The ladies were nice and sweet. They carefully explained everything and made me feel comfortable. Answered all the questions, and also gave considerate advise.

I WISH I CLULD GIVE 0 STARS TO ARIEL!!!I’ve been trying to get an appointment since March and every time I go up there and wait 20 minutes only for them to tell me they aren’t excepting new patients. Today I had an appointment scheduled for 2:30 I called at 11:15 to confirm the appointment before I waste my time again. At first they can’t find my appointment so I’m starting to get frustrated and as I’m talking to ARIEL she proceeds to tell me that I need to drop the attitude and puts me on hold as I’m still trying to answer the question she had asked. They hang up on me and when I call back I’m still not treated with respect and I can hear ARIEL in the back saying that I’m in the wrong and she doesn’t feel like dealing with people like me..are you serious I’ve made 6 appointments with you and every single one has been a waste of my time because y’all didn’t even think to call me and tell me y’all aren’t seeing new patients. I have never been to such a place that shows so much disrespect it’s disgusting.

Dr. Gita is Amazing! With every appointment. She always greets me with a smile. Shes thoughtful, warm, kind and very knowledgeable of the female body. I actually look forward to seeing her smiling face every visit. She also has a wonderful staff that I have never had an issue with as long as Ive been his patient. Thank you all for the awesome experience

Both times I have been here have been a great experience. Dr. Ikeda was awesome and the second doctor I had today was great, too! They were both knowledgeable, answered questions and actually LISTENED to concerns and didnt give me a hard time about checking things out or running tests. The Nurse practitioner Ive had both times is such a sweetheart. When it comes to Womens heath, you want a provider who takes you seriously. I needed to be referred out for a breast tissue abnormality and Dr. Marcos staff provided a referral and had the clinic call ME to schedule an appointment. Not having to do the footwork ensured that I would get in quickly. Such a relief to find a good provider!

Been going to the clinic in little York for the past 3 years , Dr Marcus helped me give birth for 2 of my kids , and all his staff are very nice and professional! Never had a problem with anyone in this clinic . Love it!

This office is fantansic. I had awesome experience at this place. Hands down if I were to have another child I would go back again. Dr. Meshri was an extraordinary doctor. I would highly recommend this place. Dr. Meshri could tell I was nervous and she would just talk to me during my c-section. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you guys for an awesome experience.

The Doctors are nice and everything but some of the staff are rude not all some are really helpful and nice with the exception of the African American Lady that’s always in the front desk she think she’s better then you when she’s just projecting how insecure she’s of herself she’s useless when you try to ask a questions and never gives you enough information (if you read this get another job because this one doesn’t suit you. You have no compassion for others and you aren’t friendly at all. You act like you aren’t getting paid to do your job, last time I went you couldn’t even provide me with the correct information that I needed) They need to put someone better and more profesional on the front someone that has good values, respect to others specially, someone that won’t be sarcastic and someone that will treat patients with care.

I bring my wife to the clinic off 45. Theres helpful staff, clean place and organized very friendly and professional they make us feel so comfortable and welcomed during every visit. The short girl with the blonde hair that comes in with the doctor is very nice and answers any additional questions that we have. I highly recommend this clinic.

Dr. Ezedinma was amazing. She delivered my daughter and was patient with me my entire pregnancy allowing me to be the miserable pregnant lady I was. Never had an issue getting prescriptions when/if I needed. Wasn’t forced to do anything that wasn’t necessary for my pregnancy and over all was pleased that towards the end she did what she could to make sure she was on call to deliver my daughter. Any clinic or doctors office is going to have awful wait times and dealing with insurance can be a nightmare but none of that reflected the treatment or bedside manner I received while being in their care. Even after delivery Dr. Ikeda came to visit me and made sure I was pleased with everything I will for ever use Dr E. For pregnancy related manners.

Dr. Ikeda has been my doctor for a few years now. Hes an awesome doctor and his staff has always been nice and attentive whenever I had any questions or concerns.

The doctor & the staff seem like they know what they’re doing. I just moved to this area and I’m glad I chose this place. Great work!

This place is a joke. Got at the clinic on time but waited almost 2 hours until the doc was able to see me. Wish that was the only issue, for months Ive been trying with the billing department to make corrections with the lab and add the correct billing code for my appt, no success, waited for such a long time and nothing happened, even after calling several time. Now my name was sent to collections because of they damn freaking mistake. Dont go there. Will save you a headache. 😡😡😡

DO NOT GO HERE!!! DO NOT RISK YOUR HEALTH, LIFE, FINANCES OR SANITY! They crowd their waiting room and make patients wait for 30 min to an hour, then ask for money and make you wait again. The billing is still wrong because you will receive a second bill later. The doctor is friendly when he finally sees you because he is incompetent and does not do thorough work. He knew that I had fluid leaking, ran a test, never gave me the results. Later I ended up at hospital in a very traumatic situation. A tragedy that my family lives with daily. His nurse never gave him the message according to later records received and she was the one that told me just go to hospital bc doctor had no time to see me nor give advice. I want to save anyone I can from dealing with this provider and risking their life.

