The doctor is great but I’m not sure what the girl that works front desk answering phones problem is but she always has a attitude problem every single time I call. No customer service at all, if you don’t want to be there don’t come to work!

I have a wonderful neurologist dr. Rehman but one woman who works in the front desk is really rude as if she hates her job and honestly should be fired if she is going to have an attitude while attending to the patients

Office staff is highly incompetent! I won’t detail all of the poor experiences here. They can’t take my blood pressure! I had to teach her the first 3 times! They continue to mispronounce my name. Furthermore, I called about my Aimovig injection more than 6 weeks ago, because I’d left a voicemail (2 weeks ago at that point) to which I never got a return call back. I left my NEW phone number on the voicemail. I was told that my injection was shipped by a specialty pharmacy but wasn’t provide any information. Also, Dr. Rehman takes half hazard notes only to asks the same questions each visit. I have had migraines for 17 years and detailed every medicine (to him) that I have tried and it’s irritating to recant this information every visit. I also went to medical school, so I know what I’m talking about. It’s troubling when people choose these careers and don’t actually want to provide quality care!!!

I chose this place because there is no phone tree you have to navigate to try and make an appointment. You’ll get a live person on the phone to help you. Although convenient, it’s offset by the unfriendly staff. They weren’t rude but they weren’t friendly/welcoming either. I was seen on a Monday so maybe everyone was in their Monday feelings? I swear everyone looked like they didn’t want to be there. If you’re big on common courtesy (like myself), probably not the place for you. But, on the other hand, the office was fairly clean and Dr. Rehman is knowledgeable and took the time to listen and help me. He gave me everything I needed and requested. If I could give him 5 stars I would but for overall experience, a 3. Average at best. Call me old fashioned but I’d like to feel welcomed when I call or walk into a drs office. Didn’t really feel that here.

Good doctor but very unfriendly nurses that answer the phone. They dont say good morning, dont sound friendly and just hang up instead of being professional. The Male nurse there is friendly but the female nurses arent that great!
