Excellent place if your child has scoliosis. They are very thorough, and thoughtful. Racheal is awesome. She wants to make sure that everything is perfect.

Andre Martinez was the lead clinician on my new prosthetic leg. He and his intern, Austin were personable and courteous. They made 2 test sockets for me and took hours to assure that I had a leg that fit great. They were so patient and understanding with me. I now have a leg that fits and feels great. Hanger Clinic is the premier provider of prosthetics. I recommend this team to anyone with prosthetic needs. Great job guys!

While the initial measure visit was professional, afterwards care sucks. It has been quite some time since and I have not heard from them. I could order shoes online and get them the same week. The memory foam inserts could not take this long. I have called three times and to no avail. This last the electronic voice told me to leave a detailed message and then the mail box told me it could not accept any more messages. Hell of a way to run a rail road .

My prosthetician, Andre, is the best. He is knowledgeable, dependable and friendly. If he us not the top of the class, it wouldnt take long to call roll! Thank you, Andre

Hanger Clinic is a very, very professional place. From the time you enter, you are met with a smile to my meeting with the clinician, John Propes, everyone was friendly and made me feel very comfortable even in my pain. And I was smiling when I left. My knee orthosis was ready for me to pick up in 2 weeks. I was smiling when I walked out.

Im very disappointed in the lack of coordination and communication in this clinic, as the staff seems very discomunicated with each other. My son has been waiting for weeks for a compression sock that was supposed to arrive sooner. This has happened to me twice already and also the doctors dont seem to care about the specific measurements when it came to my sons left leg as it has been through many surgeries and has been very swollen. Measurements matter and also a timely delivery for a simple compression sock.

Initial service was good but when th shoe blistered my toe everything fell apart. I had an appointment and had to move it. I was told they would call and schedule. When they did not call back I contacted again. I was told sotty for the delay and I would be contacted. Three time I have reconnected them with same story and still wait for them to schedule. I bought an expensive doorstop.

The prior review about getting the phone answered is money, so be prepared... Also, making sure the patient is kept in the loop if staff responds to an emergency could use some work; spent 45 minutes oblivious because my prosthetist was called to a hospital but failed to tell me. Had the receptionist come back to exam room I was in to tell me I was free to go because that person had left w/o saying anything to me... otherwise, nice people, possibly just busy...

My appointment was smooth sailings & the staff were the best & very professional. Great job Hanger Clinic...

This the a amazing great place I’ve been coming here since I was a baby 👶🏻 now I’m a teenager 🙍🏻‍♀️ we switched doctors for a year but we decided to come back because the other place that we would go to was not professional enough but here people and doctors would always have a positive attitude are polite they have manufactured all of my AFO’s amazingly and had ZERO BAD EXPERIENCE I recommend you to go here.

This review is solely based on my experience with the front desk. My actual orthotic experience for my son’s plagiocephaly has been great. I have been on hold with the front desk repeatedly for 10-15 minutes to make or reschedule an appt. I have now been trying to get through to the front desk for almost an hour. That is absurd. Horrible customer service and for that reason will not return for subsequent children once my son is done with treatment.

Met with John Propes, Senior Orthotist. He was very knowledgeable, professional and encouraging with my sports injury. They made a custom made brace (Arizona) and the turnaround time was great.

I received a bill from this place and Ive never even been here. Ive tried calling many times and no one ever picks up the phone. They dont even have to where we can leave a VM, is this even a legit place?? Smells like a scam to me!!! This should be a ZERO star!!!

I would give a zero if i could, Went to Kelsey Seybold Clinic they gave me a Darco Shoe-Women Large and then send me a bill from Hanger Clinic for $25.00, When called they said its originally $300 and they are giving it for a discounted rate, I dont know where they got the $300 number from,and reduced it to $25.00 which dint make any sense. In amazon its only $14.99. When i said this to the lady over the phone, she said you dont go to different grocery stores and compare prices. when i kept questioning she said i have to hang up your not listing. If the answer dosent make sense why should be listening. Its just not about the pricing but why are we still fooled by the entire medical industry.You have time, shop for prices before loosing every dollar

Jim is an amazing orthotist. He is extremely knowledgeable, responsive, and friendly. Ive been to Cranial Technologies and seen a couple neurosurgeons for my sons condition and he is by far the most knowledgeable. I was very impressed. I also had a good experience with Belen, Angela and Krissia during the insurance process. My reason for not giving 5 stars is because I wish the phones were answered.As a side note, I would give Hanger Clinic a chance for helmets for plagiocephaly. I felt Cranial Technologies was like going to a buy a car and was pushed with the sales talk. I did not feel that way with Hanger.

Staff is very professional, friendly, and provides great service.

The communication and follow up skills are poor. My son has waited over 2 and half months for his legs because the ladies working on the legs would not follow up on the paper work with Medicaid each day and see what whats stopping the approval. This is very disappointing. Im not pleased all.

They dont answer the phone, they dont reply to voice mail, they dont reply to emails.

Made an appointment 3 weeks out to pick up sons orthotics and they were not ready at the time of my appointment. Poor planning and very inconsiderate to patients time.

The doctors and most of the staff are just rude and inconsiderate.

My son has been a patient for many years.

Doesn’t work with schedule when making appointments & when arrived for appointments early was still seen & called back late...very unhappy & disappointed...doesn’t call when equipment is ready...doesn’t care about their patients...if u can find another place to go to then go there
