This office is money hungry. I literally paid $60 for the same appointment that I had at the sugarland location in which was only $40 to receive a steroid pack. Was referred to get an MRI at theyre facility which was $550. When I informed them of this, they stated that it wasnt theyre business as far as pricing was concerned. I ended up finding a place to get an MRI done on my own, got it done. The results are in my chart, but they want the images. You can read MRI via numerically if you are indeed a doctor. However, this office refuses to do so. I had to get my ob/gyn doctor to interept the results for me! 6 weeks of pain and suffering with no resolve! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS OFFICE! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE PATIENTS!!!!

Dr. Weiner reviewed the MRI with me and explained the issues and his remedy - first, a couple of steroid injections, if unsuccessful then microdiscectomy and laminectomy. Its been 6 months since the surgery and I am 99.5% pain free with just an occasional, mild ache when highly active. I do have some arthritis in my spine. My recovery has been as he described it would be. I would recommend Dr Weiner.

I had been referred to Dr. Weiner by my pain management Dr. and by that time I was in so much pain I could hardly walk. After reviewing my MRI, Dr. Weiner recommended that I have a Spinal Decompression. I knew that it was a successful surgery for the first time in years, I was able to walk without pain. I have continued to consult Dr. Weiner as other problems, due to arthritis, as they have occurred and he has always been helpful and answered all my questions. If a surgical need arises, I will return to Dr. Weiner.

My husband went to see Dr. Weiner for severe, debilitating back and leg pain and dr. spent less than 5 minutes with him. He sent us to go for an MRI with no medicine to help in the meantime while waiting for a plan, my husband has been in so much pain. I had to pursue their office to inquire about results and a follow up with my husband being unable to walk from pain. When we went in for results, they diagnosed him with L4-L5 bulging disc and decided on epidural steroid injection. My husband got the injection and attempted to wait the 14 days as told before expecting results. By the 10th day my husband was 10 times worse and we went to the ER. I sent a message the next day informing Weiner of this information and for help with medication, something! 8 whole business days later and we are still waiting on a response. My husband can barely walk or remain in any position and is unable to work. I dont want to talk negative I am just stating everything as it happened.

Dr. Weiner is an excellent surgeon and one that I tell all my friends to see for problems with their back. He has a very soft manner and a truly caring attitude. After seeing many other Doctors-Neurosurgeons etc. and having them operate on me with no success, he is the only one who has diagnosed my problem and repaired it correctly. I am truly thankful that he is here in Houston and helping so many. He works with only Stephanie his caring nurse, and together they are a wonderful team. Claire C. Wilkins

Dr. Weiner saw me regarding a Buglging disc, L4-L5.He walked me over to view the MRI with him and explained his diagnosis.Herniated disc, and Microdiscectomy Surgery was recommended. After struggling for MONTHS with other doctors, steroid packs, injections etc, it took him but a few minutes to see that if I do not get the surgery, my herniated disc will keep on keeping on.He has a very mild manner and a gentle approach. But make no mistake, hes a beast at what he does.

I have a lot of back problems and have seaked help from other doctors, but have been told I cant be helped or just deal with it as long as possible. I understand back surgery isnt a cure and may not work, but when I could hardly walk, I found Dr. Weiner. He decided to just go with a fusion because Im still fairly young and the less the better. I did the injections, which didnt really help, but minis some loss of flexibility, I finally can move and am not in horrible pain all the time. I still have problems with my legs and hurt but am happy its better then it was. I know no doctor is perfect and there is no cure for me, just temporary fixes. I am happy with my procedure and the support of Dr. Weiner. He helped me be less grumpy in life without depending on medications. I know in the future Im going to need more surgery so Im going to stay in his care. Hes a good doctor, my surgery was quick, and I recommend researching his work. You just have to remember, surgery isnt a guaranteed fix and there is still risks. I now have arthritis in my back, but it doesnt hurt as bad as I hurt before so I can handle it. Im happy with Dr. Weiner and his staff. I recommend considering him. I was up and moving the same day.

Dr. Bradley Weiner is the least qualified doctor I have ever met to be performing surgery of the spine on me. What was supposed to be a routine Microdiscectomy turned into 5 months in bed thanks to him leaving me with a dibilitating condition known as coccydinia. It was the most excruciatingly painful condition I have ever endured. All he did was get me some blocks that did not work (No fault of the neuroradiologist) and then, when all else failed, patted my hand and told me it would go away. No, Dr. Weiner, it did not go away, nor did the sciatica nor the problems effecting my bladder and bowels, Remember every time I talked to you and your nurse you both asked me if I was having problems with my bladder and/or bowels and I wondered why!!!!. The answer to my prayers in correcting all your mistakes was found in an extremely skilled neurosurgeon who fused my back and somehow, praise the Lord, abated the coccydinia. And, to find out you did not even do what you said you were going to do, is irreprehensible. We talked in the pre-op room and you said you were going to do a bilateral procedure. Turns out that you only did the right side! You cant open someone and 40 minutes later, have the dressing on and youre out of there on this type of surgery! Yes, that is what the surgical report states per my conversation with very qualified neurosurgeons. I nearly died when I heard that! PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE if you need spine surgery of any kind, get the advice and skill of a top NEUROSURGEON. Do not settle for anything less. I knew better but Weiner told me he didnt use or see any need for one. Every doctor that saw me afterwards was floored that he didnt just do the fusion as the microdiscectomy was just a Band-Aid for a very degenerated spine. Thank the good Lord, he didnt! I cannot imagine what state I would be in now if those unskilled hands, and with his rushed schedule, had attempted a full spinal fusion. Instead of healing and doing beautifully, as I am now, I am sure I would have been left with something that was not done properly and be facing another operation, and not with him. So, if you couldnt tell from this information, I am trying to save anyone I can from experiencing the unprofessionalism I endured with Dr. Bradley Weiner.
