I got pregnant (unexpectedly) (12 years later!!!!) and needed to find a good Ob doctor. I took my time to search a doctor and I’m super glad I found Dr. Ahmed! He was down to earth and made me feel so comfortable. He took his time to talk to me and really showed that he cared for my needs. Also, his staff were amazing as well! I highly recommend Dr. Ahmed! I know I made the right choice 🙏🏽

I transferred from another named Dr.Fulton although she was recommended it was not at all what I expected as a working to be mother I had a set schedule at work and I had only these few months to work and save for my maternity leave as we all mom want to buy things for our newborns and she was unwilling to work with me I felt under pressure. With Mr.Hanny everything just run smoothly and he is always ensuring my baby is okay he also provided more information than the other doctor ever would she let me go at 6 months according to her letter for rescheduling 2appointments but I called ahead .the point is that he great very professional and I love my experience thus far ! My husbands is alado allowed in for ultrasound which is another plus 😌

My doctor over 30 years retired so I was concerned about finding another excellent doctor and staff. I found it in Dr. Ahmed and his staff. I’m so grateful that Dr. Ahmed is such a wonderful OBGYN. He is THE reason my second delivery went smooth and without incident. My first baby was preterm so my subsequent pregnancies are all considered high risk. Dr. Ahmed was very knowledgeable and experienced. He guided us to a healthy full term delivery. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

AN EXPERIENCE THAT LED TO MY DAUGHTER BEING ADMITTED TO THE HOSPITAL. She went to the hospital and they found a big blood clot in her left lung underneath her heart. A pulmonary embolus. She is 19 years old. She is so young and so not fair for her to experience that because of a doctor’s fault. Dr Hany Ahmed gave her birth control pills without asking to do some blood work even though he knew that I have a blood clot and that it runs in the family and that her dad has hypertension and high cholesterol and cancer that runs in the family as well. And on top of that he took over $700 from us.

I m very satisfied with Dr Ahmed , He took time to explain my surgery, and I also was very satisfied with student NP.

Dr. Ahmed and his nurse practitioner were very friendly, informative and helpful! The rest of the staff was very helpful and nice as well. Definitely better than I expected for my very first OBGYN visit

Dr Ahmed is the best!!! He had been very attentive throughout both of my pregnancies. I have high risk pregnancies and need extra attention. I feel blessed for finding such a great doctor, thanks to Dr Ahmed 🙏 I have 2 beautiful full term babies 👶.

They won’t allow you to take pictures or videos of the ultrasound. Stupidest & most pointless rule to have. Why would you want to take that away from people? Especially first time parents. Very cruel in my opinion

Im 33 weeks pregnant and coming from out of state. I have a high risk pregnancy which requires me to be seen once a week. Due to the fact that ive been in the process of moving, i havent been seen in 3 weeks. So it is imperative that i see a doctor asap; however, I was very disappointed when the front desk lady tried to scam me and bill me for copay as a “specialist office visit” rather than “pre-natal care” resulting in my copay being $40 rather than the $0 it shouldve been. Her explanation was “ hEs An ObGyN sPeCiAlIsT”.I bet the doctor was a good doctor, but if its about being money hungry, ill pass.

I came in very frustrated with my Nexoplanon and Dr.Ahmed was very understanding with great bed side manner. He listened to what I wanted done and had me on my way in no time. Would definitely recommend.

