My wife and I have been training with Matt Bailey for over 3 years. We are functionally stronger and better conditioned after training with him. He is incredibly knowledgeable about his craft and has helped us correct our form for safer and more productive weightlifting. Even though we had a baby recently, we will continue training with Matt.Do yourself a favor and start training with Matt Bailey. He will help you meet your fitness goals in a safe and manageable manner.

There’s a lot I could say about Matt Bailey but I’ll keep it as short and simple as possible. He’s by far one of the most knowledgeable trainers I’ve ever experienced. His workouts are amazing and I feel like I’ve made so much progress in the past few months I’ve trained with him. He’ll always message you to check in on you whether it’s about your physical or mental health. Can’t wait to continue my growth with him.

Matt is THE trainer Id been looking for in Houston for years. When you train with Matt youre not just sweating, youre learning. Matt brings a wealth of knowledge about movement, strength building, and nutrition to our sessions. He doesnt just point you through your workout, theres a focus to what you are doing and why. Matt trains you to be knowledgable in the gym and wants you to have confidence to move around when hes not there.Matt shows a true care for his clients, he makes sure he checks in with me on any nutrition advice or where I am with my goals every week. When the pandemic suspended everything in March, Matt was quick to provide at-home workouts and check in weekly, and was there to offer socially distanced workouts until I felt comfortable being back in the gym. That kind of care and drive for his clients dedication is something so hard to find in a trainer.With all that comes results! Since training with Matt for a year, Ive been able to hit the fitness goals Ive been chasing for over a decade. Im healthier, stronger, and have the confidence in training Ive been striving for so long. Ive been training with Matt for over a year and it has been an incredible experience. I had never worked with a personal trainer before but now I cant imagine going back. Matt tailors the workout specifically for your goals. Hes also flexible when schedules get tough and always works with you to get in a make up session. Amazingly, through the pandemic, he still held me accountable to make sure my physical and mental health was a priority. Basically, if youre looking to get a personal trainer, hes the guy to go with.

I’ve been working with Matt for a couple of years, and he has gotten me in the best shape of my life. He customizes workouts to your individual/personal goals, and always mixes things up so you don’t get stuck doing the same few exercises over and over. And he does this with a positive and encouraging attitude rather than a drill sergeant approach. I highly recommend working with Matt.

If you have had a bad experience with a personal trainer, especially a virtual one, but still have that little worm of curiosity to try again? please DO! and do it with Matt.I shared my concerns about previous experiences and goals with him during our first meeting and he not only listened but remembered and applied it to my work outs. I hurt my quad at one point and told him about it and he completely re-worked the program so that I could take it a little easier and that did the trick! I have followed a pretty clean diet and have now lost close to 5 pounds (4.8 to be exact) which to me is huge as a 51 gal since weight tends to show a lot easier than others.Anyway, thanks so much Matt!-DM

I’ve been training with Matt since mid 2019. He understands what you need individually and doesn’t just put you on a bland training program. He’s professional, consistent and understands the importance of recovery. Give him a shot, you won’t be disappointed.

My wife and I love training together with Matt Bailey. We started with him a couple years ago in a neighborhood gym but since covid hes been amazing, coming out to our house and training us in our garage and driveway. He wears a mask, maintains social distancing and wipes down all of the equipment to ensure our safety. But the two things I like most is how he always challenges us to do more and he always makes sure were using proper form to avoid injuries and get max results. I would recommend him to anyone who is starting out or wants to up their workout game. We couldnt be happier with the progress weve made working out with Matt Bailey.

Matt is great. Matt comes prepared, has great knowledge, makes sure you are using the proper forms, and pushes you. I could not ask for a better trainer. I use to not enjoy working out, but now I am actually EXCITED to hit the gym with Matt. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Matt as a trainer.

Ive been training with Matt for the past 2 years and I will say that I never have to worry about being bored or not seeing results. I started training with Matt after a major knee injury, as I needed guidance and motivation to get back into a routine. Everything from full body work-outs to targeting specific muscles, Matt always has a plan.Recently, I wanted to be a bit more independent with my workouts and Matt really stepped it up. He provided me with specific workouts through an app in which he loads different workouts, they even show you the correct form through a video. The app has been very easy to use and his notes/comments re-assure me of what Im suppose to be doing. Additionally, there was one time that I was following my workout through the app and Matt happened to be at the gym at the same time and came around to make sure I was having a smooth workout. Its nice knowing I can travel and not miss out on my workout routine (Matt WILL hold accountable).He continuously looks for ways to improve my form and workout experience. Being a military veteran and former college athlete, I have to say that I enjoy Matts workouts and moreover the results Ive seen in the past two years have surpassed anything Ive done in the past.

Since starting training a year ago I have consistently met my fitness goals while working with Matt. The perfect balance between having fun and working hard in every workout. Matt pushes you hard and structures your workout to achieve the goals you want, instead of just a generic workout. Very flexible on scheduling and willing to work with you to fit a workout in a busy schedule.
