Dr. Sun is FANTASTIC! He’s pleasant and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain to me what was going on with my fractured legs. He didn’t “cut just to cut” like some surgeons do. In fact, he was pretty conservative with one fracture and appropriately aggressive with the other. My case was pretty complicated and he didn’t shy away from it at all.He’s got a great personality and outstanding surgical skills. He was very prompt and took time before my surgery to explain the procedure.He visited me during my hospital stay to make sure I was feeling okay.After I was released and sent home, I had questions and messaged him. I was injured in a near fatal car accident caused by a drunk driver where my femur bone was broken completely in half. When I arrived at the hospital Dr. Sun had already been contacted and was waiting there to be apart of the team that saved my life. I had total hip replacement surgery 3 weeks ago. The entire team at KSF have been amazing , from helping me fill out required paperwork for my FMLA through follow up calls after my surgery. Dr. Sun was my surgeon who I find to be extremely focused and attentive; he has a calm nature about him and a willingness to listen to your concerns and answer your questions in a conversational manner which is refreshing. There is a cautious approach that Dr. Sun demonstrated prior to surgery which I found comforting; he wasn’t going to take any chances on screwing this up.Three weeks later, I am walking normally — I have zero pain and couldn’t be happier with the outcome of my hip replacement surgery.

I have been to KSF Orthopaedic Center for three joint replacements ( 2 knees and one hip) and several other issues, plus my wife has had knee replacements and hand surgery. We feel the level or professionalism is outstanding, The TOPS Center which they utilize is excellent. My most recent hip surgery was preformed by Dr. David Q. Sun. He has been most attentive. Each visit he spends time answering all questions and never appears anxious to see the next patient, which I find refreshing these days when many doctors are clearly spread too thin. I have talked with him on the phone several times, he has called me after reading home health care reports and is following up. I recommend Dr. Sun without reservations.

Dr. Sun was extremely easy to talk to, very knowledgeable, demonstrated exercises for me to do and solved my pain with a single injection. I wish I had not waited 8 months to see him to relieve my pain.

The best Orthopaedic ever! DR. DAVID SUN is awesome! I had to have a hip replacement done and out off all the doctors I visited, Dr. Sun made me feel comfortable. His listens and has a great personality. Surgery went so well, I feel great, and my scar is barely visble. Dr. Sun also has a great assistant named Adriana she did a really great job handling all the medical info for my job and follow up calls too! Keep up the great work guys!