- LONG BUT THOUROUGH REVIEW! - posted 4/12/2021So I had concerns about this office before I actually had an appt with them purely because of the front office and how they handle the phone calls and patients. I decided to go anyway because Doctor Ahmed had great reviews. This review does not necessarily reflect the doctor, but then again it partially does.Doctor Amhed was great! Awesome bedside manner, charming personality and a great sense of humor. The only complaint if any, was that he did not go over any information with me as I am a first time mom. It was just in and out.... ultrasound, pelvic check, he asked if we were keeping the baby and if we had any questions.The problem lies here. The front office staff. Honestly as someone who does what they do for a living its really beyond upsetting to deal with poor customer service. This is also where I say the review partially reflects the doctor. Your front office staff are the first communication with your patients & you should be actively reviewing how they speak & treat your patients. Answering the phone and immediately placing someone on hold is unacceptable and rude. Leaving your patients on hold and not checking back in after about 2 min is also poor practice. Ive been left on hold for upwards of 10 minutes for simple questions. And the cherry on the cake is the ATTITUDE of the front office when you have questions or requests.I made the decision to change practices because the office is a bit too far. (40+ min drive) I wasnt thinking about the possibility of something happening and how far my doctor is from me in relation to that. I called on Monday 4/5/2021 to ask if my ultrasound and labs could be faxed to my new office. I emailed them the required forms on the morning of 4/6/21 and gave them 3 DAYS to do so before I checked back in. I know perfectly well it does not take 3 days to fax anything. I had only been in for one appointment so its not like I had a long history. I called again on Friday 4/9/2021 and was told my form was received but that it hadnt been done yet, it was being worked on. I said okay and left it at that. I called again that afternoon & asked to speak to whoever is handling records. I was left on hold in excess of 10min, hung up and called back and spoke with Tanya. Tanya was EXTREMELY rude, cut me off repeatedly and was very short. She told me and I quote I just barely got it today. With all due respect, that is not my problem. Thats an issue you all have with communication. 3 days is plenty of time and that is no excuse.Today is 4/12/2021, the following Monday & my new office still had not received the fax supposedly sent on Friday 4/9. Needless to say if I have to go in person to get my records I will be LIVID.Again, as someone who works with doctors and does this exact thing for a living, this is downright ridiculous. Doctor Ahmed and whoever his office manager is really need to consider retraining the front or hiring new people. If you dont like to deal with people you dont need to work in customer service.I also had problems with receiving a call back from the nurse. I know they normally call back at the end of their shift, but TWICE on separate occasions I called and left a message and had to call again because no one called back. How can you let a pregnant woman who calls with a question, especially bleeding, go over the weekend and not call back?! Ill also mention that the nurse almost called in an RX that I cannot take bring pregnant. Had I not mentioned to her that I didnt think I could take that, Im 95% sure that she would have called it Im anyway SMH. I know how offices work. Its busy, the doc relies on the nurse for patient info when they bring them a question, although a good doc will sit down and review the records themselves. If the nurse did not properly review the records & just decides to call in the medication most commonly prescribed for that issue, thats a MAJOR problem!I know not everyone will share this same experience, but this is mine.

Dr. Ahmed was more than amazing with us, I dont know where to start by saying thank you. When I got pregnant I was looking for a doctor so my friend did recommend Dr. Ahmed. Dr. Ahmed does spend time with his patient and pay attention to all what you want, he answers all your questions. The waiting time is less than 15 minutes the staff are so friendly and helpful. When I was ready to have my baby the doctor came as fast as he could, he didnt leave me waiting as most doctors do. I was soooo lucky to have him as my doctor, for sure I will choose him when I have my second baby. I strongly recommend him to everyone who wants a happy and smooth pregnancy and delivery. If I could leave negative stars, I would. The scheduling ladies are absolutely terrible. They will schedule you and when you show up, the doctor isn’t even in the office. They tried to tell me I never see the doctor I’ve been seeing exclusively this whole time. If you can actually get one of the doctors to see you, they are OKAY at best. I don’t get routine urine tests or ultrasounds, I was told the ultrasound tech THINKS the baby looks like a boy, and when explaining painful issues the doctor talks over me and never gets back to said issues. But good luck even getting the doctor to show up. This will be the second time I’ve had to leave a scheduled appointment due to the fact they left me in a room and forgot about me. If you have children or plans for the day, this is not the clinic for you.

Dr. Amhed is a horrible doctor I had a csection and he acted as if I couldnt hear what he was saying about me from his actions he seemed not to want to do the csection. Once he got my baby out he left immediately and had a nurse and a another doctor close the incision. After 20 minutes they told me my baby was in ICU cause she wasnt breathing. She had a collapsed lung. I was very heartbroken he did not care about me or my baby she could have died. I do not recommend this doctor to any women in the world!

I called today to get my appointment confirmed, and I was told that Zocdoc doesn’t block off dates, which is a LIE! I’ve scheduled through Zocdoc numerous of times with no problem. The lady that answered the phone said they didn’t have anything available today at 2:30 today is 12/22/20. She said she doesn’t have anything open until the 29th. So I got off the phone. I see my appointment was confirmed at 11:58 am, I called around 11 ish. I didn’t get that email until later on today, so I missed it. I can’t say much about the doctor, since I’ve never seen him. I will NOT try to schedule again.

Dr. Ahmed is wonderful !! He’s been my ob/gyn for over 7 years . I was scared because I hadn’t been in a few years. He was so gentle and calmed me down . I have a phobia of needles .... so I have an anxiety attack sometimes . Dr. Ahmed talks you through it . Even his staff is super !! His nurse even held my hand. I was a little shaky and she got me some cold water. Everyone at this office works great together !! It’s nice to have a doctor and staff that really care about their patients .THANK YOU DR AHMED !
