I’m not sure about the negative reviews but the staff here is excellent! I love that Dr. Jacobson takes her time with me during my visits and doesn’t rush just to get to her next patient. She listens! She has helped me where no other doctor could. She’s not in my network but I don’t mind paying out-of-pocket because I have a normal life now thanks to her!

Icouldnt come in during covid so cause i didnt call them to cancel They said I’d have to pay a $50 no-show fee before they can schedule me a new appointment I said OK schedule me the appointment I’ll pay it when I show up then they said no for me to find another doctor that they weren’t gonna help me anymore that they were just gonna let me die

Terrible customer service, staff takes an extended lunch , they pay little mind to their patience waiting while they socialize. No sense of alertness or urgency with this staff. I called to set up an appointment which mysteriously wasnt scheduled . An hour commute plus an hour wait just to find out their staff was too unprofessional to schedule me in with a simple call . Ridiculous

Best experience I have ever had with a neurologist. She listens as well as she explains things! I felt at ease and confident in her ability to treat my condition! Years of seeing her and she could consult without opening my chart. Gives as much extra care as anyone could need and never seems bothered by sharing her time.

This doctor still cares about helping her patients find their solutions. This is the only doctor that has ever spent more than TWO hours trying to solve my issues. She is highly intelligent and desires to really help her patients, even after hours. This kind of doctor no longer exists in America, better take advantage of her kindness to solve your health issues before her kind dissappears. Thank you Dr Sheila Jacobson.

Lousy customer service. As I new patient I received an appointment 2 1/2 months out. Unfortunately, I had to cancel the morning of for a late afternoon appointment. I knew they wouldn’t have a problem filling my time bc of their wait list for cancellations. I called during ofc hours, but got the answering service who assured me the doctor’s staff would get the message. Well, at 4:00 I receive a call. Their messages from the morning still had not been checked, so my 3:00 appointment had not been cancelled. Dr. Sheila Jacobson refused to place me back on the schedule, as is her prerogative.Additionally, I had to keep bothering my previous provider to resend my records. I kept being told they had not been received by the doctor’s staff. The doctor’s fax had been down for 2 weeks. Very unprofessional.
