Bao Nguyen is the most caring doctor Ive ever had. He has excellent bedside manners and takes the time to explain everything to you and makes sure you understand. The staff are also friendly and very helpful. I am moving out of state and most certainly going to miss him and have a hard time replacing him.

I have been in severe pain from my shoulder down to my hand for over a month. I finally decided to go see Dr. Nguyen to have it checked out. I was welcomed from the moment I walked in the front door by two friendly staff members. Dr. Nguyen was extremely thorough in his examination and took his time to discuss the cause and treatment with me. After receiving three injections in his office, my pain has significantly improved. I am so glad I visited Dr. Nguyen and look forward to continuing my care with him and his team.

Dr. Nguyen is wonderful and truly cares about his patients. He is friendly, open to answering all questions, and very knowledgeable. The staff are friendly as well. Everyone makes you feel comfortable and welcome.

The dr spends time with you & is very caring. He also suggests supplements not only medications. Very great dr!

I am glad i found Dr. Bao Nguyen. My dad is improving his health so much thanks to Dr. Bao Nguyen. He is very honest and loves his works. I can tell he does really care about his patients, because i know how he care for my dad. He is personally call me to making sure that i follow the instruction to help my dad taking his medicine. I know there are doctors out there always business and dont have time, but with doctor Bao Nguyen, he is always make time for his Patients.
