Awesome service in every area. Very nice and efficient people on the phone. Free delivery within a large service area/ mail option is available, and a physical pharmacy location as well- how could it be more convenient ? If there is something over the counter that you want, and it is not readily on the shelf, they will order for you. Their prices are reasonable ; Insurance is accommodated; the turn around time is reasonable: I am so glad I found them. My experience here couldn’t be better. Thank you so much.

Finally, I just found a great pharmacy that care about people and will help you in any way they can. I just spoke to Mitch the Pharmacist at Sena. He couldnt be more nicer they are wonderful people will go above and beyond to help. He called my Doctors office after hours just to help me get the right Med. Please dont waste your time with CVS. Go to Sena Pharmacy in Houston FM 1960 they will take all the stress away and make sure you get the great customer service you deserve. They are good people and provide excellent customer service.

Nice pharmacy with reasonable prices. The lady who spoke to me on the phone took the time to answer my questions and they were able to deliver the prescriptions to my office for free. That was a huge help considering my busy schedule. Im happy with the service and will be recommending them to my family and friends.

We were given a folder by my dads cataract surgeon saying Sena was their pharmacy of choice and I would receive a call on 3 eye drop prescriptions. I was told the cost was $250, and would need several refills! When I asked why so expensive, she just said theyre new meds. I asked if there was any way to get the price down so my dad could afford, and she said no. I called doctor, and he said generic brands were available, so I requested he call them into CVS. Thanks a lot Sena, smh

The staff here is extremely friendly and the owner is ever present with a genuine kindness for your well being. If they dont have something in stock they will look up the best pharmaceutical medication for your needs and order for. Plus they have delivery on non controlled prescriptions! I highly recommend this pharmacy over ANY pharmarcy chain. Their prices are MICH better in comparison, and they treat you like a human being and not another dollar.

These reviews undoubtedly have been made by friends or family members. This is undoubtedly the worst pharmacy that I have ever dealt with. I visited my physician on a Friday morning and his staff informed me that they were sending two prescriptions to Sena Pharmacy and that they would be contacting me later in the afternoon. They further said that I could have the prescription filled with Sena or have them send it to my pharmacy of choice. By the time that I left my physician’s office, drove to my office and logged into my Cigna app, Sena had already charged my Cigna account. I received a call from them on the following Tuesday INFORMING me they had two prescriptions for me and that I owed them $60. I was stunned. I told them to deliver the prescriptions to my office on Wednesday. I informed the receptionist at the front desk that I would be receiving two prescriptions; however, they NEVER arrived and no call was made to inform me. On the following Friday afternoon after 5PM, a delivery person appeared at the front gate at my home with the prescriptions. I never received a call to let me know that they would be making a delivery to my home. Just awful service!! They are also NOT very communicative and just took it upon themselves to assume that I would be purchasing the two prescriptions from them!!
