This was my first time seeing Judy and she was wonderful. She had to squeeze me in between other appointments due to a scheduling error and still she was relaxed and unrushed, putting me at ease. She just made me feel comfortable and listened to. In my opinion, the woman knows her stuff and has the bedside manner of an angel. No complaints here!

Dr. Baker is the best! He takes time and patience with his patients to solve their medical issues.He sure helped me a lot on the very first visit five years ago. I always send him referrals based off my personal experience.

I was referred to Dr. Baker by a friend and was able to get in with Dr. White sooner for an annual check up. I left feeling like I found a Dr. who truly cared about my overall health. He was very knowledgeable, asked questions, and offered suggestions. Checking in was quick and easy. Very little wait time and efficient procedures for checking out. So happy I found Dr. White and his friendly staff!

Dr. Iris has an amazing bedside manner. Not only did she listen to my concerns, she empathized and explained everything clearly. Angela was the nurse for this visit and she, too, was warm, efficient, and knowledgeable. This was my first visit, but definitely not my last. Im not sure going to the ob/gyn can ever be described as pleasant, but this was as close as you can get!

Dr N is so soft spoken and kind. She’s very gentle and respectful. She gets excited to see her patients experienced relief and are able to be more in control of their bodies. I love going to her and will not be changing for a very long time. She is amazing and takes great care of her patients. The wait is short to see her. I’m not sitting in the waiting room OR the exam room for long at all. Her staff is kind and warm. The ladies at the front desk are always so happy. The whole experience can be scary but they all make it so calming and easy!

Dr. White is a very good and kind physician. He has been my doctor for over 20 years. I appreciate his knowledge and insight and that he takes time to answer questions and areas of concern.

I have been Dr. Whites patient for 21 years. I was under his care during my last pregnancy and he delivered my youngest son too. And preformed my bladder surgery. Ever since then I have been highly satisfied with his care. He is very knowledgeable, caring and professional. I just feel Im in good hands. His nurses always make me feel welcome. I’ve been a patient for 14 years, my mother has been a patient for close to 30 years, and my grandmother was also a patient… three generations have been seen at this practice by NP- Judy Greer and/or many doctors such as Dr. White. With that said, the office staff and whoever communicates on the portal under the name “Amanda Long,” treat patients that some practitioners/doctors have known and cared for longer than they’ve known staff for, as if we are trash. Whether it is our 1st or 99th appointment, the practitioner/doctor knows “your life story” or sees “New Patient” on their screen, (I would) at the very minimum expect, respect from the staff. I’ve worked in the mental health field for years, I know it can be hard to communicate with patients. But this office staff, specifically the scheduling department, the online portal staff, and majority of the billing department has consistently treated my mother and myself with no respect. The practitioners/doctors are phenomenal and the only reason I return; but the disrespect and “judgmental/subjective” statements from the scheduling department about my medication, when I’m available to make appointments, my time in contacting the practice, and several other issues- when staff members do not have any certifications/degrees/license(s) to practice in this field, is unethical and unprofessional.

Judy is literally the best. In the past I would always experience pain during my check ups, but with Judy not once did I feel pain with any procedure. I am so grateful to be her patient!

My appointment with Dr Trochez was wonderful!! she gave me all the time needed for all the questions i had, she made me feel so comfortable, not at all like other doctors that just want to get you out the door asap and the rest of the staff was super nice and helpful as well. A veteran nurse of over 30 years recommended Dr. Christopher McGuirk to me, saying that he was the best OBGYN in town, both in an office setting and in the operating room. So, I took her advice.Plainly spoken, McGuirk *IS* the best. He is the epitome of what every health care provider (and, particularly, a doctor specializing in a difficult area of medicine) should be: dedicated to sincerely understanding and addressing patients needs; personable and welcoming of questions; knowledgeable in the most recent medical information; comprehensive in his considerations and recommendations; and aware of the sanctity of his professional expertise. I would recommend him, and only him, to every woman on the planet.

Was recommended there. Been going there now for about 5 years. Nice clean place. Friendly and helpful staff. I would definitely recommend Dr. Mcguirk. He explains everything to the point and dont rush you to get out of office. Always nice and kind.

