Horrible absolutely horrible experience! My wife had an appointment and we called in to see if it is ok to come in late or not and the staff said “yes that would be alright. Upon arrival they said that the doctor refused to see us and we would have to set another appointment for 3 weeks out. What a great place that care about your family planning! All I was asking for was a solution so that my wife could do the procedure that she wanted TODAY and they told me that the only solution is 3 weeks out from now. Did not know that when an employee misinformed a patient, the patient has to take to consequences and take the loss for it.

Went here for the first time solely for a regular womens wellness exam. I was super excited to see black gyno, but unfortunately my experience was not a positive one. During any wellness exam, the gyno asks routine questions ie. whats your period like, do you cramp etc. Based on my answers to those questions, she decided to code the appointment as a diagnostic apt even though thats not what I went there for. Mind you, Ive had bad cramps in the past and had already done radiology to make sure nothing was wrong. Me answering those questions honestly was just so she had an understanding of my previous medical history not to receive a diagnosis from her. So because the apt was coded as such with zero verbal or written notice to me. I ended up receiving a bill outside of the well womens exam (something that that my insurance covers 100%).They charged me for a regular office visit on top of the exam causing me to come out of pocket. After calling for about a week and not receiving a call back, I was able to get thru to the billing dept ONLY after my insurance company called their office. After much back and forth they agreed to remove the charge but are refusing to re-submit the claim (ie. so that they can still get money from my insurance company). They are super unprofessional and in my opinion, exhibit shady and scam like behavior. Ive never had this experience at any other gyno before. This type of behavior makes any patient scared to tell their gyno anything and thats not the kind of relationship Id ever want to have with a doctor.

Horrible doctor! She quit on us in the middle of giving birth(I guess it was taking too long and she had somewhere to be) and transferred us to another doctor because we wanted a natural birth and refused her c-section. The other doctor delivered our amazing baby girl naturally. BEWARE. She specializes in c-sections and will not hesitate to go there. Its MUCH faster and its considered major surgery so doctors get paid a lot more for that. We decided to go to a midwife for our second baby.

My visit to this office was the absolute worst Doctors visit ever. First, when I called to make an appointment I requested a wellness exam. The person on the phone booked me for a well womans exam. When I arrived, I asked the front desk personal with a unprofessional nose ring, if she booked me for a well womans or wellness, and she confirmed wells womans with a dismissive attitude. I begin to explain to her my needs and she dismissed me in mid sentence and told me the nurse would explain everything to me. I then met the nurse who was extremely pleasant and professional I must say, and she explained everything to me. She told me Dr.Woolfolk was on a call, and she would confirm with her. When Dr. Woolfolks call ended, I overheard the doctor ask what was the paperwork I handed the nurse from my job in a nasty tone. She then told the nurse Well she needs to get a well womans and we can do the blood work then. The nurse explained to her I did not want to move forward with anything unless it was correct. The doctor responded Well she dont have a choice. After that I grabbed bag, and refused to be serviced by someone who was supposed to be professional and speaking loudly against a patients wish. She just lost a potential long term customer! I most certainly will not recommend this office of less than employees and so called DR.

Dr. Woolfolk has taken care of me since the early 80s. She has seen me through a lot over the years, and Ive always appreciated her support, encouragement, wise counsel and a pragmatic approach to health care. I dont know where I would be without her!

DON’T GO TO THIS PRACTICE...unless you are ready to wait over 90 mins. On 11/19/18 I had an 11 AM appointment and wasn’t called back until 12:43 PM. Front desk staff was dismissive and doc was quick to push birth control I didn’t want.

Dr. Woolfolk, herself is great. But the staff and billing process is awful. Receptionist is rude. I cant get anyone to call me back from the billing department on a bill I received two and a half months later. Its a shame because Dr. Woolfolk is great, but will never return because of her staff.

Horrible.. Always waited hours to see her. I wanted a natural birth was forced to have a csection. I would have been better off with the md at the hospital. She was just worried about getting paid herself. Having a baby shouldnt be a nightmare... However she made it one for me and ill never forget it. There are better mds for the job. Do ur research find someone who will allow u to have a natural birth. All she knows is how to induce and csection. A complete nightmare

Horrible! She removed my entire ovary with a C-section style cut, due to a cyst. According to her it was the size of a sausage. I should have stuck with my first doc, but I was desperate because of constant pain, and his appointments were months out for surgery. He said that could have been taken care of with laparoscopy, not a cut across my entire stomach!! Come to find out the pain wasnt even ovarian related, was an inguinal hernia...no one even checked for that!
