Exceptional care! The way Darlene cared for me, I felt like a whole person, not just an appointment on the schedule. I loved how my care was tailored to me and my baby. When I had a concern, my calls were returned in a timely manner and I never felt like I was bothering her. My birth, while fast and furious, was very healing for me after 2 traumatic hospital births. I would highly recommend BioBirths to anyone seeking an out of hospital birth.

I had to sue them to attempt to get after I had an placenta rupture at home. I had an emergency c section. The judge ordered her to pay! She didn’t show up to court and refuse to reimburse me! She still owes me and that was two years ago!

When I was pregnant with my first daughter I had spent most of my pregnancy outside of the country. When I came to the US at 34 weeks I was apprehensive about finding a midwife I could trust. We were blessed to be able to meet several other wonderful midwives, but Darlene captured our hearts. My husband was especially impressed that she had been a midwife for about as long as hes been alive. Darlene has been my midwife now for the births of my two girls. She is always amazing me with her knowledge and I feel secure under her care. I will constantly ask her questions related to pregnancy, childbirth, and breastfeeding and she always has an answer. Shes like a mom to me (and Ive found the same is true with many of her other clients) and I dont know what I would do without her!
