Their dodging me, do not ever volunteer here they love to destroy records. Especially with those who are running for office of Attorney General of Texas, sad thing is its not that big of a deal! I was only theyre for a display of a fictitious tag I agreed to from Brazoria County probation office, why lie?

Went to the store that is closing that is on Hillcroft and Fort Bend toll. Its called the Crossing. The sign on the door says Everything in the store is 50 percent off....Everything! When I approached the counter to pay for my sunglasses they told me that sunglasses were not half off. On Monday Everything will be 75%off. I think this is deceptive advertising .

I have given to Goodwill for many years. I have also enjoyed shopping there as well. Today when I went to the Pasadena Texas store to drop off a load of household items and Sunday clothes nobody offered to help me unload my truck . The girl working there just pointed through the door to drop it in the pile by the door. So me a senior citizen unloaded my stuff even climbing up in the truck to get stuff that had slid back.No Help ,No thank you !!!In the future I will find a charity that is more appreciative of my donations. As a senior citizen it would have been easier to dump it in the trash or put it on the street free to whoever wanted it. Think about that Goodwill !!!

Nice resale shop & selection. The problem with Goodwill is its a big racket. They receive clothes free, butthey sell it and maybe have toin order to pay those 6 figure incomes to executives whilethrowing minimum wage bones to the entry workers.Goodwill is a racket by definition.

Every Goodwill I go to sells used toys and they’re always missing parts. They do not test them to see if they work. They don’t discount them because they’re missing parts. I just bought two toys neither work plus they’re missing parts. With the current greed of goodwill pricing the store morale at all that I go to 4 stores, the morale is terrible people are scared to even talk to you as a customer. Welcome to Goodwill! This is the only thing you hear when you’re there and it doesn’t seem like they really don’t mean it! Thanks goodwill ☹️

Movers dropped things off at the magnolia location. I went there to attempt to retrieve my kids clothing, shoes, belongings. If I couldn’t see them from a far distance I contacted corporate. The return call back was rude and the last hung up on me. After leaving a domestic violence situation which is hard enough. To leave and not have anything for my kids makes things much harder. Very greedy. The items where still there, there was no reason they couldn’t allow me to get them.Ashley Fernandez

I was the victim of a Workplace Threat on Saturday, February 3, 2018 @ the Briargrove Goodwill Store. We did not see each other Sunday or Monday, she was off, Tuesday I was off. When I came to work Wednesday, she was at work and I did not feel comfortable being there, so I left. I was told by management that Corporate Representative had already spoke to her regarding the incident. WHERE DO THEY DO THAT AT, speaking with the accuser before speaking to the victim? Was i because i was not working the day corporate decided to come to the store. But I do have a number on file, as a matter of fact 2 numbers and if you was really concerned about the threat you would have asked me to come to the store and talk. Not speak with the accuser Thats a biased opinion made because of her age and stature. Not that I was initially scared of the threat. But after thinking it over, a threat is a THREAT. No matter if it comes from a 2 year old or 90 yr old these days. I dont know what a person will do or bring to a fight these days. When i returned back home, i called the corporate office myself and got transferred to 3 different people. Before speaking with Shannon Powers, who asked me what I was calling about and I said a workplace threat, she then replied, Weve already handled that i then said, O? she asked me who I was and I told her which store I worked at. Then she says, O, I meant were handling that tell me your side, I explained the incident and she said, shes been suspended. Ms. Powers FLAT LIED. I went to work on Thursday and the accuser was leaving. Which by no means was I made about that, we can work at the same job, just not the same shift. Im mad because just the day before, Ms. Powers said she was suspended, but the accuser has been working everyday since the incident. Like I said, an opinion was made based off her account of the incident which in my statement to Management, I reported another co-worker heard the threat first and asked me if I heard it, then I asked her what she said and the accuser repeated it. O and, incidentally, another co-workers mother was near the dressing room area where the threat was made and also heard it.After all of this:Workplace ThreatCorporate spoke with AccuserThe Victim myself did not here from corporate until I called themCorporate Employee Relations LiEDEmployee IS STILL WORKING WITH NO CONSEQUENCES.Goodwill Industries of Houston DOES NOT CARE about their employees safety, they dont take Workplace Threats seriously enough Small or Big, Old or Young.EMPLOYEES BEWARE!

The Goodwill location in the Heights is a complete sham. You go there for help with finding a job and to get help with housing assistance but the Head Lady there actually is very rude and she thinks that everyone coming in is out to game the system. I was evicted from my house because while in the program I asked for a housing voucher but was given complete run arounds about how the program works. After four months of arguing with her about what one Counselors had said, it left me homeless. I wouldnt have given them any stars (she need to be fired) but you have to give one star to Post on here.

I think its terrible they took away senior days on Saturday and then lowered it from 30% off to 25% and only on Wednesdays. They are so greedy getting everything for free, but I guess they are just following suit with everyone else taking from the seniors whenever they want more money. All the while his kids go to school in a helicopter. Really.