This was my 2nd time there and the first doctor I had seen is no longer there. Upon checking in, they informed me that my daughter, who also had an appointment, had a balance due to an insurance mix up and would not be seen until it was paid. My daughter is 18 and has never had to deal with this before, so I asked if I could go with her to speak to billing and wed get it taken care of. Well, billing did the best they could, but I had to call our insurance company and iron things out. Next thing I know, the nurse comes in and says I had to reschedule since the doctor was very busy that day. I had already taken off work, and now Ill have to do it again. I was livid. They were more worried about getting paid than our health. Ill be going to another physician who would have let us been seen and then worked out the billing.

I’ve never reviewed a doctor’s office before but this is needed. The first time I didn’t have a good experience with Trochez. I decided to give another try since it’s so close to my home. Second time she goes to deliver a baby in the middle of appointment and that I would have to wait an hour. And there is no one else that can see me for a quick exam. I had a lot of questions and concerns. They didn’t seem to care. Also they apparently aren’t “trained” to check records of when patients are due for their annual exam therefore they tell me the appointment won’t be covered by my insurance when I’m already there. What an absolute waste of my time!!!

If you want to be billed incorrectly, then this is the place for you. However, if you’d like to be seen by people who bill you appropriately then I’d suggest finding a new facility. So sad that Dr. Edwards retired, but wish her the best. I will be finding a new provider at a new facility.

I have been a patient of Northwest Womens Center since 2011 and Dr Baker has always been my OBGYN. He delivered my son in 2014 and still takes care of me to this day. Dr Baker started me on BioTE pellets a few years ago to help me with my menopausal symptoms and its done wonders. Dr Baker, the other Drs there and the ENTIRE staff are professional, friendly, compassionate, and efficient. You never feel as if youre just another patient. They take their time with each patient and make sure that all of your questions are addressed and explained in a way that you understand. I highly recommend this practice.

Dr. McGuirk is the most caring compassionate doctor I have ever had the pleasure of seeing. Absolutely love him and his staff. I always leave there feeling reassured and in good hands, even on days I don’t receive great news. Prompt, friendly, quality service from the time I arrive until the time I leave! I have never had a bad experience since I have been coming here. Dr.Chantal is so awesome! She listens to you, gives you the absolute best advice for you! She really gets to know her patients, she ask questions to better understand your concern she needs, she is always hands on with her patients as well even if you send a message to her. Now my daughter is even going to her and my cousin. She’s awesome!!!

I would give zero stars if I could. I scheduled an appointment two weeks in advance and gave all my accurate insurance information. I had to make arrangements for my child and my employment in order to attend this appointment. Much to my dismay, after waiting to see the doctor I was told that my insurance was not able to be verified. During this conversation, I was called back to see the doctor and the front desk staff loudly announced You must not have gotten the message. I called my insurance and guess what MAGICALLY I have benefits and the rep told me that NO ONE has called to verify my insurance. So, not only did no one call to verify my insurance in the two weeks I waited for the appointment. But, no one checked today either. As a healthcare professional, I would never treat someone like that. At the very least I should have been contacted prior to the appointment so I could have assisted them with getting any additional information that they may have needed to verify my insurance. So, Im not sure why I was treated so POORLY. It was a truly embarrassing experience for me. If you are not an established patient, I would not suggest becoming a new patient. Please find a womens clinic that will treat you with dignity and respect. I, however, did NOT experience that today.

I am happy with the services and friendly smiles every time I visit. I feel welcomed. Plus, I am being helped with a treatment plan that will help with my menopause issues and other symptoms. And now I am able to sleep better and feel amazing, which just makes me happy. I highly recommend this location.

Dr. N was very professional and sweet!This my first pregnancy and she walked me through every step and made me feel very comfortable. She doesnt rush, and was very kindly sensitive to personal questions I had regarding everything. She deserves 5 stars, on the other hand the front staff really needs a some work, the morning staff have the most entitled worst attuite. I was very nervous to start over with a new doc after the beloved Joseph Castillo retired. However, I am so happy I took a chance on Dr. N! She has the BEST bedside manners, is super sweet and is easy to talk to! I am SO happy that I found her and for my decision to take a chance on a doctor I didn’t know much about!

I highly recommend Northwest Women’s Center. I have been a patient there for almost 15 years and even though I have had a few different doctors, their bedside manner has always been exceptional. I mostly see the Physician’s Assistant and that’s by choice. Judye Greer is exceptional and has been the one constant to my gynecological and hormonal care. The staff is professional and the wait times are always within a reasonable amount. I have always felt like my providers listen to my health concerns and work with me to solve my concerns and/or ease my symptoms. I give this facility, the doctors, the staff and my care a 10 out of 10!