Iv been going to this clinic for awhile now and I’m currently 32 WEEKS PREGNANT . I went in for symptoms of a yeast infection and got call and was told I have Chlamydia after being with the same partner for a year exclusively! WE BOTH DIDNT CHEAT !! so my husband goes to get tested and his results are NEGITIVE !!! Meaning MINE WERE FALSE !! 1) how do results get confused or are false 2) when I kept telling them I know they are false they said ‘well maybe it’s just you than ‘ 😭😂 what ...??? If I been having sex with the same guy for a year how are you gonna tell me I have something and he dosent ?! Obviously it’s their labs mess up ! I’m still in shock .. Willowbrook location is a lot more professional!!

Dr.Meshri is phenomenal! She listens to your concerns and throughly explain anything that she finds that could possibly be or go wrong. She’s very down to earth and playful. She also takes the fear away and reassure you that it’s going to be ok. The staff is very polite and informative of the details of your next appointments. I highly recommend this office!

I have a been patient here for a while now and I have never had a bad visit ever. Dr Gita Meshri is the greatest she’s patient, she listen, and she do all that she can to much sure her patients are ok before she exit the room. This is in between her deliveries as well. Not all doctors can deliver excellence like she does.

They was not accurate about my due date when I went to get my 4D ultra sound they talking about my baby is gonna come May 18th instead of June 1st and May 18th is tomorrow and nothing aint happening so plus the thing I dont like is seeing different doctors and the some of the staff is not friendly or energetic.. It dont make you feel comfortable or at home.

The staff made our first OB visit seem so unpleasant and so “ordinary”. No smiles, no good mornings, and it seemed like none of them wanted to be there. The doctor was sweeter than the rest of the office, it’s just too bad I would not visit here again to actually give her a shot.

I am not the person that writes reviews but I felt this was needed. -Unprofessional - I made an appointment and they called back to reschedule it for the following week. The day of my second appointment at 4:30, I called to let them know I was about 5 minutes late and was told the doctor had left for a delivery. No one in the office called to inform me that the appointment had to be cancelled and rescheduled. I felt that they were inconsiderate with my time.

I used Zoc Doc to schedule this appointment because the Doctor I planned to see had rave reviews. I should’ve known from the start that it wouldn’t be a quality doctors office based on the fact that I was able to get a same day appointment with all 3 doctors that serve in both the Little York and Willowbrook locations.When I arrived I had a little trouble finding it because the name that’s on the outside is not the same name used on Zoc Doc or on their website when you google the doctors. *shady* the name on the building is Bellissima....OBGYN / Cosmetic Surgery / Med Spa.....uhhh, how are you an OBGYN and a cosmetic surgeon. It smells like terrible, low grade hospital and the waiting room is not very inviting. I’ve felt more comfortable and welcomed st the DPS office. The receptionist did not say hello when I walked up, she just “sign in if you have an appointment”, then looked confused when I asked for a pen to do so.To top it all off, once I signed in, they told me that they don’t accept my insurance, which would be fine if they hadn’t had my insurance listed as acceptable insurance on their website and on Zoc Doc.Needless to say, I wouldn’t refer this place to anyone. I’ll be finding somewhere in a better area with qualified office staff and doctors who don’t specialize in three different forms of medical practice.

Waited an hour to go into a room, another hour goes by and still haven’t been seen by a doctor. I ask the staff what’s going on and all they could say is the doctor is in a room and basically can’t help me. Never waited this long nor experienced such an apathetic staff.

There are 3 people picking calls but It look like they hate their jobs, keep rushing me and hanging on me. It took 2 weeks for them to get my records even tho my previous doctor (different city) was ready just waiting on them.They know Im 30 weeks pregnant but still dont care, keep saying they will call me to giveme an appointment but never do... I have to be calling them and they keep hangingYou will never see the doctor, only the nurses but every single papper theyll give you will said from Dr IkedaThey giveme a regular plastic cup for a urine sample... I mean.... If your clinic is so well know have so many specialists and even make plastic surgeries then why I cant even have an ultrasound until 2 more months? You know im 30 weeks and in 2 months I will deliver my baby not knowing if something its wrong whit him because you keep saying you put me down on the list but whenever I call to double check you said im not in the list... And yes the list is just a peace of papper full of nameThanks for always giveme an attitude, thanks for always hang up on me, thanks for rush me and make me feel discriminated and thanks for not taking proper care of my baby

