Excellent customer service by the entire office staff. Dr. Awan is so professional and warming personality, and bedside mannerism, answers questions in a way that I can understand. Shows Empathy as well as sympathy, which is very important to me, as a patient. Im also allowed to play an important part in my care and discussion making.

I have visited two other doctors of pulmonary however this doctor was different. I recently was hospitalized for Covid and upon discharge I needed to follow up with a Pulmonary physician. The one that was listed on my discharge papers didn’t have a clinic. So I called the hospital’s directory and chose Dr.Awan… immediately I recognized her as one of the physicians that visited me in the hospital. I felt at ease. She has a intelligent bedside manner and is efficiently thorough in my care. Her staff is incredible. From the front office to the back office this office runs on one accord. They are very knowledgeable and dependable but most of all polite. I recommend Dr.Awan for all your pulmonary needs. Try them you won’t be disappointed!

Thank God for bringing Dr. Awan and her Professional, Caring, and Amazing staff Shannon and Nelson in to my life . While I was in the hospital for COVID-19 and pneumonia, Dr. Awan treated and made sure I received all what I needed to get well and out of the hospital. Currently, I am following up with Dr. Awan and her team of professionals Shannon and Nelson, and I am still receiving continuous amazing Care. After dealing with a traumatic experience such as Covid-19 or any terrible illness. Dr Awan, please remind your staff that they shall correct patients when theyre not maintaining social distancing, when theyre not wearing their masks, when they arent wearing it properly. Its really disheartening to see how they ignore these basic health rules in time of COVID19 pandemic.

I met Dr. Awan during a hospitalization for a COPD exacerbation I had in 2019. Dr. Awan is a truly caring physician who is dedicated to taking the very best care of her patients. She listened to me when I explained that I knew how my COPD responded to treatment and she made sure I had the proper doses of medication and the support I needed to get out of the hospital, which I appreciated very much.She has continued her efforts to reduce the effects of my COPD exacerbations, and is the reason I have not had to go to the hospital for COPD exacerbation for several years.She and her wonderful staff, Shannon and Nelson, maintain a level of friendly, compassionate professionalism and are a pleasure to work with.I am happy to recommend her and her staff to anyone that is in need of a competent doctor that will actually listen to them and support them in every way possible.

My 86-year-old dad suffered a heart attack|congestive heart failure and is now on the road to recovery thanks to Dr. Awan. Not only has she treated him expertly throughout his surgeries and follow-up procedures, but also followed up by calling us—sometimes late at night after a long day at the hospital—to check on him and to make sure that he is all right. These days everyone says they treat you like family but I’m here to tell you that Dr. Awan really does. You cannot find a more knowledgeable and caring pulmonologist anywhere. Dr. Awan is simply the best.

Absolutely stay away!!! At 1st, I thought she was great. By the next appt, she seemed to forget all she had planned for me. She made new plans. I began having more serious breathing problems. A CT was ordered by another dr until I could get back to see Dr. Awan. (In fairness, I waited several months to see her again) I called numerous times making sure they had my results and films. I had poor results that waited because she never saw them. At my appt, she didnt have my films or my results. She got on to me like I was a kid for waiting so long to be seen. I listened because I was scared. She made plans. A week later I came back after being on meds to follow through on the plan of care. All of those plans gone again. At the end of my appt, she decided to put me in the hospital. She said I needed a bronchoscopy and different antibiotics. No orders were sent to the hospital. I sat for hours in a room almost 3 hours away from home doing nothing! By the next day, she sd she NEVER SAID I WOULD HAVE A BRONCH!!! She raised her voice, called me a liar. My daughter stood up to her, I was crying and scared. She finally stopped with her ugly behavior. She ended up saying she talks to herself outloud.... well, her outloud voice said I was having a bronch. I ended up leaving against medical advice. She was absolutely horrible. Rude is an understatement. Just question her, her colors fly out. I pray she never treats another patient the way she treated me!

Worst clinic and front desk people. Alessa, a front desk lady who does not inform the rules. She was so angry when I ask simple question. I will never recommend anybody to go there.

I bought a treatment for spider veins and they were not very conspicuous, and they left me very scared now I can not cover them with makeup. Is the worst..

If there’s less than one star I’ll give it to this clinic for dermal filler with Samira it was very bad experience with non experience nurse I don’t recommend anyone to do filler there you can pay the same price for filler with specialist..

Dr Awan is the first pulmonologist I have seen in over 25 years that has taken the time to get to the root of the problem. She cares for her patients and goes above and beyond. She’s compassionate, thorough and overall takes her job as a doctor seriously! Her staff is warm and welcoming and makes you feel at home. I’m so glad I found this office!
