Great pharmacy and personnel. We were unable to get a prescription from a large local retailer and so we called Cypress Compounding. They were so kind and helpful on the phone and ran our insurance quickly. It was ready really fast and the pharmacy staff were very helpful in explaining how to use the medication and how it works. It was also half the price of the big retailer. I definitely recommend this pharmacy.

Amazing service for my pregnant patients

Incredibly fast turnaround...they had my prescription ready in half a day compared to the 48 hours I was told by the other compounding pharmacies told me. Great customer service and the price was cheaper than a few other compounding pharmacies I had contacted. Thank you for your sense of urgency. It is appreciated!

I LOVE THIS PHARMACY! They are able to make my sons medication for 20 bucks less than anyplace else and they are fast. They call when its close to running out which I appreciate as a busy mom! The facility is clean, beautiful and the staff is all very helpful and friendly. You can actually see everything behind the scenes too through glass. Its very cool!

Very nice clean facility! Great atmosphere! I knew they would have what I needed because I called the day before in which they were very helpful. They were able to fill my rx within 5 minutes. The only downside would be that they were pricey!

I have a dog that was born with a liver shunt and is being medically managed through Texas A&M small animal hospital. I was running very low on his antibiotic in the middle of Hurricane Harvey and his medication delivery from college station kept getting pushed back, so they recommended I search a compounding pharmacy near me. Luckily Cypress Compounding was open and the lady I spoke with (I want to say Renee, but I could be wrong) was sooo helpful and kind! I was honestly shocked with how awesome this place turned out to be for my fur baby and I, I kept thinking this is too good to be true especially with the disaster going on around us. I cant thank them enough-my dog is like my child and he cant go without his medicine. Thank you so much and Ill spread the word as much as I can with how amazing yall are.

I had a wonderful experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The cream that I got is more absorbent than what I was getting from a different pharmacy. They were also less expensive.

CCP is one of the best compounding pharmacies Ive ever used. The staff is beyond friendly and very knowledgeable about the compounded medicines they customize for their patients. I would recommend (and I have) CCP to anyone! Excellent services!

WARNING! This pharmacy told me the price was $45 on the phone, but when I got there the price was suddenly $90. DETAILS: I had 2 prescriptions filled at this pharmacy about 3 months ago. The cost was $45 for the 1st prescription and $80 for the 2nd. So 3 months go by and they called me today to see if I wanted to refill my prescriptions. So I asked them the prices to refill. They told me $45 and $80. When I got there to pick it up, they said the $45 prescription was going to be $90. When I questioned them about the price, they said they made a mistake. I said the $45 price is what I paid the last time and they confirmed that same price on the phone today. They said whoever sold me the medication for $45 last time made a mistake. In the end, they would not honor the $45 price they told me over the phone. As a result, I didn’t buy either medication and they lost me as a customer forever. Now, let’s calculate the cost of their mistake. If they would have sold me the medication for $45 instead of $90, let’s assume they lost $45 on that sale. The other medication I was going to buy today was $80. They probably make $40 profit on that one. So they only would have lost $5, but kept me as a customer going forward. And what’s the potential profit on keeping me as a customer? I am on both of these medications for life. Let’s assume I’m willing to pay the $90 and the $80 in the future. That’s $170 cost to me every 90 days and $85 profit for the pharmacy. That’s $340 profit for the pharmacy every year. Over the next 30 years that’s $10,200 in potential profit lost on just those 2 medications; all because they were worried about losing $5 today on an employee mistake. If you add the customers they’re going to lose on this review, the cost of that mistake is even higher. If I was the owner, I would make sure I had managers that understand both math and the value of keeping your word.

What a beautiful place, they had my prescription ready the next day!! That is much faster then the mail order compounding pharmacy I used before. The employees are extremely nice and respectful, they even talk with me about my medication, and I learned things I hadnt learned before. Thank you Cypress Compounding for going above and beyond!!
