One of the worst places I have worked for. The speech therapist are amazing but the people in charge are utterly the worst. Save yourself the trouble and don’t work here. I’ve even spoken with people who currently work their and they also dislike it. Just save yourself.

Amazing clinic with positive results!

Best therapy center! I toured eight different locations before choosing speech therapy for life. I was worried about making the wrong decision, as I know early intervention is key. Our son is two and attends for both ABA and Speech services. He has only been attending for three months. I couldn’t possibly put into words the positive changes we have seen in both behavior and speech in just that short amount of time. It’s a smaller facility with team members who care! From the front office staff to the therapists / BCBA team, they seem to really enjoy their jobs.That caring is reflected in the progress our son is making.

I brought my son here and it was really helping him.The people that work there are really great. The issue I had was with billing and the person in charge of billing. I have insurance and speech for life is in network for me. Come to find out, they were charging me and also charging my insurance which is not the correct process (especially with them being in my network).When I expressed my concern about the double charging Nina told me if I wasnt comfortable with paying out of pocket (while they were submitting claims to my insurance as well) then I can stop bringing my son to therapy. I was shocked and hurt at such a casual, dismissive response. It really made me feel that these 110$ per half hour sessions were not at all about the child. No attempt was even made to work with me whatsoever. I really couldnt believe what Nina was saying to me. Im actually still in shock over it.After I cancelled I heard nothing back no were sorry to see you go, no why did you leave, absolutely Nothing. I just want everyone to know my experience and i really believe it was wrong the way my son and I were treated and the less than scrupulous way Speech for Life does business. For those that taught my son, thank you! For billing, And especially Nina, you can do better.Update: they responded two years later and didnt address anything I said just made excuses LOL next time if its 2 years later dont bother.

Speech for life therapy has changed our daughter’s speech abilities without question. Highly recommend if you’re looking for speech therapy in Houston.
