I accidentally showed up at the wrong location to see my doctor,Jonathan P. Who made me feel welcomed on my first visit with him. I was nervous but he made me feel safe as I explained all my symptoms. He ordered me to get bloodwork and a ultrasound and we set an appointment to come back after for my results. Luckily I was able to get them done on my off days. Once I had them done I had my husband accompany me for my two test results and we showed up 45 minutes early to our appointment but when the secretary mentioned I was at the wrong location I became worried I may not make it on time. Everything came to mind how my manager had given me already a hard time to book my appointment and made me change it up to 3 times to accommodate what was okay for her, here I was dreading I would have to rebook and how much of a problem it could be. Next thing you know the very nice secretary offered to ask if the current doctor could see me and give me the results, quickly my worries were resolved. I told her I would greatly appreciate it and when she came back to let me know Dr.MuniKrishNappa would see me I was relieved. Dr.MunikrishNappa was amazing, he made both my husband and I feel welcomed even though I was not his patient. He took his time to read my results and asked me questions , he then after collecting everything gave me the results and explained what they meant. He was very thorugh and suggested next steps to take, he gave me a sense of relief I knew I was in good hands with both doctors. Both my husband and I walked out of there confident that I was in good hands. It feels good to know that you are being taken care of my genuinely caring doctors. I do not like going to the doctor. I did not want to go to see Dr. Sultan. I went because my PCP said I needed to and my wife overruled my objection. I found Dr. Sultan to be very human and plain spoken in his explanation of my health problems and what to do about them. No big scary Latin derived words or condescending answers to my stupid questions. Just straight-forward, simple to understand interpretations of my test results and presentation of the recommended next step actions to be taken. I dont like most doctors but I had a hard time not liking Dr. Sultan by the end of my visit with him.

Dr Sultan and his staff are wonderful to work with. I wont be here today if not for Dr. Sultan. I was hospitalized last year for 2 weeks due to my gout meds and ibuprofen making my kidneys bleed. I went to sepsis and my kidney function was down to 6%. Dr Sultan visited me daily to check on me while I was at Methodist. That was exactly a year ago today and Im coming in for a follow up checkup to make sure everything is good. I highly recommend if you ever need a kidney specialist. Thank you again :-)

Dr. Sultan is a Great Doctor. He and his NP took care of me the 6 1/2 weeks I was in the hospital earlier this year. I have found all of his staff to be friendly and helpful in person or when I have a question on the phone. Unlike some doctors whose recording tells you to leave a message and we will get back to you in 24 hours, his staff will contact Dr, Sultan and call back with a prompt response.

Dr. Munikrishnappa takes the time to speak with the patient and answer questions during in person visits. Reaching out the doctors nurse for prescription refill, common questions that does not requires doctors intervention is difficult. If youre lucky someone from doctors staff will pick up the phone and help, if youre not so lucky youll be transferred to a call center where an agent will take you message and forward it accordingly, but that venue is pretty much a dead end.

Everyone was very nice and the Doctor was extremely nice!! He took his time to ensure we understood what was going on. Grandma even likes him.

We arrived early to our appointment and the staff member who was there to greet customers and provide information, get chart ready, etc. did not greet us. We signed in and stood there so she told us to sit down. Once we were seated we noticed she wasnt wearing a mask and in fact there was no visible signage referencing their Covid-19 protocols. She called the name of another customer sitting in the waiting room and then proceeded to come from behind the desk, take his temperature, ask him to remove his mask, stand within 2 feet of him to take his picture then went back to her desk. After 2-3 minutes she called our name. We looked up at her and she said that we needed to come to the desk. We asked if there was a reason she was not wearing a mask and she said that she had the mask right there, so we didnt come closer and she put the mask on. While she was putting it on she rolled her eyes at us, so we said we wouldnt be needing their services and moved toward the exit. She was mumbling something under her breath, but we just left. Honestly, even without the mask drama she is a poor representation of even the slightest bit of customer service. Maybe the doctors are good, but you have to get past this unpleasant person to see them. We will take our business elsewhere.
