100% satisfied. Bryan was amazing. I asked were they closed. He didnt want to answer but I believe they were, but he was still willing to help fix my glasses. Although it was a simple fixed I am so glad he was willing to help and was very patient. Thanks Bryan! We need more people like you who value your customer service and hospitality.

The employees are rude

Sheila S. was very kind and helped us as soon as she saw us. She made nice small talk as we waited for assistance from another staff member.

The fat lady in the optical in her 20-30s that looks like she just ate a hershey bar and smudged it on her cheeks to make it look like she contoured her face but looks ridiculous is super lazy, came in to my local walmart to tighten/adjust my glasses and she refused to do them because my glasses were purchased from a different store and because she was comfortable on her chair doing nothing, Ive bought glasses from there before and never have I had a problem until now. I always get them adjusted there with another employee, i leave tips bc i know its free and all but I left without causing any drama because unfortunately, you cant make a person get up if she doesnt want do and wasnt worth it so I drove next door to Sams club and the lady there was totally cool with it and said there was no problem with adjusting my glasses. Overall such a bad experience with such a simple thing that she didnt want to do. Its not the first time Ive had problems with that one lady from the optical.

Worst place to get your eye exam first of all their really expensive they charge like 3X what the normal eye exam should cost and they dont even do a good job their lazy and make up any lie to get you the consumer to pay more (WATCH OUT PEOPLE )

As soon as I walked in. They were 30% higher than my regular eye doctor, trying to sell me extra unnecessary exams, and then told me I had an eye infection( not true at all)and it would be 90 more and 5-7 days before I could have a proper eye exam

I told her that they had put my sons frame wrong and she said that she got confused and what the other one told her to just change the frame that was in the sample and I change it and I asked to speak to the manager and there was no manager that is what to do.