Girl if you reading this that means you see all the other bad reviews. And not being a snobby patient but the staff in this clinic really so make it a horrible experience. When I arrived to the clinic for my appt no one said good morning no one was polite even at check out the receptionist looked confused. She handed me papers and was like sign um hello explain to the patient wat I’m about to sign! Doctor that I seen was nice and answered all my questions but the staff did not call back with test results, I was waiting for a call back for an IUD. Never got it. Eventually I called twice to see wassup and they kept telling me they will call me. To this day no call. No one wrote down that I called or that someone spoke to me had two different calls saying the same message. Oh let me tell u when I had to pee in a cup it wasn’t even closed or anything it was literally a white cup no lid no nothing !!

I believe other people confuse the Bellissima clinics because I had another appointment today at the clinic located at little York and needless to say, I felt welcome. The staff is friendly and helpful like always . I recommend this place to any woman who wants good treatment

Went to see this female doctor over a year ago for 17 weeks, she had my due date saying that I was 15 weeks. She didnt try to look for the babies sex, nor if it had downs. Her words everytime it was time to look at the baby Im not even going to try. My husband thought I was making it up until he came, she walked through the door with another woman and didnt say hi didnt introduce herself and once again when it was time to look at the baby Im not even going to try. She even ordered a 300 dollar genetics test which she said was covered by my insurance they almost ran my blood and I found out by a email it wasnt covered. When my husband and I got to the car after the appointment he said he thought I was overreacting until he seen it for himself and made me change doctors. I switched insurance and doctors and I told the lady at this place the doctor needs to change my due date because from my last period she was wrong she said she did the measurements and that shes not changing them because theyre right. Guess what, they were wrong. I went with a doctor in the Woodlands they measured the baby and did my due date by my last period and found that I was 17 weeks not 15. The lady at the new doctor found out the sex of the baby through a ultrasound I finally found out that my baby was healthy, measured the baby with the correct measurements. The woman at this place would had cut my baby out 2 weeks early thats very unsafe.i just remembered when she was doing a vaginal ultrasound she made me bleed a little I was in pain for a couple of days.

Love love love this clinic .. the staff is great and Dr Ikeda is as awesome as they come .... I would highly recommend to anyone for any cosmetics needs ... I have used his services three times for Botox and couldn’t be more happier with the results !!!! You rock and thank you Bellissima Spa!

I would never refer anyone to them EVER they are very unprofessional , you see a different person everytime you go the Obgyn is NEVER there... they have 4 different people checking your cervix ... they front staff is very unprofessional VERY and it’s not clean at all .... my Obgyn I had asked me everytime I go how many weeks I was as if she didn’t remember and they never got my due date right ...

Today’s was my first appointment and I didn’t like at all..! They didn’t gave me my first ultrasound...They told me that the Dr. didn’t take the picture... whattttt????!!!! Really???? It’s not for free to told me that. And it was like an a rush...Actually I’m not happy with my fist appointment here!!!!

There are many reasons why I disliked this clinic so much. First of all I dont really have an opinion on Dr. Ikeda, simply because I was seen by him personally only once because he was never there. They rescheduled my appointments almost every time. One time I showed up just to be sent back and the other time I was 5 mins away when they were calling to tell me it had to be rescheduled. I called a couple of weeks ago to see if I could be seen before my appoinment because I was not feeling well and was told very rudely that it wasnt possible and to just keep my actual appointment. On top of that when I went in for my last check up they refused to see me. According to them, because I had requested my records to be faxed over to a new dr. Which I did, and by the way took them almost 2 weeks to do so. Most doctors require to see prenatal records BEFORE taking you as a new patient, but Im sure they already knew that and just wanted to get back at me for constantly calling them to fax my records until I finally found a new dr. I feel so relieved I never have to go back there.

Worst experience I have every been thru, especially with having my first child. It is very cheap and run down. They schedule any and everybody at the same time so the doctors will rush when they see you. I will never recommend this place.

Horrible Clinic....I soon I walk in kids were everywhere running and playing. Two ladies on the lobby they were talking ugly to the kids with innapropiate words. Dirty floor and restrooms. I went to the ladies room and on the sink it was a coffee cup with urine and name of the patient. Very unsanitary and unprofessional. The restroom it was so dirty with pubic hair around the toilet seat. Dont ever go back.

Horrible, horrible place! Do NOT go here. Too many places in Houston that will take you on time when you schedule your appointment. Staff is inconsiderate of patients time and seems to think Sorry is all they have to say to cover a 45-min wait and an extra drive back up to see a dr. I would rate half a star, if I could.
