Horrible experience! Doctor had no sense of urgency or compassion to answering my questions on my newborns jaundice. Came in on Friday to do lab work, levels were high..then came in on Saturday just to do more lab work in less than 24 hours. Not only was this a waste of everyone’s time but sucks that they kept having to draw blood from a 4 day old infant! Now we will have to go to the Hospital most likely.
