Dr. Donald T. Donovan, is a God send. Dr. Donovan is very easy to talk to and took the time to answer all my questions.

We came to Dr. Donovan on June 2018, the patient was Erika. She had a Goiter growing underneath her collar bone. In addition to the Goiter she also had nodules on both sides of her thyroid. Decision was made to have surgery initially plan was to remove half of the thyroid but during surgery it was decided to remove the whole thyroid.Before surgery, Dr. Donovan and his staff calmed Erikas fears and expressed genuine concern . Erika felt safe and calm with Dr. Donovan.Thank God! Erika has progressed beautifully from her surgery. She has regained her voice back. Dr. Donovan did an excellent job.!!He is a humble, friendly, caring beautiful human being. God guide his hands when performing surgery, help him see the problems areas, help him make the best decisions.also help his staff assist him.We highly recommend Dr. Donovan.

I cannot say enough how grateful I am with Dr.Donovan and the Methodist Outpatient Hospital. After several failed brochial dilation procedures performed in Clear Lake Hospital by another ENT, Dr. Donovan resolved my problem after the first bronchial dilation. This procedure was performed by him in December 2018 and til this day my breathing is 100% normal. He is simply admirable and I cannot express how thankful I am for his service and dedication to quality work!

Front office is a joke. They never leave voicemails even when they easily could. Instead I have to call baylor and wait 20+ minutes through their robot call system for every tid bit of information. Doctor is good though