Dr. Nwogwugwu is the BEST DOCTOR I have ever met. She will NOT RUSH you, but will walk you through each step, will satisfy you in every best manner, and will respond personally to your concerns. She has helped me in my downtimes and I will never forget her kindness. I could not believe when I saw the USA still have good doctors since I have lost hopes in how doctors treat you like an experimental robot and will not even talk or guide you through. But she is the best so far. Keep up the good work DOC, we need more like you.

I went to see Judith Greer. During my appointment her and the staff were very professional and she listened to my concerns. However, It took over two weeks for me to receive a response back from the nursing staff about my lab/blood results when I had persistently called. Once a nurse finally called me back they stated everything was normal. It wasn’t until I raised question about my abnormal lab values that I finally received an appropriate response.During my visit the provider told me that if any lab values were abnormal I would receive a call and if they were normal i would just get a note in my patient portal. It’s very disappointing that I never received a call and I did not obtain the providers comments until I persistently asked for them; which stated that they recommended I see a specialist.The nurse did respond and let me know that the provider forgot to post them to my portal. It’s just very frustrating when you see a specialist and they never follow up with you when you actually have abnormalities with the lab values, especially when they state you need to see another specialist.

I just love Judy Greer!! She is so sweet, kind and patient and just down to earth; she makes you feel so relaxed and comfortable and listens to your needs! .. i’ve been seeing her for years. She’s an excellent nurse practitioner!

Dr.McGurik is the absolute best. He will sit with you until your questions are fully answered. I have sometimes spent more than an hour with him chatting about concerns. I have never left his office with uncertainty. He will make you feel confident, comfortable, and safe with decisions/procedures/deliveries. I have also seen Chantel, and had a fantastic experience with her as well. She is kind and thorough with her explanations, and I really appreciate how genuine she is. Overall, I would recommend this office 1,000 times over.

I visited Dr N as a new patient when my previous doctor failed to return my calls requesting test results. Dr N showed compassion and listened to me while I explained my medical history. She spent time asking questions until she understood my history and my current concerns. Dr N put me immediately at ease when we were discussing my treatment plans, especially when she told me that I needed additional tests. I’m so glad that I found Dr N to take care of my OB/GYN needs.

I have been a patient of Dr. McGuirks for over 16 years. He has delivered both of my children, and both were wonderful experiences for me. He has now been helping me with my hormones for the last 3 years, and I couldnt be happier. First off, the front office staff and his medical assistants have always been so pleasant and willing to answer questions and listen to you. Dr. McGuirk, will not make you feel like just a number to the practice. He is a truly, genuine Dr. who cares about his patients, and you can tell when youre talking with him. I have never felt rushed, never left with unanswered questions and he will spend as much time with you as needed. He also has a great sense of humor, which makes uncomfortable visits a little less uncomfortable. Its hard to find Dr.s like him.

Miss Chantal is fabulous, and the main reason that I go here. The entire facility and staff are lovely in every way, but I will reschedule my life to get an appointment with Miss Chantal.

I had an appointment with Dr. Baker, just before my appointment, he was called to deliver a baby. The reception desk informed us of the situation, I decided to go to lunch & come back later. The receptionist called me when Dr. Baker was back in the office. The timing was perfect, I had just finished lunch and returned to the office and had my visit with the doctor. I was very impressed with the way Dr. Bakers office dealt with the situation by keeping us informed and notifying us. When I saw the doctor, he took his time with me & I didnt feel rushed although I know he was running behind due to the delivery. I would highly recommend Dr. Baker.

This is one of the best facilities I have ever been to. The staff are very friendly. Doctor Mcguirk is fantastic and has great bed side manners. He answers any questions or concerns and makes sure you understand thoroughly. Doc. Mcguirk carried out my surgery when I was having complications with my pregnancy and everything went well. He was truly caring and honest through out that process. It was comforting knowing that he was my doctor. Nurse practitioner Ashley is also great. She was helpful and sweet. Again the staff are amazing from the front desk to every department. I have been going for almost 2 years now.

I had my 4 year old with a different OB due to insurance and McGuirk has been highly recommended before I had him but couldn’t go.Now I have different insurance and am pregnant with twins. He really put things in terms you can understand and has the right amount of joking sarcasm that my husband and I really appreciate. He also will take the time to answer all your questions. I couldn’t think of a better OB fit for our growing family!
