Some of the therapists in this facility do not have the patience for children with special needs. Ms. Nina told me my child could not be handled and they did not want to continue services for her. i asked if maybe she could switch therapists and she said that they all felt the same. Then after many many times that they reschedule me. We missed 2 appointments and they decided to drop my daughter from services. if her schedule were more consistent then we would not be no shows.

I took my three year old daughter there and it was a wonderful experience! Everyone was so kind and her therapist made her feel very comfortable. She even had a great time!

Medcare Pediatric Nursing has been providing services for my daughter for many years. Having used many different nursing agencies for over 20 years, I am most impressed with the consistent care and compassion given by Medcare nurses and office personnel. I appreciate the personal care that they provide to my daughter and to my family. No nursing agency is perfect and there have been many challenges from insurance benefit changes to dealing with COVID 19. Medcare has done well, in my opinion, in dealing with these difficult issues.

Worst therapy for children with special needs!Most Staff do not empathize with the childs needs! Very inexperienced staff the staff is only there to collect a paycheck!!!
