Dont waste your time. They never call you back and they never give you the information you need. I spent a month trying to get my sons evaluated for speech, where I was constantly the one calling them to try to see the status of the evaluation. They were supposed to review my benefits FIRST then schedule the evaluation. Instead it was scheduled and the day of i was told I had to pay some outrageous amount. I canceled and will be going elsewhere. They are the worst at communication I have ever encountered. Really wonder how good their services actually are if they cant even return a phone call ever. Good riddance

I spoke with Christina who was so unprofessional and was apparently the manager. Blanca and lissette are however very sweet and professional.

Hi my name is Kenneth, I just want to leave a review on him great Ms. Dhyvia and Ms. Marissa was with my grandkids Jaden and Demetrius. They did very good with them. Ms. Dhyvia and Ms. Marissa were very patient. With the kids and listen to them. I highly recommend them when it comes to therapy for kids. We love Cole therapy and the staff. We have been the Cole Therphy for many years now and have four grandchildren who love to see there therapist. Plus when you listen to all the techniques on how to handle the kids it’s amazing because it teaches us to on how to deal with our grandkids. My son Demetrius couldn’t talk when he came. Now he talks a lot and we are so happy. I just want to thank everyone that has took the time out with our grandkids. We love miss Dhyvia for all the time and patients that she takes out with our grandkids. And we want to thank Ms. Marissa for helping too.

I have no idea why this clinic has the rating it does. Extremely unprofessional. The front office staff is rude and does not know how to effectively communicate. My issue time and time again is with Breanna. She never knows what’s going on and claimed she’d have the director call me over a week ago and every time I reach out the director “is not in office”. I’ve had a virtual zoom meeting for two weeks and not once have I received any link. I do not know where the issue is and why it’s so hard to communicate or properly set an appointment for a child who’s been waiting on her first speech therapy appointment for over a month!!! The therapist Ashley Schomaker seems to just let files sit and doesn’t even reach out to properly help her patients. And I don’t know how the clinic is being ran if the director is never there

Very unprofessional. My sons appointment was at 8 am, i received 3 phone calls confirming the appointment, i was informed to arrive at 7:45 in order to get all the paperwork going. After waiting in the lobby for over 30 minutes i finally went to the back saying Hallo a lady with a broken hand came out saying unfortunately the front desk has family emergency ive been out because of my hand injury, i have no idea whats going on but someone should be here shortly Ive asked if i can start the paperwork she said she wasnt sure what needs to be done.I believe they can do better on their customer service, i understand things happen, but please keep your patients informed and call if needed to reschedule as all of us have busy schedule as well.Also, office is very dirty and it smells awful, floors needs to be cleaned/bleached.

The front desk where you Sign in is very sweet people, especially Ms. Aracely.All the therapist Are very professional and very patient with all the children. They explain all the procedures that were done in the back with the kids. I just love the way they try to get the us involved with the activity they do with our grandkids. We take the same Activities they tell us about and apply these activities at home. It really works. I just want to express how great these people are with our grandkids. I thank God for Cole Pediatrics. When we came our grand baby couldn’t talk much. But now he make whole sentences and expressing himself. Cole pediatric have done a great job with our grand child.

Extremely bad service, I was lost and started calling the front desk for help and my call was never picked up. When I arrived the receptionist never called a supervisor or manager to come out and talk to me , to make it worse she kept saying that the therapist my son was supposed to see was busy doing paperwork for other patients which made me feel like my sons case was not important. If you can schedule a different location do it , the cypress location is horrible!

Good luck getting these people to call back. They are very much an unorganized facility. Staff coordinators need to get 👏🏽It 👏🏽Together👏🏽 Send your child some place else.

Horrible!!!

Had an evaluation then waited for months for a spot to opened. It never did. They collect the insurance money for the evaluation and dont have a spot to place a child. They have should told me this before I went through the steps of having my child evaluated. Very bad business!!!!!

My son was scheduled for an appointment and when I showed up they told me that they were still waiting on the insurance to respond. If you haven’t had a respond on the insurance why schedule an appointment !

Good therapists but the reception need to be cleaned ASAP . Horrible restroom odor.They make parents wait here... Terrible nasty place. Im looking for any other place for my child

We arrived on time waited an hour to be told that our autistic sons therapist had taken the wrong kid back and went over all the material that was planned for him with the wrong parent and child. Then they proceed to tell us we would have to see a one time therapist or reschedule our appt with no compensation for our wait time or gas spent. He was pulled out of school early for this appt. They were unorganized and unprofessional

My son started going to Cole Therapy for OT and ST in June 2015.Update: he was treated as though he was stupid for being non-verbal and after months on end, he had melt-downs every time we passed them or went, so we left in January 2017.

I recommend it, my son learned a lot in the last months, his therapists are very kind and very good with my son.

I mean that the therapist Dhyvia is very good, she explains the class well and I would recommend her. Adan and Angela had some therapy with Her.

I love very friendly staff. Very professional therapists. A very good place for children. They call you to confirm your appointments. The therapists explain very well the evolution of your child thanks to Cole teraphy. Thank you to the staff in front.
