Dr. Achari is caring, thorough, and knowledgeable. I truly enjoyed my office visits and the care she provided was top notch.I only wish she accepted my insurance provider. Finding a new doctor has been a challenge.

I had a virtual appt. with Dr. Achari and initially she made a great impression. Excellent bedside manner, attentive and seemed extremely knowledgeable. I appreciated that she was willing to test for things that other doctors had neglected to look into. After my second appt, Achari was supposed to update my chart and send me a referral to another specialist. I have contacted the office and messaged through the portal over six times and the doctor has not done either of those things and it has been over a month. I do not feel this was the fault of the office staff. I have never been completely ignored and dismissed by any doctor for something that could’ve been easily done in a week or two. Needless to say, I am very disappointed and would NOT recommend this neurologist to anyone looking for consistent care or treatment.

Absolutely loved my visits with Dr. Achari and miss not having to go see her anymore. Great listener, great advisor! She was almost like a psychologist as well, listening to my personal problems and gripes and making suggestions. I loved it! Her assistant is awesome as well. Saw Dr. Achari regularly for one year. Went on Google to look for her number to make an appointment for my father who has Dementia but I see now she has moved. Regardless, great experience. I highly recommend her!

I miss Dr. Achari! Dr. Achari is a most delightful, knowledgeable, and helpful doctor. When a friend recommended her back in 2014, I switched from another Houston neurologist and never looked back. She is amazing, thorough, and so caring. I had a great experience with her and no longer need to see a neurologist. If I had to see a neurologist, Id strongly consider commuting from Austin, our new city, to see her again!

I have gone to Dr. Achari for over 5 years. She is incredibly thoughtful and smart, kind and patient. When I went to see her the first time, I was not doing well at all. I had terrible migraines that were very frequent. Debilitating, awful migraines. That was years ago. Flash forward to today—- I am much, much healthier now - with her help - and feel SO MUCH BETTER than before. I can not recommend her strongly enough. She is worth her weight in gold and then some!

Our visit to Dr. Acharis office was extremely pleasant. She asked tons of questions, took an insane amount of notes, did all of the cognitive tests and explained in detail all of the possible reasons for the symptoms my wife was experiencing. Its been a long time since Ive experienced a better bed-side manner than that of Dr. Achari...

I was first referred to Dr. Achari by one of her patients. I had been seeing another neurologist who could not diagnose me. Dr. Achari was able to find out what was causing my problems and fix them. She is a Godsend! She has always been totally thorough and caring and goes out of her way to actually listen to you. She has now taken care of my Mother-in-law, my husband and myself. I have referred many other people to her who have had a similar experience. Amitza her receptionist is awesome also. I highly recommend this office.

I was dealing with 24 hour migraines for going on three months when I was referred to Dr. Reeta Achari. She met with me for, I believe, 40 minutes at my first appointment. She was nice and polite and really cared that I get the best care possible in order to get rid of these crippling migraines. My Papa has dementia and he will be seeing her this Thursday.I am thoroughly surprised by the other two reviews here as I felt that Dr. Achari has always gone above and beyond what I have seen from other doctors in order to help me out. I would recommend her to anyone.

I have gone to Dr. Achari for over 10 yrs. and I love her. She is very warm and friendly and I never feel like she rushes me in and out. She has a great bedside manner and always follows up on things we discussed at the last visit, whether personal, work, or health. She cares! Afterall, IMO, everything we do and say affects our neurological well being. She diagnosed my problem at my first visit, and the medication she prescribed takes care of it. I would highly recommend Dr. Achari.I would like to add that Dr. Acharis office assistant, Amita, is wonderful, as well. She sets the mood the moment you walk in the door as she greets you with her contagious smile and fantastic personality. Amita is also very carrying and willing to assist with any insurance issues you might have. I feel she is a huge asset to the practice!

When I walked in with my spouse I thought most doctors are this rude , unpolite but thought to put up with it , because our treatment was more important that her behaviour. The doctor is terrible, she is rude , poor bedside manners and she misdiagnosed my wife.... My current neurologist called and fought with her ....I wouldnt recommend her ..

I was thoroughly surprised by the negative reviews below. Dr. Reeta Achari has been nothing short of a god send for me. I was having some awful symptoms. I went to see her and from the moment I entered the office I felt like I mattered...I was a patient and a friend...not just a number. She took the time to listen and was the first doctor EVER to find a name for my pain. She diagnosed me with dystonia and referred me to a movement disorder specialist neuro. I have been seeing this doctor for a few months and anytime I have a question I email and Amita (who works in the office and is the sweetest person ever) always answers me and talks to doctor Achari and gets back to me the same day. She has now recommended that I get a second opinion and helped me find a better neuro for this purpose. I just love the Acharis and think the world of them. You wont find a better caring and attentive team of people to help you.
