Angels of Care, has become a part of our family. I did not like the idea of having someone in my home to assist with my child. However, my daughter and her nurses have a relationship that is beautiful. They actually love each other, and the staff is just the same. At one point I was considering changing agencies due to lack of communication…but we got a new CSR and it completely changed my experience. If you go with this company ask for James to be your CSR. He’s always so helpful when you call and ACTUALLY calls you back and really advocates for our family.

Definitely gonna be looking for a new nurse agency due to the reason that I was lied to when my son got released from the hospital I was told that they had my son staffed for 24/7 an at last minute they dnt have anyone but two of my sons nurses whom transferred over from previous comp. An also when u request to speak a supervisor the ones Ive spoken to just seemed to ignore u an also they keep saying that theyre looking for coverage but yet they dnt an Ive also requested to speak to the #1 of the company an never have had chance to speak to that person I will be calling state due to lots of other things arent being done to resolve the issues.im very unsatisfied with this company due to keep constantly lied to

Staffing and management just cares about their numbers. I had a case with A horrible working environment ie roaches and gnats and I refused to go back. I told them to take me off the schedule because I didn’t feel safe there. Got a phone call saying I was still on the schedule and needed to work. I said No way! Scheduler got upset and decided to go to the compaints department. Went ahead and resigned before she could try. IF YOURE A NURSE AND DONT FEEL COMFORTABLE WORKNG ON A CASE, YOU HAVE EVERY RIGHT TO NOT GO! YOUR HEALTH AND LICENSE ISNT WORTH GETTING TAKEN AWAY

I had a interview with Nikki and promised a call back as a follow up and that was a LIE! At least send a rejection letter and the front desk staff was RUDE!

Poor follow through, poor communication, bo nursing supervision, and little training for nurses and what there is, is just for paperwork- not taught to actually know it.

Terrible service from this company bad communication between supervisor Mayla and csr staff named gisele many lies and contradictions do not provide a solution, they only blame third parties and take no action or responsibility for anything. Disappointment as a company, on their page they manage vision and mission but nothing to do with reality. Oh and if by pure chance they answer me by this means and want to give me their phone numbers, I have them and the after hours numbers as well and the manager Maylins work cell phone number, so instead of commenting here, your apologies start to improve. your service in administrative offices
