I love NurseDash! Great rates and easy to use!

This is soo frustrating. You sign up for work and don’t get paid. My husband is waiting on 2 days they didn’t pay him from a previous pay period. How sad you show up and do a hard job and not to get paid. They don’t even keep track of your hours properly. My husband messages and calls them with no response back. They always say to message them but that’s useless. It’s better to go through an actual company where you know you will get paid. Stay away from nurse dash

Horrible agency. I picked up a few shifts with them. I never got paid. Called multiple time cant never get ahold of anyone. This isnt fair. I DO NOT WORK FOR FREE! NURSE DASH GET YOUR MESS TOGETHER SMH!UPDATE: THANKS for the reply. But you guys never called let alone text me to resolve the issue. Im awaiting on the SMS text that im supposed to be replying to.

Hello Nurse Dash Team(Contractors)! Id first like to begin by saying,I have a wonderful experiences with the agency, I admit there has been various hardships, emergencies, deaths due to COVID19/pandemic and life challenges, But we know many of us have our own stories/testimonies and not to mention all of last year challenges!No one truly knows the level of impact or how it affected so many people, especially the (Essential)front line workers! But thru it all, we Survived it, by The Grace of Almighty GOD! Through the Grace we were able to withstand the storms as we tackled the assignments through#Nurse Dash and because of you who are faithful professionals, they have grown in the health care world, by the hands of those who serve!I say all to say this....Is it some of? a few? A certain or select crew they ,may cater to....because of their title, race, particular licenses or is it down right discrimination? This is a strong word and I pray this isnt the case!However, some of the biasness exposes the root of the fruit among the profession world.......It has been many reasons why I ask the question....last few months and I must!After the Storm, i applied for a shift during the evacuation away from my family...! 02/20/21, i believe to be on the Sabbath...(Saturday). I had issues with their app as usual, so i asked nursedash to send a check in link, they did as they do faithfully. I checked in, I worked!, I was relieved late, I checked out, Shift was confirmed for $182 dollars, I got ill while there, so I cancelled another shift, with explanation noted in withdrawal comment area. I contacted nurse dash and informed them.I worked 12 long hours! They send Gigwage notification for $76....I notified them on a Thursday after seeing my completed shift pay. I emailed, Texted and called numerous of times as well as left messages with the Corporate office and other employees for the agency. No one contacted me, even after the email they sent saying the shift would not be paid. No other explanation, at ALL! 03/08/21 I applied for a CMA shift at Auberge at Cypresswood, showed up and nurse said i wasnt needed, no cancellation even after speaking with the RN who confirmed they only needed a CNA. I didnt receive the(4) hr Pay, nor any compensation for my time or gas, while Many other nursedash contractors dont call or show up at some of the very facilities I work for faithfully as needed, but im the one treated unfair! 03/11/21, I worked at a facility (10p-6a) in MC, yet asked to cover AL because Nursedash CMA never showed up! The same shift was posted (11:15pm-6am.) I worked and administered all5-6Am-meds and Patient care for both units! I can go on with this abuse. But I will save my experience for my health care Blog God is leading me to do. These Businesses must be exposed and brought to accountability.Who will speak for the weak. There are Many horror stories during COVID as well. This is only a few issues within a months time. I Will Speak!I believe their is Financial fraud going on among us, if NOT then where are the bonuses go? Kare gives me(5*s) & so does every facility i work at thru Kare, but what is Nursedash doing with the pay that has not been paid out or resolved? I NEED TO SPEAK WITH the One IN Charge ASAP.The Bible says your business will be Deceptive when employees are treated Unfair Im Praying for FairNess !Im Bridget, Please Stand for those who dont have a Voice and Change the Culture of the Bad Agency world! Seemed like it was gonna be awesome at first when Leah was my recruiter/advocate...she took some time off and its been horrible since.. The lack of timely communication/if any at ALL in returning phone calls and messages is unacceptable...I have voiced my concerns and it continues to happen, making it very difficult to consider staying with them because its just unprofessional and we are in a profession that is very respected by the public!

This has been such a great company to work for and I love the passion behind the employees trying to help all of the NurseDash markets and candidates. The platform itself is such a convenience for the busy clinician and truly gives the freedom of work/life balance.

I worked a week for ND and not paid the agreed rate for COVID. I am also missing a day. Unable to get answers from anyone and told I will get a call back and never have. I will report this to the labor board and I advise any fellow nurses if you want to get paid do not pickup shifts with this company.

NurseDash is a great way for a mom of two to pick up a shift every now and then. I cant commit to a full or part time job but when I have time I can work a shift or two! Thanks so much.

I went through the whole hiring process the drug test and everything I did not receive one call or one email from any job that I applied to I reach out to nurse dash online help to ask what was wrong with my profile or what do I need to update and I got nothing this was a waste

I am not sure why there are these bad reviews. Nursedash has been amazing for me. I feel like I am finally taking control of my career and it is all thanks to Nursdash. Highly recommend!

Very bad company, they dont know nothing about how to run recruiting company, I had a bad experience with them about a year ago, some woman name (Numm) if I remember correctly was trying to get me start with them as RN, and after I did everything they asked me for medical record, tex forms, and drug test,,, etc I downloaded the app and every time I tried to pick some shift I found no response from ND or the facility whatever, so simply I ignored them after many trials of picking some shifts w/o successful. Then 2 months ago (tried to start over w/hope that ND fixed their issues) I had some message from ND and woman name (Leah) and she was trying to get me start with them as RN again and obvious I did everything again similar to last year and I downloaded the app and nothing work again ( same issues with different people), I dont recommend ND to anyone simply is waste time. I gave 1 star to post my words while ND doesnt even deserve it.

Finally a way to pick up an extra shift without taking on an additional job either full or part time. Love it!

I have been with nursedash for a while now and everytime I pick try to pick up a shift......... Nothing happensIf you live in the Austin or Houston area try the new kare app at least they have ppl that will respond to youNURSE DASH IS A WASTE OF YOUR TIME...........

They not fair with the c.n.a. They have us in crazy places..Then they app dont work half the time with messages.They dont pay gas.but if you unseclect they cut you app off.If you cancelled to much they shut your app.so how you independent contracter.They should call are text .not just shut your app down..

I Am So Upset With The Hiring Process I Have Been Trying To Get Through This For Almost A Month I’m Still Waiting On Drug Test Results From June 3 I Took The Drug Test The Same Day I Did For Another Job They Got they results But Not Nurse Dash No One Is Keeping Me Updated I Have To Call Multiple Times A Day An Never Get a Call Back Smh If I Hear Nunthing about me Being Able Tomorrow Bye the End of the Day I’m going to move on this is crazy

I have sent messages through app to update my credentials with no response. I even called a number and was told that somebody would call me back, well that was a month ago. I dont understand how they send you messages but can not reply to yours smh.

I have been calling for 2 days and its just to upload my CPR card so I can start picking up shifts. I am very angry because they have an answering service and not returning phone calls.

This is a very confusing system. I sign up for shifts and they say you must wait for the facility to confirm you work...Then I reach out to the facility and they say Nursedash should confirm you....ND doesnt know anything...they tell me I should hear from the facility....I am so confused and disappointed....this is crazy. Can I just show up to the facility or what????I dont know what to do...I tried reaching out through text and phone calls and noone calls me back.....What is going on?
