I have been employed with MEDRelief Staffing since 2016 and I enjoy being apart of a company that treats you like family. My current case manager is Patty. Patty has been an angel to my nursing career. Not only is she concerned with getting me hours for work, but she also encourages me to obtain trainings that will enhance my LVN license as well as encourage me to get my RN. She is always upbeat and smiling when I make in person visits.We are all human and subject to error. However, whenever there may have been a conflict with my schedule or with my pay, I was able to report the matter to staff and all would be resolved in a timely manner(usually within that day). I wasnt subject to an attitude and have always received a sincere apology if it any mishaps were the direct result of the company itself.I truly enjoy working for MEDRelief and will continue to do so for a time to come.

We hired this agency last minute to cover clinics that we had nurses cancel on. They were unable to cover the clinic the same day, but guarenteed us that they would cover the next clinic the next day. The next morning the calls started with excuses first the clinic was to far the nurse was not comfortable driving the distance (1 hr away) 2nd she may be tight on time to stop by our clinic and pick up supplies (can we bring the required vaccine to them), they new we were at the boarder, 3rd, we have someone, can you have someone stay longer to ensure they arrive, we did, they never showed up to pick up the vaccine to be administered at the clinic 1 hr away, and 4th (we had a blow out so the nurse will not arrive). DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE, THEY DO NOT KEEP THEIR WORD and it will negatively reflect on your business when they let you down!

Dont use this staffing agency. Harry yells and takes out his anger on the female employees. If thats how he treats employees, how much do you think he cares about clients? Management doesnt do anything about it and Harrys assistants have all walked since they cant put up with him.

Medrelief Staffing is unprofessional place. DO NOTGO THERE. Horrible place. They need to replaceUpper management. This place needs refresher course on how to treat people.
